Chapter 9 What if you hurt a good person by mistake?

The Great Sage went out fast, but Fa Hai was not slow either.

As soon as the two of them came out, they saw several steel knives shining coldly in the moonlight.

One of them had already touched the house of the grandparents and grandson. Wukong was furious. He took out the golden cudgel from his ear, and hit it with the stick.

Fahai said, "Wukong, keep your mouth alive."

Wukong had already used up his strength after hearing this, but he didn't expect that these robbers were really not beaten, and the golden hoop just bumped a little and died.

"Amitabha."

A one-eyed robber wearing a blindfold saw the great sage's viciousness, so he took the horse and left.

The other saw that he couldn't run away, and another saw that Fa Hai seemed to be a weak monk, thinking that holding him was holding him hostage, and then he drew a knife and stepped forward.

"Master, be careful."

The great sage wanted to chase, but he saw that the master was in danger again. When he was struggling, he heard the voice of the master: "Go after the horse thief, and see where their nest is."

Hearing the sound, the robber's knife had arrived in Master's hands at some point, and the robber was already kneeling on the ground at this moment, with the knife on his neck.

A good monk.

Wukong said in his heart, "I forgot what Master is capable of, what are the thieves doing?"
Then he turned a somersault and followed behind the robber. In fact, the horse was originally a monkey hair change. Even if Wukong didn't go with him, as long as the one-eyed robber rode back, he would naturally be able to know the other's lair. Then, he saw a white light flashing not far ahead. Then he cut off contact with Ma'er.

hiss!
The great sage turned his eyes, and the golden light shone, and when he looked closely, it turned out to be a white dragon.

A few thieves are not a big deal. Besides, Master has already caught one, but if this wild dragon commits a murder, Master's safety is still the most important thing.

The great sage smashed the white dragon with a stick, and the white dragon turned away when he saw that the iron stick was heavy, and knew that he was no match for it.

The great sage was about to catch up, but he saw something falling out from under the white dragon. It was a piece of exquisite jade pendant. With the great sage's eyesight, he could see at a glance that it was not an ordinary thing. The white dragon might not be a wild dragon. , I don't know what it is.

The great sage flew up to the clouds, and saw the white dragon flying into a water stream. There was a stone tablet on the edge of the cliff with the words "Eagle Sorrowful Stream" written on it. He wrote down the old white dragon's nest in his heart, turned the cloud road, and returned to the old man's house.

The movement was quite loud just now, and the old man and the little grandson were all awakened.

When Wukong came back, he saw the robber weeping bitterly, kneeling in front of the master's seat and repenting of his sinful life.

What on earth happened?

"Amitabha." Fahai saw the Great Sage returning, and chanted the Buddha's name, "What did you find?"

The Great Sage didn't wait for the master to inquire, and then explained what happened just now.

"My old grandson saw that the white dragon is not ordinary, so he first explored his traces. As for the robbers' lair, the disciples have not explored it." The great sage glanced at his master, as if he was afraid of being punished.

Naturally, Fahai would not blame Wukong, but instead looked at the robber who was kneeling on the ground and said, "So, I'll have you lead the way in a while."

The robber kowtowed several times on the ground, and said, "The villain has committed a lot of sins. Fortunately, he met the Master, only to realize that he has made a mistake in his life. Now he is about to forgive his sins."

"Wait a minute." Fahai held the robber and looked at the great sage, "Wukong."

"The disciple is here."

"The robber who was beaten to death by you is about to be rescued by your teacher. The so-called death lamp is extinguished. Even though he was a robber from Jiangyang and his hands, he was killed by your hands today. You will dig a hole in a while. , bury his corpse, and don't expose it to my husband's house."

When the great sage saw that the master mentioned the robber who was beaten to death by himself, he thought it was the compassion of the people in Buddhism, and he wanted to blame himself for killing at will.

After all, humans are different from tigers. Master doesn’t blame himself for beating the tiger to death, but he doesn’t necessarily allow himself to commit murder. Master, don't you blame my old grandson for killing him? I often hear that people in Buddhism would rather kill themselves than kill. Even though my disciple was a monk halfway through, he never thought that he had no weight in his hands, but now he is beaten to death with a single blow. Isn't it murder? Has the commandment been violated?"

In life, who can not make mistakes?

There was a flash of reminiscence in Fa Hai's eyes, but he quickly recovered. Although Wukong started a little harder and committed a killing, but in Fa Hai's view, it was not a mistake.Wrong is wrong, precepts are precepts, and sometimes being wrong does not necessarily violate the precepts; and sometimes, obeying the precepts does not mean that it is right.

This is Fahai's personal experience.

"If it wasn't for you and me to stay here today, wouldn't the two of my father, grandparents, and grandchildren die innocently? Could it be that you have the ability to watch robbers kill good people because you are afraid of committing the precept of killing?" Such a character, who was bound by the rules and regulations of Buddhist precepts, was trapped in it before, but was blinded. Now that he wants to come out, how can he push Sun Wukong into it.

Wukong looked at the robber who was kneeling in front of his master and repented, and then looked at the robber who was beaten to death by himself.

Seeing Wukong scratching his ears and scratching his cheeks, Fahai knew that he had listened to his own words, and said with a smile: "You beat him to death for the sake of the people, and he will die more than others, so as not to harm others in the future. If you really let them go with the heart of a bodhisattva A way of life, if there are good people who died at their hands in the future, what will happen? Will they complain to Yan Jun in the underworld, saying that you and I only care about the life of the robbers, but do not care whether the good people will suffer? Who should be the murderer?"

Hearing these words, the Great Sage was stunned, and Master was indeed an eminent monk of the Tang Dynasty.

When he sighed, he secretly figured out some truth in his heart——

It’s fine if you don’t meet them, but since you have encountered them, if you don’t kill these robbers, the guilt of the robbers in the future will be on you.

The great sage was digesting, and the master's voice came from his ear: "But there is one more thing, you have to pay attention."

Wukong asked curiously, "What's the matter?"

"Even though you made a mistake today, it's not a wrong kill, but what if one day you hurt a good person by mistake?"

"Ah, this." Wukong stopped thinking about it for a while, and the scene of himself killing a good person by mistake also appeared in his mind, which made him feel uncomfortable.

He couldn't figure it out himself, so he quickly asked the master for advice: "Please ask the master to clarify the doubts for the disciple."

"Although you are a stubborn monkey, but for the sake of the teacher, you are naturally jealous of evil. This is a good quality, coupled with the ability to penetrate the sky and the earth, it is even more powerful, but there is always one less constraint. But now that you know that you can't start It's a matter of severity, why don't you want a way to restrain one or two? It can be regarded as a practice."

"Well" the Great Sage was still a little embarrassed and said, "Master, I don't know. When I was studying art before, my teacher who taught me did not give me any serious advice on martial arts. My grandson's martial arts are all self-taught. I have learned a lot from it, so it is still a bit messy, in fact, without a system, my grandson can't think of any rules for a while, I wonder if Master has any good ideas?"

Fa Hai thought for a while, and said, "When a poor monk walks in the world, he hears that the common martial arts have the realm of 'lifting a heavy weight as lightly' or 'lifting a light weight as if he is heavy', for the teacher to see your stick skills blindly fierce. If you lose your stamina, you said that your golden hoop weighs [-] catties, and it can be big or small, and you can change it as you like, why don't you think about this?"

"Light? Heavy?"

"The so-called one method can connect all methods. If you can truly send and receive all your energy from your heart, you don't have to worry about hurting someone's life due to a mistake in the future." Fa Hai saw that the Great Sage was listening seriously, and smiled: "If you really understand it. With the changes in yin and yang's hardness and softness, perhaps when he will compete with Erlang Zhenjun in the future, the odds of winning are not small."

Wukong's eyes lit up, as if he had obtained a treasure, Bang Bangbang nodded his head several times and said, "Disciple, thank Master for his guidance."
