An: Bit of a shorter chapter so I can get back in the groove of writing this fic.

...

Bane. Notorious criminal, murderer, and crime lord. A powerful opponent for many who would cross him. Not only because of his use of venom but his tactical mind.

He is a man that has toppled large-scale drug lord operations, toppled governments, and much more.

He was powerful. He held influence. He was charismatic.

He was a man of sheer fuċkɨnġ will.

Yet in a warehouse, forced on his knees, was Bane. This man who had broken the back and will of the batman on several occasions was soundly defeated.

Around him, the remnants of the battle were laid out for all to see. Broken crates, Small craters scattered across the ground, discarded vials of venom, and of course the many henchmen who previously patrolled the warehouse strew across the area defeated.

At the center of this massacre stood Steel, garbed in the traditional overhaul clothing.  That being a black pair of jeans paired with white shoes, a green coat lined with purple fur, and of course the iconic crow-like mask.

Steel looked around the warehouse with a disappointed sigh.

Reaching down Steel grabbed Bane by the chin and forced him to look him directly in his eyes.

"However, you've left much to be dėsɨrėd. All you do is fall back on your brute strength when things get tough. While understandable, it's still so very disappointing. " A snarl gave way on Steel's face as he spoke.

" I expected you to use that brilliant mind of yours to think up a plan, a solution, something! Yet, as with the downfall of so many of your kind, you let ego and arrogance blind you."

Bane's eyes widened as he felt something, something very important, shift inside him. His body which was previously juiced up with venom slowly shrunk down to his normal size.

Seeing Bane's confusion, Steel allowed a smirk to adorn his face.

" Originally I wanted to come to an agreement that would benefit both sides in the long run, you along with many other gangs and people of power would have been my partners, an alliance of sorts. But I've decided to make an example of you Bane."

Bane looked at the tubes that adorned his back with panic.

They weren't working! Even though he could feel the needles injecting the venom into his system they weren't doing anything!

For the first time during Steel's monolog, Bane went to open his mouth to speak.

" That's right Diego I took away your precious venom. You're lucky I don't take away your Gift as well, but if I'd do that you'd be practically useless to me. "

Bane's only response was to glare at his opponent.

" So here's what's gonna happen, you, your gang, and everything you own is now mine. You will become my vassal, and you'll make sure everyone knows it. If you don't you can say goodbye to not only your gift but your mind. I'll take everything from you. Understood?"

As Steel let God of bane's face, the crime lord slowly nodded with gritted teeth.

" Good. Then I'll be off. I've got a certain riddle to solve." Steel said as he turned his back to Bane.

Bane was tempted to lunge for the false Overhaul, to kill the man who took away one of the things most important to him. But the thought of never regaining the ability to use venom stopped him in his tracks.

All he could do was watch as he left the building.

...

When Steel finally left the warehouse he couldn't help the grin that stretched across his face.

No wonder villains monolog so much, the experience was freeing! Being in complete control of the situation while talking is amazing!

Of course, he wouldn't do that kinda stuff often, he knew that while he was wasting time talking out his ȧss someone could hatch a plan or even call for backup. Really he just wanted to try it out at least once.

But snapping himself out of it he looked for his ride and found it after a quick glance around.

His ride was a slick black limousine made out of some of the hardest metals you can buy, and created with usage of overhaul so that any weaknesses that would have shown themselves with such a combination of metals were non-existent.

Getting inside the vehicle Steel was greeted by a comfy interior with such appliances, but not limited to, a flat-screen Tv, a very small bar, a snack dispenser,  and even a gaming console.

Was all this necessary for his limo? No, no really, but Steel wanted to splurge a little. What's the point of having something like overhaul if you couldn't abuse it?

As soon as he sat down the voice of Walter C. Dornez rang through a speaker attached to the ceiling of the limo.

" Where to Sir?"

" Bring us to the riddler. It's about time I talked to the Riddlephile." Steel said as he took a martini out of the miniature bar.

Just like that, they headed off toward the riddler.

...

Don't forget to leave a suggestion for what minions our Mc should have. Even if they don't exist in his universe he can still create them!

Same for the love interest, except for the creation part.. That'd be weird, and sad.
