Harry Potter’s Fantastic Animals Guide

Chapter 31: Master Flicker-Ollivander

Gonubi took the key in Newt's hand and opened the door. There were piles of sparkling gold gallons and other currencies. There were many magic items and materials for magical animals beside the gold coins.

These are the family heritage of Newt’s books and Tina and his family over the years, so they are considered wealthy.

"Is this the currency of the magic world?" Hermione looked at everything in front of her in surprise.

"Yes, they are called Jin Jialong. They were made by the fairies, and it is said that no one can imitate them." David took one and handed it to Hermione's hand.

The fairy beside heard David's words and stood up proudly, seeming extremely proud.

After Newt caught a few large handfuls of Jin Jialong, they took the trolley back to the lobby, and in the process Hermione also returned the gold coin to David.

Out of the Gringotts, David saw Granger and his wife. They were standing under a stone pillar, and they kept looking into the Gringotts. They seemed to be waiting a little anxiously.

"Dad, Mom!" Hermione waved at them.

The Grangers quickly walked to Hermione, and Hermione began to introduce them to them excitedly and chatteringly.

After Hermione finished speaking, Newt said, "Shall we go shopping for school uniforms? After measuring the size, Mrs. Morkin will need to do it for a while, and we can just buy other things."

Seeing that everyone had no objection, Newt brought David and the others into the crowd and walked towards Mrs. Morkin’s shop.

As soon as he opened the door of the robe shop, David heard a gentle female voice, "David, you haven't come to my shop for a long time, are you going to Hogwarts for school?"

"Oh, there is a pretty little witch." A short squat witch smiled and put on from behind a row of clothes.

When Queenie didn't have time to make clothes for them, Newt and the others needed to come here to buy clothes. They are also regular customers here.

After she approached, she saw the clothes that David was wearing, with a look of surprise on her face, and then walked to David's side a few steps, and after a close look, she said in an admiring tone: "This is Queenie New Is it designed? It's so beautiful."

"Well, my aunt sent me yesterday. She has been designing new styles of clothes recently." David said.

"Then you can help me ask, can her clothes be sold in my shop?" Madam Morkin said expectantly.

"Of course, I will write to you and ask when I go back," David said.

"Oh, awesome!" Madame Morkin's eyes were narrowed, and she whispered, "I will give you both of your clothes for free, and I will also impose self-ironing and self-healing spells on you. Oh."

"Thank you, I will try my best to help you persuade my aunt." David blinked at her, anyway, Queenie's clothes are sold everywhere.

Mrs. Morkin happily waved a magic wand and a tape around David and Hermione, recording their height and other data.

"You can come to fetch your clothes in two hours." After the measurement, Mrs. Morkin said.

   "Okay, thank you." David said.

After leaving the store, the Grangers wanted to pay Newt for the school uniform, but Newt refused. He said that it was not his credit and could not accept the money.

So Mrs. Granger bought a large ice cream for David and Hermione alone, which broke Hermione's music, because the Grangers are both dentists and they rarely let her eat these desserts.

Hermione and David took the ice cream, walked behind Newt contentedly, and swaggered towards the wand shop.

When they finished eating the ice cream in their hands, the magic wand shop also arrived. It was a dilapidated small shop, and even the Ollivander line on the sign had fallen off so that it could not be seen clearly.

He also relied on this to be his wand shop, otherwise most people walked to the door and saw this sign, and they would have just turned around and left.

David walked into the store and looked around. There was no one, only the piles of cardboard boxes.

"Good noon, everyone." An old man stood on a ladder and suddenly slid out from the side, startling Hermione.

He walked down the ladder and looked at Newt, his silver-white eyes motionless, as if he was reminiscing.

"Mr. Scamander," he said. "Wand body made of ash, lime, shell and bone, mother-of-pearl core, a very durable wand, its owners are people who love magical animals. I hope you keep it well."

An awkward smile appeared on Newt's face. His wand had long been worn out by him. He took out his wand and handed it to Ollivander.

"I think I can take care of you later, Mr. Scamander." Ollivander's tone was not too happy, as if he was blaming Newt for his carelessness with the wand.

"This is..." Ollivander thought for a while and said, "Little David? I didn't expect you to grow up like this."

David respectfully greeted Ollivander, who had come here with Tina to maintain the wand before.

Ollivander turned to Hermione again, "I think we meet for the first time, right?"

Hermione nodded and said, "Hello, Mr. Ollivander, my name is Hermione Granger."

"Welcome to Diagon Alley, you will become a great witch in the future." Ollivander said: "Now, would you please stand over and choose the wand?"

Ollivander used a tape measure to measure the size, and pulled out a few boxes from the back cabinet, and he handed the wands inside to Hermione's hands one by one, but it was a pity that they didn't fit.

"A picky guest." Ollivander murmured: "But it doesn't matter, we will find a suitable wand, the wand will choose its wizard, and there will be a wand suitable for you."

Ollivander pulled out a few more boxes from the side and handed them to Hermione's hands. After trying a few more, Hermione finally found a wand suitable for her. With a wave of her, a soft light appeared on the tip of the wand.

"The vine tree, the dragon's nerve, is nine and three-quarters inches long, and a powerful magic wand." Ollivander said: "The people who have it are the noble pursuit and visionary wizards, just like I said before. Yes, you will become a powerful witch in the future."

"David, please come forward~www.ltnovel.com~ okay?" After Hermione took the wand and stepped aside, Ollivander said.

After measuring the size with a tape measure, Ollivander took another one from the pile of boxes, took out the wand from it, and stuffed it into David's hand.

   "You wave it," Ollivander said.

David waved it lightly, feeling that the magic power was injected into the wand as if he had encountered some obstacle, suddenly exploded in the wand, and then a light flashed in the front of the wand, and the boxes piled behind Ollivander were blown up everywhere. Flying around.

The situation is much worse than Hermione just now.

"It's okay, it's okay, let's try this one again." Ollivander hurriedly took out the wand in David's hand and replaced it with one.

But the situation has not changed at all. After changing a few, the wand shop has become a mess, and the vase next to it and the small lamp on the top are all broken.

"Tsk, powerful magical talent, and an extremely picky guest." Ollivander said: "But...we will find a wand that suits you...let me think about it. ...Where is it?"

Listening to Ollivander murmuring there, David's mouth twitched.

He now seriously suspects that all of this is Ollivander’s marketing method.

All the little wizards who come here will make him feel that his magic talent is the best in the world!

He is the savior of the magic world!

  He is the next Dumbledore!

Then happily took out a large sum of money.

Otherwise, how could Ollivander's words remain the same, and his evaluation was almost the same as Hermione's.

David is ready to be slaughtered by Ollivander in his heart.

   Industry monopoly is not desirable!
