Ancient Vampire in a Modern World

All the walls above every hallway lit up and after a few more seconds the light dimmed and there was one wall that was lit up differently from others, then the light rotated and switched position to the right and that was the same after that.

Then the light stopped above one of the teams and then the spotlight lit up directing the light at that team.

"Ok, so we have the first team," the host said as he pointed at the team that was in the spotlight.

"Let us not wait anymore and pick the next team," said the host as he snapped his finger.

Then the light came out once again and the surroundings went dark. After that, a single light lit up and started rotating across the wall of the Colosseum.

The light kept rotating until it stopped above one of the teams then the spotlight lit up again putting that team in the spotlight. 

"Then we have another team," 

"So let us ask them what the name of their team is," said the host as he went near the first team that was picked on the spot. 

"So what's the name of your group?" asked the host.

When the host asked the first team they didn't know what you answer because this was the first time they participated in this kind of tournament battle. Their leader was no exception but soon he thought of something and said. 

"Kings of F.ck.ng," the leader said which made the audience laugh. 

"Ha...ha.. what a nice name!" The host said and flew back to where he was standing before.

"So, as you all heard our first team who will fight will be the Kings of F.ck.ng. Now let us ask the other party," the host said and went towards the other team.

"So what is the group of your name?"

The second team also didn't know what to say because they just got grouped up because they wanted to join this tournament let alone have a team name but their leader spoke. 

"Killer of the Kings"

"Nice team name I hope the Kings will prove themselves," the host said as it looked towards the other side of the arena and intensified the situation.

"Let us not wait for any further to know and just battle, so kindly get in front of the capsule and suit yourself up and prepare for the battle." 

The host went back and waited for the two teams to be prepared. 

"Ok, I think both teams are now ready, kindly enter the capsule so that we can start," the host said and wait for them to enter the battlefield.

Both teams laid down in their respective capsule. The first team were composed of two gold rank and two diamond rank members while the second team were composed of three gold ranks and one diamond rank member. 

After all the lids of the capsule closed the projection of both teams appeared inside the arena. They were on the opposite side of the arena waiting for the host to start the battle.

"Ok, now prepare for the battle as I said the fight will start," the host said as it looked on both sides before he spoke again.

"FIGHT!"

As soon as the host said fight both teams dash towards each other and clash in the middle.

The first team which is the Kings of F.ck.ng were composed of one mage, one tank, one archer, and one assassin. The tank was their leader which is also the diamond rank. The mage is the other diamond ranking member while the other two was the gold rank.

The second team which is the Killer of the kings were composed of two knights, one mage and one berserker. Their leader was the berserker which is the diamond rank member while the other three were gold ranking members. 

On the other side, only the tank went forward, the archer and the mage distance themselves away from the tank. They already stop moving forward and positioned themselves.

While on the other side two knights were running forward while the berserker was waiting at the back of the two until they reached a certain distance between the tank and lastly the mage was on the back but not too far from them.

And soon the tank and the knight clash. One of the knights raised his sword and jumped and slash his sword towards the tank to add more force to his slash. The tank raised his arm and blocked the knight's sword using his forearm in his hand that was holding the sword. The knight didn't deal any damage to the tank because the tank was wearing heavy armor.

While the other knight slashed his sword vertically and was stopped by the shield of the tank. And at the same time, the tank who was parrying the sword of the other knight using his shield and the sword of the other knight using his forearm twisted his hand to slash his heavy sword towards the knight which was still in the air that was attacking his forearm. 

Before the sword of the tank hit the knight who was the air the berserker who was at the back and was crouching while pointing his sword at the tanks head and he was ready to unleash his attack to pierce the tank's head but before he could an arrow hit the side of the knight who was currently in the air.

The berserker unleashed his attack even with that situation losing one gold rank member knight in exchange for a diamond rank tank was something they would be happy about. 

As he jumped ready to press his sword towards the tank the mage of the Killer of the kings launched a spell that had already been long cast by him. A bunch of ice shards ran through the back of the tank and aimed for the two members of the Kings of F.ck.ng. But before it could hit them the mage spoke a few unknown words and instantly the ice shards who were falling at high towards the two of them were destroyed halfway as if they hit an invisible wall.

As this happened the berserker's swords almost reached the tank's face but it was stopped by an invisible barrier like the ice shards but then cracks in the air appeared and the invisible barrier broke. Fortunately, before the barrier broke the tank already moved his face sideways. 

The sword of the berserker grazed past his cheeks. His sword was still going towards the knight who had just been pierced by an arrow in its shoulder. Even though the knight was hit by the arrow he can still move his body, he didn't just wait there for the sword to hit him instead he used all his strength to slash the sword on the tanks forearm to force his body to move in the air and he rotated his body before landing safely.

The other knight whose sword was blocked by the tank reverted his sword and was going to slash vertically. 

Meanwhile, as the battle goes on the assassin who was hidden until now was running towards the mage of the Killer of the Kings. He used a certain skill and his figure suddenly sped up and he unleashed an attack aiming for the mage.

The mage just cast a spell and needed time to cast another to stop the assassin. The knight on the other side who just went past the tank was rushing towards the mage and the archer. The mage didn't let the knight go even closer to them and released an invisible bullet from his palm.

The berserker whose sword just grazed past the tank used his strength to slash it vertically aiming to hit the tanks head. The tank stopped his sword which was still rotating because of his attack earlier and used it to parry the berserker's sword that was aiming for his head. He also jumps sideways to buy enough time for his sword to parry the berserker's sword. 

But unfortunately, the berserker had high agility and power that was a lot higher than the tank which didn't give the tank time to react. The sword cut through his neck and made the team feel hopeless. 

The battle still continued even after the death of the tank. The knight who was rushing to the mage and the archer was hit by the invisible bullet that the mage of the enemy cast. 

Then the archer who was ready to shoot the knight again saw the attack of the other knight who slashed his sword vertically trying to attack the archer with his skill. 

The archer panicked and accidentally released his grip on the arrow and it shot forward and didn't hit the knight who was still in the middle of regaining his composure because of the hit he had taken from the mage.
