"Lucifer…"

A silver-haired angel fell from the sky.

'So this is…' Emilia couldn't hold back her anger. She wanted to kill Lucifer right there and there, but upon seeing his condition, She had second thoughts.

Zeus looked at Lucifer's body and furrowed his brows. He flipped Lucifer's body using his leg and said, "Oi! Are you alive?"

Lucifer's body was injured from head to toe. His wings had been plucked out, and his body was burnt.

"It seems he was sunbathing on the clouds," Zeus remarked.

Emilia couldn't help but laugh after hearing that.

"Zeus! Why are you passing jokes at a time like this!" Faith yelled and started healing Lucifer.

"Come on. There is no way he will die from these minor injuries. I have seen him in a worse situation," Zeus groaned.

Faith healed Lucifer for a few minutes until he regained his consciousness. Then, he healed himself.

"Yo! What happened to you?" Zeus asked Lucifer with a concerned look on his face.

Lucifer let out a big sigh and glanced back and forth at Faith and Emilia. Then, he squinted his eyes and furrowed his brows as he glanced at them again. He turned to Zeus and said, "What the fuck, Zeus?! Here I was fighting for my death, and you were having fun with two beautiful girls?!"

"If you can yell, then you are probably okay." Zeus placed his hand on Lucifer's shoulder and asked with a serious look on his face: "Now, tell me. What happened to you?"

"I was fighting with a demon…" Lucifer replied.

"Then why did you invite us? And who was that demon? It must be pretty strong if it injured you to this state," Zeus wondered and scanned Lucifer's body with his god's sight. "No sign of the demon prints."

"..." Lucifer didn't reply and stood in silence.

"What's wrong? Who was it? Tell me? I swear I won't make fun of you."

"It was an imp," Lucifer uttered in a low voice.

"..."

"..."

"Seriously?"

Lucifer nodded in response.

"What the actual fuck?! How can the lowest of the lowest demons injure you?!" Zeus exclaimed with a surprised and baffled look on his face.

"The imp was possessed by the demon lord," Lucifer asserted with a sigh.

"Demon lord? All the demon lords are sealed in hell. What are— oh! I see." Zeus nodded. "But still, how could a mere demon lord injure you? Who was the demon lord? What's its name?"

"I don't know. He kept saying 'Surtr', so I assume that was his name," Lucifer replied.

"Hmm~" Zeus hummed in wonder and pondered for a while. "So, did you defeat the imp?"

"Of course," Lucifer replied.

"Then it's all good." Zeus shrugged his shoulders and said, "So, what's up?"

"Nothing. I am heading to the capital. What about you… and…" Lucifer gazed at Emilia with a curious look on his face and asked, "Who is she?"

"She is an angel, well half-angel… fallen half-angel…" Zeus sighed. "We found her in the forest. She has lost her memories and doesn't remember anything. Also, she was speaking a different language."

Emilia and Asteria had learned to interpret different languages using the same technique used by Sophia.

"Oh!" Lucifer placed his hand on his chin and wondered, "Doesn't she look a lot like Faith?"

"She does?" Zeus looked back and forth between Faith and Emilia, then shook his head and said, "I don't see any similarities except black hair and blue eyes. And that's the common trait for almost all the high-ranking humans, no?"

"I wasn't talking about that," Lucifer muttered.

"Anyway, we are getting late. I need to meet Ajax at the palace and give him the scroll." Zeus asserted in a calm voice. "Can you carry Emilia? I will carry Faith."

"Sure." Lucifer tried to touch Emilia, but she slapped his hand.

"..." Emilia glared at Lucifer and gritted her teeth.

"What's wrong with her?" Lucifer whispered to Zeus.

"I don't know. She has been acting like this for a while. For some reason, she is hostile towards Faith and you," Zeus whispered back.

"I think it's because she is a fallen angel. Maybe she hates god and people related to them?" Lucifer wondered.

"Yeah. That's what I am thinking."

"If you two are done whispering, can we go now?" Faith asked with a furious look on her face.

"It's spreading to Faith too," Zeus commented.

After reaching the capital, they went to the guildhall to get Emilia healed. Fortunately, there were enough healers to heal her. They were healing her in the room, and Zeus and Faith were with them. Meanwhile, Lucifer was having a meeting with his party member.

The elder healer approached Zeus and Faith with an anxious look on her face.

"What's wrong, Miti?" Faith asked worriedly.

"The injuries that girl had… they don't belong here…" Miti uttered.

"What do you mean?" Zeus scoffed. "I didn't know injuries also belong somewhere."

Faith nudged her elbow on Zeus' stomach and glared at him with a frowned face. "Can't you be serious?"

Zeus squinted his eyes and hugged Faith from behind. Then, he moved his hand under her clothes and groped her breasts.

"You mean like this?" Zeus teased and nibbled Faith's ears.

Faith couldn't scream or react; if she did, then everyone in the guildhall would see them.

"Stop… it…" she said with a flushed face.

"But I am being serious. Didn't you say—"

"Ahem!" Miti cleared her throat and shook her head in disbelief after looking at Zeus and Faith. "You two have no shame, do you?"

"Shame is for the weak. I am strong, and I am shameless," Zeus uttered in a haughty manner. 

Miti pointed her gaze at Faith and said, "If you don't stop, then she will cry."

Zeus removed his hand from under Faith's clothes and hugged her from behind.

"So, you were saying something about that girl?" Faith asked curiously.

"Yeah. Her injuries are… her body was exposed into the void."

Zeus raised his brows and uttered, "That's not possible. No one can survive in the void."

"Indeed. And that's why, her entire core map, including her soul cores, are destroyed," Miti asserted with an anxious look on her face.

"So… how is she alive?" Zeus wondered with a puzzled look on his face.

"We don't know. But she has something inside her body that saved her. Her body is regenerating 100 times faster than the divine healing magic. Her cores are also automatically getting fixed. And I think…" Mito stopped and looked at Faith and Zeus with a serious look on her face.

"You think what?"

"I think she might be pregnant."
