Into the Zombie World

The moment Ogis flew upwards, the female eagle, his fiance, hurriedly welcomed him with open arms. 

Looking around, it seems that Jellan and the others had also finished their battle. In fact, it can't be called a battle at all as they got rid of the weak zombies easily.

Ogis and the female eagle embraced each other. 

After a while, Jellan and the others came towards them. 

The female eagle was alerted to the new faces, but when Ogis' explained to her that they are his comrades, she hurriedly believed him without questions and instantly got back to embracing him. 

Seeing them becoming lovey dovey like that, Jellan could not help but pout her lips in jealousy. She wondered if she and Nile would also be like that after he was done with his evolution. Thinking about it, she could not help but blush. Her cheek turned rosy as she looked away from Ogis and the female eagle

They had already eliminated the threat on their surroundings so Jellan naturally started harvesting the ripe Java Apples around them, especially the ones she marked earlier. 

Maximo and Croco also were not interested in watching Ogis and his girlfriend being lovey dovey so they helped Jellan pluck some Java Apples instead. 

For Maximo, it was because he longer cared about those things. His crush from back then might have already died by the onslaught of zombies and if not, there's low to no chances of meeting her again now. He just wanted to focus on becoming the most loyal subordinate and the strongest pet. 

For Croco, he ignored the lovey dovey duo as for him, the path of being a 'Crocodile Assassin' should not be hindered by such trivial matters. He vowed to himself to become the deadliest assassin for his master and nothing shall stop him from doing so. 

In the end, both of them just wanted to focus on one thing. 

Being more helpful for their master- Nile. 

Sometime later, they gathered once again below the tree where Ogis and the female eagle was. 

In total, they had gathered more than 70 perfectly ripe Java Apple fruits. Each of them are around the size of a fist and they each emit that luster that looks like it was bewitching them to eat it. 

In the end, Jellan and Maximo were not able to hold back and they ended up eating some Java Apple fruit. 

Jellan and Maximo closed their eyes in delight as the watery fruit melted in their mouth. The right sweetness of the juices bathe their mouth in full glory. And a while later, they could not help but harvest some more for themselves. 

Not long after, it was already time for them to go back. 

Jellan also felt that the Java Fruit indeed has the effect of healing injuries and even some sort of disinfectant. She doesn't know why but she just has that kind of feeling while eating the fruit. 

Unbeknownst to Jellan, the reason why she was able to perceive something like that was actually due to her being binded to Nile and the System. 

She looked up and noticed that Ogis and the female eagle were already done doing their 'thing'. They now have blissful expressions while staring at each other lovingly. 

"You bald eagle, do you want to come with us or you'll stay here? Or you can tell her to come with us." Jellan said. 

She could tell that Ogis was genuinely happy on her side. She doesn't want the female eagle to be left behind or want them to separate. She knew how painful it was and doesn't want them to experience the same. 

Being interrupted like that, Ogis and the female eagle weren't angry at all. Instead, they looked at Jellan and then each other before nodding firmly. 

While they were doing the 'ceremony' the two of them had already talked about it. They will follow back and she will tag along. 

They won't be separated anymore. She might even lay her eggs in a few days or weeks. Who knows what will happen. Ogis wanted to be on her side when that time comes. 

They stared at Jellan before nodding their heads firmly. Their intentions were clear, they wanted to come.

A smile surfaces on Jellan's face as she says in delight, "Then let's go home now. It has already been more than an hour, we're already quite late."

She mounted Maximo while bringing all the Java Fruits they harvested. She then ordered him to move forward. 

Croco followed closely behind in a silent manner. 

Ogis and the female eagle also did not want to be left behind. As the female eagle's injuries weren't healed yet, they just jumped from tree to another with Ogis accompanying her. 

After more than fifteen minutes, they finally arrived near the Ancient-looking house again. 

The sound of Maximo's loud footsteps alerted the kids inside. 

Seeing the humongous carabao outside, they could not help but be afraid of it. 

Heck they were even afraid of being just near a normal size carabao, how much more a carabao that was two or at least three times bigger? 

Not to mention it's massive size, it's face also looks terrifying with those perfectly curved and dangerous-looking sharp horns. One stab from that horn and they knew that they would be a goner.

Beads of sweat ran down their foreheads as they tried to figure out what to do. They wanted to ask for Nalyn's advice but at this moment, she was still deeply asleep. 

Just as they were about to forcefully wake her up, they suddenly heard a familiar voice outside. 

"Stay outside first, all of you can't fit inside this house." 

A moment later, they saw Jellan jumping down from that massive carabao. 

They instantly felt relieved. They knew that Jellan was strong, and now that she's already here, they now felt safe. 

However, they still felt afraid of the carabao outside. 

On Jellan's hand was a huge leaf full of Java Fruits. She entered the ancient house and was immediately puzzled seeing the kids' stunned faces. 

"What's going on?"
