Ancient Vampire in a Modern World

The archer panicked and accidentally released his grip on the arrow and it shot forward and didn't hit the knight who was still in the middle of regaining his composure because of the hit he had taken from the mage.

Meanwhile, the mage died due to the assassin's attack, the mage didn't cast his spell in time to defend from the assassin's attack which caused his death.

After killing the tank, the berserker rushed forward to join the fight between the knight and the enemy's mage and archer. He ignored that their mage died because he was sure that with the help of the two knights they could kill one of the enemies before the assassin could back up.

He rushed and jumped forward like a madman as he raised his sword ready to attack anytime. The archer who just launched an attack but missed prepared another round of attack. The mage who just cast a spell prepared to cast another spell that can defend from the knight's attack who just released a skill by slashing his sword in the air.

The mage calculated in his head that if they used all they have to dodge the attack of the knight they can dodge it in time but the berserker would have the chance to get near them so he used his final card and cast a spell.

Before the skill of the knight could reach the mage body it disappeared halfway and suddenly the knight who just released his slash fell on his knees and died. 

The berserker was shocked when he noticed that the knight died but he didn't let it distract him. He guessed that their chances were going slim as time went by and he needed to kill at least one of their members to win the game. At first, his goal was the mage but he guessed that the mage only has a pitiful amount of energy left and its skill would be unlikely on cooldown and it's not enough to turn the tide so he decided to target the archer instead. 

The archer pulled the strings of the bow and aimed for the remaining knight. After the archer released the attack the arrow was instantly surrounded by light and it leaves an after image on its way because of its speed. 

The arrow travelled at a fast speed and hit the shocked knight on its head. Then another knight died. The battle instantly turned to the Kings of F.ck.ng sides. 

The audience was watching intensely as the scene went on. While the other teams were trying to analyze the skill of the contender for them to use in their upcoming battle. 

The faces of those who have better than the Killers of the kings were going to win turned grim while those who betted on the side of the Kings of F.ck.ng were happy and a wide smile could be seen on their faces.

The berserker slashed his sword on the archer who just killed the knight. The archer didn't let the berserker do what he wanted and he released the bow from his grip and jumped backwards with all his might as he tried to pull out his dagger from his waist but unfortunately the berserker was so fast and pierce his chest. 

The archer was pierced in his chest but before he still reached out for his dagger and tried his best to even wound the berserker before he died but unfortunately he died and lost strength before he could reach the berserker.

The mage didn't just stand there and ran at full speed towards the assassin trying to seek for protection until his skills cooldown. 

After killing the archer the berserker didn't waste any time and went to chase the mage before its skill cooldown. He turned around and saw that the mage was already 10 meters away from him and it was still continuously running.

The mage didn't have any intention to stop because he knew he would die if it's just one on one and he also knew that the assassin won't last with that berserker.

"Hey, run with me but stay behind my back with a gap of a meter." 

The mage shouted so that the assassin would follow him. He was intending to buy more time so that his skills can be used again.

'This is all because of that noob leader, shit," the mage thought as he remembered their meeting last hour while running at full speed.

Before the match started after the group entered the capsule, Kings of F.ck.ng talked with themselves. 

"Let me face them all while all of you hide at my back," the tank said boastingly.

"I think it will be a problem especially that berserker is also a diamond rank and I think I saw him somewhere," the mage said as he pondered for a while. 

"tsk… even if you team up with them I can easily defend from the five of you," the tank snorted.

The mage was already irritated by the behaviour of the tank they argue for a while but then the tank still wins.

'That idiot' thought of the mage as he kept running but he smiled at some point when he saw that one of his skills was already cooldown and his other skills were halfway. 

The berserker soon reached them and was going to pounce at the mage but suddenly he felt a strange movement from his side.

The assassin pounced at him using his dagger but was parried by the berserker's sword. The berserker stepped back a little to dodge the incoming attack from the assassin who used his second dagger.

They both step back and pounced at each other again. The berserker slashed his sword at a high speed but the assassin blocked it by crossing his dual dagger. Their weapon clashed and the berserker didn't stop and raised his foot before kicking the assassin in the stomach then rotating his body as he slashed his sword towards the assassin.

Before his attacks could reach for the assassin an invisible bullet shot at a high speed and hit his body. He was pushed sideways but that didn't stop his attack although his attacks lost a little power. 

He endured the attack of the mage as he kept pushing his sword but before his sword could reach the assassin it hit an invisible barrier that the mage just cast.

The mage was already at his limit and he could only cast his triumph card but he wasn't sure if the assassin could buy time for the casting period.

"Just ten seconds," shouted the mage towards the assassin. The assassin heard him and tried to aggro the berserker carefully. 

The Berserker's right shoulder was now full of burns and calluses because of the mage's attack. But that didn't hinder him and he prepared to attack again. 

The audience was awed at the battle that was unfolding in their eyes and can't help but gaped. They thought that the berserker has no chance of winning right now however that was different for the other high-level professional who was watching closely; they noticed that the berserker still didn't use a single skill which made them interested. 

The assassin pushed forward and tried to pierce the berserker but the berserker swung his sword which he dodged by stepping backwards. The berserker didn't let the assassin get away from him and follow his suit. 

He didn't forget about the mage who was casting a skill and going to attack him; he just didn't care. He sped up his pace and slashed the assassin using his sword which was blocked by its dagger but because of the force the assassin was pushed back and stumbled down.

The berserker didn't wait for any second as he kept tracking the time and swung his sword downward and hit the assassin to death. Then after that instant, a ray of light hit his back which caused him to fall on his knees he used his sword to support himself.

The mage was shocked that the berserker was still alive after he released his best attack which could even hurt a person higher level than him. He didn't use this skill because it not only takes the energy but also the stamina of a person. He then fell on the floor before looking at the figure who suddenly stood up, it was none other than the berserker whose shirt and armor were tattered.

"The winner is the Killer of the kings," shouted the host after a moment of silence. Then the audience started shouting like a madman and those who have betted for the killer of the kings were so happy and jumping because of joy. 

"Ok, now let's not wait any further there are still 8 rounds left, so let's pick another team who will participate." the host said and snapped his finger before all the lights in the area dimmed and the same familiar thing happened: the light rotated around the walls of the Colosseum.
