"I have so many questions, but first, what did you give to Shiva to silence him?"

Frida now focuses her eyes in her surrounding – palaces area. 

She realized that their enemy had met with Shiva first, before going to the rest of the palace. 

Shiva was not dead. He is just not doing his job properly. For whatever reason, their enemy could silence him.

"We freed him from a troublesome task."

"Freed him?"

"Yes. You know that he is Sloth, but you make him doing a job, so many jobs if you included his past battle. So we offer him an option, if he lets us doing our business, we won't bother him. It took him a day to think about it, but his answer is what you see now."

Shiva let their enemy get past his guard, simply because he was lazy. 

It was only natural when they thought about it, since he was the Sloth. Indeed, he is strong. But rather than fighting, let go of their enemy and they will not disturb him, was the most relevant choice in his mind. 

Shiva will do everything so he will not hire on doing something. 

"He is not betraying you. He is just being himself."

Black Hunter side giving him a kind option, rather than what he is tasked as the guardian of Abyssal Hunter. 

"We had a deal, and he agreed on it. If he broke the deal, how could we call him other than traitor? A naughty spoiled brat?"

Frida always trying to maintain her emotion. But now, she was furious at herself and Shiva. 

She was too focused on the outer side of the palaces, that she did not expect that their enemies had broken through the palace guard.

The reason why their enemy could enter the palace must have something with Cinderella power. 

Cinderella is now facing Alexander in Palace of Fafnir. 

Alexander's position is now very unfavorable. They have to send a strong Arts user to assist him. 

"Now, in order to fulfill Father's behest given to me."

Blade did not give Frida time to think. He untied the ties that covered his eyes.

"I have to execute you in order to stop your forwardness."

Blade showed his Silver shining eyes while he was ready his blades. 

"Before we begin..."

Not wanting to be left alone, Jeanne ready her golden spear. 

"You came up here by breaking through the guard, right? Did you kill them?"

Unlike the other two palaces, Palace of Horus only has Jeanne as a fighter on par with Virtues. So it was only natural that Blade kills the Knights who protect the palace. 

"Our role here as Abyssal representative is only to stop your forwardness. We do not have to kill the unnecessary and only kill the strongest viruses who leads the others."

That means he is there only to kill Frida.

"How about me? Did you father ordered to kill me too?" asked Jeanne. 

"You already weak to be a threat. But, if you intended to be on my way, then I have no other choice but to kill you too."

"Cliche as always, huh? Then I can't lose to protect my daughter."

Jeanne and Frida's relationship is an adopted mother and adopted daughter. Having a family even though only a host family is a very happy thing to have in such a world.

The Spear Saint and the Virtue of Humility are ready to fight to their death. 

Frida could only see from the end of the room.

The atmosphere become tense. The silence is killing Frida. She could even hear her heart beating fast. 

Even though she had been through many battles, she was only a strategist. So experiencing the real battle in front of her eyes is so scary. 

Jeanne and Blade still not moving. They waited for one of them to move first.

"Mommy!"

And the one who moves first is a three-year-old kid coming from outside. 

Frida shuddered at the sight of the little boy desperately running past the two armed persons. 

"Junior! What are you doing here!?"

It was Frida's child, Junior. 

The boy looked very scared and needed help.

"Mommy! Let's go downstairs! Daddy is badly injured, you have to heal him!"

It seemed that the boy looking for his injured father and came to his mother for help. 

Unfortunately, the one who injured his father is in the room to kill his mother.

"Hey, you are a good guy, right? Can you let her heal her husband first, then we can continue this business?"

Jeanne tried to ask Blade for his kindness. 

That was quite amusing, asking the bad guy for his kindness.

"Alright."

Unexpectedly, Blade shows his kindness.

"But, if I catch you trying to break this deal, I will finish off everyone in this palace."

"We won't."

As agreed, they went downstairs, letting Frida treat the injured people.

Apart from being a strategist, Frida is a high rank Priest. She was able to reattach her husband's two arms, which were cut back by Blade. 

After treating everyone who was injured, Frida will go to an empty place to face Blade once again.

"Honey, where do you want to go?"

Her husband catches her from going somewhere. 

Even though he had been healed, he had just lost a lot of blood and had to rest. But for the sake of his wife, he has to stand up. 

However, his wife did not need his help. Because she could face the problem herself. 

"I love you. Please take care of our son until I come back."

That became Frida's last word before departing with her husband. 

Her son where in the safe room with the maids of the palace. So no one will catch or stop her.

The approved place was behind the Palace of Moccus.

There, Jeanne was standing against their enemy, Virtue of Humility, Blade.

"Good. You came just like we agreed. I thought about killing this grandmother and then going to your place."

"Excuse me. I haven't even reached the age of half a century. So don't underestimate me."

Finally, there was no one who will disturb them.

Frida's position at that time was only as a hostage. Even though she had the God Eye, she couldn't help a fighter class like Jeanne.

Before the fight begins, Frida has a word to her mother. 

"Mother, if you feel like could not win this fight, please retreat. This faction can't lose you either."

Frida says, it's better for her to die alone, than Jeanne to sacrifice herself in vain and both of them die.

"Don't worry, daughter. I won't do that and I won't lose either."

Actually, losing even just one of them will harmful the faction. But a sacrifice must be made, and both of them understand that.
