'A man? A woman?'

Their voices mixes and confused Troy.

Troy had known about the Corrupted Saint for long. But he never actually meet face to face or speak to them. 

In the past, even the other Saint did not know about the original of the Corrupted Saint. They just said the Corrupted Saint always be in the rearward, healing and confronting the wounded. 

Now there he is, flying with their Corrupted Angel child, above a giant black hole leads to the Lower Floor.

"Say, Fated One, why did you do all this?"

Ars confused at first. What context makes the Corrupted Saint asked that? Then he realizes he steps on someone's cinder. 

"He destroyed my castle and killed my child."

Destroyed his castle is reasonable, because they were at war. But Ars' future child? 

'Aren't his children yet born? Does that mean - ?'

Cinderella killed them inside theirs' mother belly. 

So therein lies the source of Ars' wrath.

"That was not what I meant. Why are you moving forward?"

It was not just Ars who got astonished, Troy is too.

"Are you really questioning that? Didn't you be in this hole with the same purpose?"

[If you can go to the Deepest part of the Abyss, your wish will be granted]

"That might be true. It was the God's words after all," said Soul Saint. "But, all of it was just a confidence game."

Soul Saint raised their right hand. 

In a blink of an eye, the surrounding of Ars and Troy became dark; the world blackened.

The Spartan were ready to defend their kingdom till the end. 

Their enemy is the army of Million Minions. 

The army of demons had conquered the East Continent, Middle Terra, then they come to Desertian, Eria. 

Eria is humanity's last hope. If the kingdom falls to the hand of the Demon King, the humanity will over.

["You may not aware, but, you are the Fated One. The existence who has the same shadow as the One known as the Demon King."]

Troy did not know what happened or how they could be in the middle of the war between Eria and the army of the Demon King. But one thing is for sure, the Eria in that world of darkness is exactly the same as the Eria he controls.

Apart from Eria, there was one more thing that caught Troy's attention.

Unconsciously, he was standing in front of an awful being. 

An ominous man, wearing all black, holding blackish red sword in right hand. On the left side of the ominous man is a young girl, covered in yellowish light; besides the all darkness, she is the only one alight. 

The Luminous Girl pulling the Ominous Man's cloth, almost like telling the man to stop doing this.

"Is that how you fool people to follow you?"

"This is not a fool, it is a past."

"What's the different? You're just being a boomer who told your children to hate certain people because of their link to the past."

Ars took an example from the reality that happened in their home world.

Soul Saint cannot decline that fact, he even accepted that. But their son, the Virtue of Temperance, not happy with Ars' allusion.

Soul Saint raised their right hand to tell the Temperance to do not make a move yet. 

"Are you trying to destroy this world once more?"

Destruction? Ars' purpose of fighting was not to destroy.

"But, if I have to destroy this world so I can return home, I will destroy this world."

His purpose for fighting is to get home where he belongs. 

The Three Light Saints, and the warriors who have died so they can move forward, must have the same final goal; is to return home. 

"Or, to gain something unimaginable. I don't know about this guy behind me," Ars pointed to Troy, "but I want to go home, along with everything I have built."

Ars' intent shone brightly from his eyes. 

Soul Saint responded to Ars' gaze by flashing two lights from the darkness on his face.

"In THAT case, I have a suggestion for you. Brings all the people of Terra to the Surface, the Last Boss, is in there."

Soul Saint pointed upwards. In front of a person who had great ambitions to the bottom of the Abyss, they told Ars to climb back up to the starting point.

'Is he kidding?'

Troy even hard to understand if Soul Saint was honest or not. 

They just said they have to go back to the surface. Having the opposite goal from the Abyssal Hunter. Holding the Abyssal from moving forward. Pushing the Abyssal to go back to the surface. Does that their true intention of becoming the Black Hunter?

"Does that mean I will lose to you?" asked Ars.

They will lose if they do what the Corrupted Saint told. 

Come to think of it. If they desire, they could be in the deepest part of Abyss if they want. Or, they actually be in the depth of Abyss already. But they did not want the other faction to be in the same place as them. That was why they fool the Abyssal to stop moving forward.

Soul Saint did not respond to Ars' question. They became quite when it comes to arguing of win and lose to fighting brain. 

"Then this conversation stops here."

After declaring that, Ars takes out one Sinaga Sword. He just holds the sword without the intention to point at the Corrupted Saint. 

On seeing the red version of Sword of Testament, Soul Saint moves strangely, or they're shaking a little.

"You, where is the true owner of the sword?" asked Soul Saint. 

Seeing the red version of Sword of Testament reminds the Soul Saint with their fellow Saint, the Sword Saint. 

"The shorty? I don't know. He left me with this sword and disappears somewhere? But, after hearing your words about the Last Boss and the Surface, maybe he is on the surface, maybe."

Soul Saint stops shaking after Ars' answer. They got serious once more, and more intense.

"Then One's existence here is his way of continuing hope. As One's said, this conversation is over. We will fully prepare to welcome One's arrival in the true darkness."

After Soul Saint's words end, all the weapons behind Virtue of Temperance pointed to the two Sin in front of them.

Troy felt great threat on seeing all the weapons. He poses a defensive stance to withstand the immense attack. 

However – 

"KING!"

The one hundred Spartan he left behind finally catch up, and will also be affected by the Temperance's attack.

"STOP THERE!"

It was too late. They already in the Temperance's range of attack. 

One great explosion occurs in the middle of Floor 3.
