Third day of Standby 3 /

Eria started feeling tired of waiting for the enemy.

Being on Standby 3 is really tiring. Because they forced the entire kingdom to keep on alert for enemy attacks.

The tense situation makes all activities disturbed. 

All the soldiers who were on guard were starting to feel tired.

"They are not here yet?" asked Jeanne. 

She and Frida were in third floor of Palace of Horus. 

Frida's eyes always were on outside. With Eria's greatest power disappearing, she couldn't let her guard down in the slightest.

"Something is off."

That was already the third day of the announcing war, and the second day of Troy's absence. 

"If they said they were going to attack, they would attack."

But the attack still not coming. 

Abyssal Hunter and Black Hunter group has started since the birth of the Saints. 

The Black Hunter group may be evil in the eye of Abyssal Hunter. But they will not play foul and will always attack from the front, said Soul Saint.

The Black Hunter group has always held those words until now.

"Something is off."

Alexander could smell the unpleasant smell of royal atmosphere. 

He currently is guarding Palace of Fafnir. Frida is in her own palace. Shiva is in charge of guarding Troy's palace. 

One Sin for each palace. 

Their enemy, the Virtues, might send three or four of them to attack. 

The only ones who could fight them were him and Shiva. Spear Saint must be protecting Frida. But if they can, they can't let Jeanne fight.

So Shiva has to take twice the burden. He could stand against Troy if he wanted to. But unfortunately, there was no case he wanted to fight seriously. For he is Sloth. 

If Ars was up, they would not be that tense. 

He's been in a coma for more than two months. The Black Hunter group took advantage of the opportunity to attack.

They might not know that Ars was in a coma. But they must have heard the news that Ars currently is missing. So that is still a good chance for them to attack with Troy got trapped in their hand. 

"Still no news from Frida. Did she really uses her eyes properly?"

Frida's God Eye could see everything. But it seems that on the Black Hunter group's side, there is a Virtue that can counter the power of her eyes.

"Whatever that is, I will protect Master with my life."

"This Master of yours, is this the Sin of Greed?"

Alexander got a goosebump at the sudden coming of someone's voice.

In an instant, he raised his right monster hand to attack the intruder. 

He successfully hit his target. But strange, his target's head turned into a smoke-like thing when it got hit. 

Alexander turns his right hand to normal. The same goes with the intruder's head. 

"Why did you have to hurt me like that~?"

What comes after the intruder's smoke-like head is a sissy man's face. 

"Cinderella."

"YES! IT'S ME, YOUR CINDERELLA~! I am glad you remember about me, Loki boy~!"

"Ars' palace! They got attack!"

Jeanne and Frida were close to the open space, so they could instantly realize the rumble sound from Palace of Fafnir. 

"They slip from my sight?" 

Frida could not believe what she sees. 

The rumbling sound from Palace of Fafnir is a sound of Ars' subordinates fighting with someone – an enemy. But how they slip from her God's Eye sight?

"That's because you focused your sight of area to outside these palaces."

Someone suddenly speaks from behind them. 

That literally gave Frida goosebumps, and Jeanne quickly raised her spear and turned back.

What stood in front of them is a blindfold man holding blades in both hands. 

"Blade."

"I have come to overcome my selfishness."

Such a disgusting act from a man in a manly body. 

"Hey, don't you dare call me disgusting~ I am as gorgeous, and beautiful as always~ Cinderella~!"

The Virtue of Chastity, Cinderella man. 

Alexander could not forget the man with the very eccentric clothes and style and act. He supposed to be the opposite of Huxian's Lust, but just look at him. 

With Huxian only-love-one-man even though being the Lust, she is much better than the man given a title Chastity. 

"How did you slip out from Frida's eyes?"

That is the most crucial question that is happening right now. How can he, and most likely there are other Virtue except him, slip from Frida's God Eye?

"Now, Loki boy. Don't be in such a hurry. Let us speak a word and two to let go of our longing for not seeing each other in a long time." 

Cinderella picked up a cigar from somewhere and started smoking. 

He wanted to talk. So Alexander will serve him. 

Talking will take their time. It's good to waste their time shitting around. Because Alexander did not know whether he can beat the man in front of him or not.

Cinderella might be the strongest Arts user among the Virtues. Just like Ars who is the strongest Arts user among the Sin. 

However, unlike Ars who could use many variations of Arts, Cinderella could only use one type of Arts. Yet it is still dangerous, and Cinderella was smart for picking a fight with Alexander. 

"For that question of yours, fiuuuhhh, it's because that bitch is not that powerful with her eyes."

"And what do you mean by that?"

"Yes, she could see everything on this terra. But there is one pitiful weakness with her eyes."

"And what is it, her God Eye weakness?"

Waste of time going well. It might be worthless knowing the weaknesses of Frida's God Eye. But if it's can waste their time, Alexander will gladly take it and doing it, for the purpose of surviving. 

However –

"Why is it only me who answers your questions? If I answer two of your question, then you have to answer ten my question!"

It's not a fair exchange. But that's what Cinderella is like. He will behave as high as if he is more valuable than anything in this world.

Unlike Huxian, who only thinks of her beloved one who is more valuable than anything in this world. 

"By the way, have you met Shiva? He will definitely be happy to meet you."

Alexander was not the right person to face a strong Arts user like Cinderella. So Shiva is the only power he can rely on.

That became the most fucked up moment happened in that situation.
