Age of Heroes

Arial at first wanted to crush the man neck, exploding it to pieces of meat. But then looking at Ragni and his clean clothes, he said.

'Even your blood is not worthy to stain my clothes.'

He said arrogantly and the other spectator gasped in shock. 

'Is he really going to kill the Warchief son?' One of the spectator whispers to his friend. They all stand there dumbfounded.

They do not dare help Ragni fearing offending the expert. But they do not dare to leave either.

By now, all the spectator could guess the young man background.

'An expert!' Some of them whisper and look in awe. 

But Warchief Reoh also has expert in his place. A few weeks ago, men from Ming Continent came trading and a few of them is an expert from Ming and has been extended invitation to Reoh house.

If the young expert really killed the young son of Reoh, then their life in Ragran will not be easy unless they have some backing.

'Expert, please spare the young!' One of Ragni lackey has gained his wit and quickly pleads mercy. 

'Ragherot!' Ragni said, looking at his lackey. Arial look at Ragherot and Ragherot feels like his heart is frozen over…..but he perseveres for the young master of Reoh.

The lackey name is Ragherot. 

He follows Ragni because Ragni could provide for him. In Ragran other than being merchants or sailors, fisherman or pearl divers, other jobs does not pay well.

He is poor, living in the Black District with his grandmother. Going hunting outside, he does not have capability.

Entering the Adventurer guild and fight monsters at the border, he is of course would not dare.

Being a merchant, he is not smart enough and has no capital. Being a sailor means leaving his grandmother alone.

Being a fisherman he has to buy a boat. Pearl divers require great lung capacity. None of the jobs in the city could provide for her ill grandmother.

He then enters Ragni gang. Ragherot does not always agree with what Ragni did, but he wants gold, so he follows.

Right now if he and his fellow brother return to Reoh with the dead body of his sons, they will all be killed in anger.

Ragherot also does not dare to attack the young man in front of him. That is equivalent in sending himself to an early grave.

Seeing that only by shouting alone, he could subdue them all, this must be the so called expert. 

Ragran is a sea port city. Sometime people from other continent came here. Usually, people from the Western Seas or Ming Continent will set their port here after travelling through the Seas of Thunder on the Western Sides.

Land of Shadows also has their own expert but other continent also has their own expert as well. 

The young man looks at him again, his eyes narrowing, and he could feel his soul jolted like looking at a beast ready to devour him.

He then pleaded again.

'Please release him. Expert need not bother with junior Ragni. Surely he would not make trouble to expert.'

The spectators looking at this also hope this is settled peacefully. Even though there are cases of killing in the open district, that doesn't mean it happens every day.

Not everyday people are killed in the open district. And not everyone dares. And usually it rarely ended in killing.

People badly injured and robbed sometimes happen in the Open District but killing? It rarely happens.

Ana on the back also feel angry. Ana understands that this Ragni person must have thought that they are rich persons and intend to rob them.

To take advantage an outsiders, Ana frowned on this kind of behavior

Unluckily, they meet Arial. 

Ana even though she doesn't know how powerful Arial is, Ana could say with certainty, his power is surely earth shattering.

She saw it with her own eyes, the blood technique Arial uses and shattering caves like it was nothing but mud.

Arial look at the lackey and snorted in derision. Then he said.

'Made trouble for me? You worry about him making trouble with me? WHY DON'T YOU WORRY ABOUT WHETHER I WILL MAKE TROUBLE WITH ALL OF YOU!'

He yelled and for some reason the clouds on the city suddenly darken. 

His yelling also is infused with his internal energy so Ragherot was thrown back and crash to a tree stump and get internal injury, spouting blood.

The other lackeys of Ragni all tremble in fear and they crawl a little bit further. The same could be said for the crowds.

Ana come closer to Arial and said.

'Arial just let him go. If he is really a Warchief son then it is no small amount of trouble' she said. 

Ana understand that a Warchief command many warriors and she doesn't want Arial to have too many problems because of her.

'Hmph' he snorted. 

'Listen to the girl.' Ragni said, heaving a sigh of relief. Finally someone who knows their place.

So what if he is an expert? Ragni thinks. His father also has expert and an army. No matter how powerful he is, he could defeat an army alone! 

This is Ragni thought and he became more confident by the second.

'If you release me, I will surely not make trouble for you after this' he said. But Ragni also did not try to provoke the young man anymore.

By this time, Ragni has also realizes that this man is really capable of killing him and hearing the girl said to spare his life, he surely would back her up, to save his own hide.

Arial on the other hand feel displeased. Trying to detain him by using words and etiquette and threats?

Hmph. His lackey is saying he is bullying the young. Like he cares! 

Arial slapped the young man and three teeth were sent flying and Ragni taste his own blood and swallow one of the chipped teeth inside his throats.

Blood flows from his gums and his cheeks become swollen.

'WHO ALLOWS YOU TO TALK!' Ana who was beside Arial was evidently shocked by the sudden slap of Arial and its effect. 

Three teeth flying and Ragni was turned into a pathetic state, blood flowing without stop.

Arial didn't even pay any heed to her words.

She just told Arial that a Warchief could bring him trouble and he ignores her, like her advice is fart in the wind. 

'Uourgh' Ragni yelled in pain.

'Arial!' Ana almost scream in frustration.

He is too fearless! Ana mused. 

Even though he is powerful, Arial could not possibly contend with an army. This is Ana thought and she is sincerely worrying about him. 

Who knows this Arial is truly fearless, treating everything underneath him, like a sovereign of Heaven.

The spectators by this time all look in surprise and some is began slinking back from the background.

Some slowly get up from their seat in the stall, ready to bolt off if anything big happens. Some of the spectators face was filled with disbelief. 

The young girl has already advise him…but he really is fearless!

Arial looking at Ana miffed expression and declare

'Ana, if I want to kill someone, no one is allowed to save! if I want to save someone, no one is allowed to kill!'

The crowds listening to this bold declaration are stunned. How arrogant! How bold! And standing there like a mountain, Arial truly look like an undefeatable expert.

Then as she said, that Ragni suddenly jolted in pain. 

The spectator could also see that Ragni is struggling in pain but Arial did not increase his grip nor he did anything other than maintaining his grip position.

They could see that Ragni is beginning to shrivel up. 

'Arghh..it is painful! Stop that! Stop it!' he said wailing and begging pitifully. His eyes look at Arial in fear and regret.

Suddenly blood flow from his mouth and ears, gushing like a waterfall
