Friday night.

I renewed my determination to fight my love for Moriyama-kun and called Haruko-chan for advice.

“Haruko-chan, listen! Moriyama-kun has been selected as the vice-president of the student council!”

“EHH!? My brother??? That’s a lie, right?”

“It’s true! He was specially nominated without an election and Moriyama-kun has already agreed.”

“Seriously…? My brother used to avoid showing off so much… This is thanks to you, Himeka-san. Thank you very much.”

“No, it’s because Moriyama-kun himself was working very hard. But that’s not the main topic, there’s something I want to talk to you about…”

“Yes, what is it? It’s about my brother, isn’t it?”

“Let’s turn that study session into a sleepover. I’ll talk to my mother about it, so please get your mother’s permission, Himeka-san.”

“EHH!? A sleepover??? Is that okay?”

“Of course. I’m sure my mother would be happy to accept. If you stay overnight, you can spend a lot of time with my brother outside of studying, right? This will be a good chance for you, Himeka-san.”

“Okay! I’ll ask Mama for permission right away. Thank you for your help even though you’re busy studying for exams! You really helped me out!”
