Chapter 551 Hongzhi
Chapter 550 Hongzhi
Hongyuan Temple, outside the mountain gate.

A man dressed as a Taoist glanced at the mountain gate, narrowed his eyes slightly, and disappeared instantly.

Zhen Yuanzi wandered around outside the Hongyuan Temple a few times with his spiritual sense, and discovered the extraordinary in this Hongyuan Temple.

Lingshan has turned this Hongyuan Temple into a Buddhist fortress, and no external thoughts can penetrate into it.

Zhen Yuanzi wanted to enter with his divine sense several times, but he knew that it would arouse the vigilance of the West, so he gave up in the end.

Seeing Xuanzang and Na Zhenyang Hou enter Hongyuan Temple, Zhen Yuanzi frowned slightly.

I don't know if the resentment I just activated in Xuanzang's heart will be resolved by Lingshan.

But Xuanzang had to pass the test of Hongyuan Temple.

As long as this test is passed, Xuanzang will never have any problems in the hearts of the two Lingshans.

And after that, it was time for Zhen Yuanzi to make a real move.

Therefore, Zhen Yuanzi was not in a hurry, his spiritual sense was near Hongyuan Temple, and he watched everything that happened in Hongyuan Temple from a distance.

……

The Hongyuan Temple was very big, and they were caught by the old monk. They walked forward for about a stick of incense, and finally arrived at the tea house that the old monk said.

This is a very simple building, the whole house is built of solid wood, with three floors.

Entering the main hall, a Buddha statue emitting golden light appeared in front of everyone.

Several people immediately stepped forward, knelt on the futon in front of the Buddha statue, and worshiped.

After paying homage, several people got up, and the old monk smiled slightly at Xuanzang, and said, "Master Xuanzang, this tea house is a residence bestowed by the Holy One today."

"It is used to enshrine this golden Buddha, and it is also used as a place for members of the royal family to worship Buddha and worship Zen."

"Amitabha." Xuanzang stood up and said softly, "Your Majesty, you have also given up all your efforts."

This is natural.

The entire tea house is built in an antique style, which is completely different from other buildings outside.

In this tea house, there is a faint fragrance in the air, which is the aroma carried by the wood that built this tea house.

Just look around and you will know how much money, material and manpower will be spent to build this three-story teahouse.

I am afraid that only the current Holy Master has the ability to build it.

"Master Xuanzang, please follow me."

With a smile on his face, the old monk grabbed Xuanzang's wrist and walked towards the stairs beside him, while the other monks stayed in the hall, knelt in front of the golden Buddha, and silently recited scriptures.

Zhenyanghou followed the two of them up to the second floor of the tea house.

On the second floor of the teahouse, there is an empty space with a seat in the middle, carved with dragon and phoenix patterns, this must be the place where the Holy One worships the Buddha today.

Xuanzang glanced at it, but he didn't have the slightest idea in his mind.

It wasn't until the three of them walked up to the third floor that they sat down in a small elegant room.

The doors and windows of this house are open, and the green scene outside can be seen at a glance, almost the whole picture of Hongyuan Temple can be seen.

The old monk sat on the futon in the house and motioned for Xuanzang and others to sit down.

As soon as they sat down, a young novice came in, offered them a cup of tea, and then slowly exited.

"Master Xuanzang." The old monk sat down, looked at Xuanzang, smiled, and said softly, "How about this Hongyuan Temple?"

Xuanzang clasped his hands together and said softly, "Amitabha, Hongyuan Temple is indeed a quiet place to worship Buddha."

"In the whole world, I am afraid that only Hongyuan Temple has such a beautiful scenery."

In Xuanzang's words, there is naturally a pun.

In temples in other places, even if benefactors donate money, they will never be used to build such extravagant teahouses, and most of them will be used to build temple halls.

And this Hongyuan Temple has the best things used by today's saints to find Buddha.

The temples in the capital of the Tang Dynasty are really unique.

Seeing such a scene, Xuanzang secretly spied in his heart.

In two days, he has seen the most suffering in this world, and he has also seen the most prosperous in this world.

Compared with the tranquility of the years here, the so-called cloud in the inn before seems to be the dross of this world and should be expelled.

The hole in Xuanzang's heart became bigger, and the doubts in his heart stimulated his nerves even more.

"Master Xuanzang traveled thousands of miles to come here. I heard that Master Xuanzang started to travel a few years ago. Why did he come to Chang'an today?"

The old monk picked up the teacup and put it in his hand, and asked softly.

"Xuanzang traveled the world to find the answer in his heart." Xuanzang replied truthfully: "I thought that the final answer might be found in Chang'an, but after entering Chang'an, I realized that all this is just Xuanzang's wishful thinking. "

"Traveling around the world and coming to Chang'an, for Xuanzang, there is no difference."

"The answer Xuanzang was looking for has never appeared."

Xuanzang's face was calm, his heart was like still water, and there was a trace of indifference in his eyes.

He picked up the teacup in front of him and took a sip. The tea was clear and refreshing.

Xuanzang turned his head and looked out of the window. Outside the window was lush greenery and full of vitality.

But at this moment, Xuanzang's heart was not moved by the beautiful scenery in front of him.

"Amitabha." The old monk smiled lightly and said, "Master Xuanzang is indeed an eminent monk. In order to find the answer in his heart, he traveled around the world and felt thousands of sufferings."

"I have the guts to ask, Master Xuanzang, is there any gain?"

Xuanzang smiled slightly when he heard the words, and said, "What the Buddha said is that all sentient beings are universally saved. All living beings in the world are equal. The world we wait for will eventually be an equal world."

"In terms of harvest, during this trip, Xuanzang only gained the refutation of the Buddhist scriptures, but he didn't find any scene depicted in the Buddhist scriptures at all."

"Let the abbot down."

When Xuanzang was speaking, his eyes kept looking out of the window, and he didn't turn his head to look at the old monk at all.

The old monk smiled slightly when he heard the words, and said: "Master Xuanzang's words are wrong. The master traveled all over the world, but what he saw was a piece of dross, and he saw the intrigues in the world."

"But Master, have you ever thought that this world was like this when there was no Dharma, but it didn't appear because of Dharma and my Buddha."

"The meaning of my Buddha's existence is to save sentient beings and to save all sentient beings. If there is no dross in this world and everything you see, then what is the meaning of my Buddha's existence?"

Hongzhi presided over the words, which were also quite philosophical, but Xuanzang didn't take it seriously when he heard it in Xuanzang's ears.

"Master, the poor monk speaks bluntly." Xuanzang looked at Hongzhi and said softly: "In my Buddhist scriptures, all describe the world of equality and the world where Buddhism is spread. You and I are both Buddhist disciples, and we all know the mysteries of that world. .”

"You and I practice to reach that state and enter that world."

"However, in Buddhism, it does not explain how to achieve that state."
