And when you see me again, you only want me dead! If I hadn’t learned the dirty technique, you wouldn’t even have come to me. And I would have died long ago!”

Larry felt sorry for the previous owner of this body. He was injured while carrying out a task given by his Master, but no one ever came to look for him. If Larry hadn’t been reborn in his body, maybe no one would have known this fox fairy had died even when his corpse was rotten.

The Patriarch took out a set of jade slips which started to fly towards Larry.

The jade slips emitted faint green light. With one glance of it, people would know that it was of great quality and quite expensive. As the jade slips got closer and closer to him, Larry felt that something inside his body was going to fly out.

Although the jade slips didn’t make him feel intimidated, he instinctively resisted it and he couldn’t move even though he wanted to go backwards.

The set of jade slips was a sacred treasure of the Astraea Foxclan. It was passed down to the leader of the Astraea Foxclan generation after generation. All the info of the members of the Astraea Foxclan was recorded on the jade slips, including their dates of birth, dates of death, and states of cultivation.
