Unrecorded Sector / Unknown Cave

Early in the morning / 

Dwalin's party came over to the unknown cave that had confirm with Ars. A cave they had once explored, but they could not conquer.

They are all ready with their equipment, tool, and courage.. They just need to meet the leader of the expedition.

"It's him!"

One of Dwalin's men caught a sight of Ars standing in front of the cave. 

Dwalin speed up his feet to meet Ars. 

"You're fast! Can't wait to break the mountain?"

"Can't say I don't agree."

Unlike all the miner members, Ars was dressed all in black as usual. The different was he combed his hair, and he activated [Eyes of the Dragon]. The Greedy Young Master looks.

They were not surprised to see Ars, who was different from yesterday.

"But, where is our supplies?"

Yesterday, Ars said he was in charge of bringing their supplies. But the supplies were nowhere to be found. 

Is Ars playing tricks with them? 

If there are no supplies, they won't be able to start the expedition.

"It's here."

To prove that there are supplies. First, Ars pointed his right hand to right. Then create a round floor made of swords. After that, he took out a large amount of supplies via the round floor sword. 

That made all the expedition members gaping. 

"Did he just do the sci-fi thingy where you can issue things from a futuristic device?!" ask one of the expedition member. 

All the members were asking while staring. But Ars did not want to bother explaining. 

"I also brought lots of other things like spare equipment and medicine. That way, you don't have to worry about anything else other than piercing this cave to the other side."

Ars was perfectly ready to enter the cave.

[Expedition to Pierce the Great Mountain: Begin]

"There is crab coming at 4 o'clock!"

"Really?! The shrimp here haven't even been defeated yet!"

"Caster! Block the tunnel of the upcoming crab!"

The miners got overwhelmed because of the incoming monsters in the cave. 

They had only been in for an hour. But the horde of monsters had already come to them.

"Hey, where is our Emperor when we need him?!"

Ars said he would take care of the monster while they were inside. 

"He said he will go deeper into the tip of our last spot!"

Unfortunately, he was not there when the attack occurred.

"Dwalin! The monsters so many, and we are only thirty!"

They got overwhelmed with the keep-coming monsters when their number was less than their first expedition.

"At this rate, we are going to lose men when we only begin!"

Dwalin thought the same. 

They had not been in battle since their first expedition. So, the scale of that massive battle after a long time took their muscles by surprise a little.

"Hang in there till Ars back!"

They have no chance but to wait for Ars to back. What if Ars doesn't come back in the meantime? Most likely they will lose a man or two.

If that happens, their progress in the future will be heavier even though they have just started.

"[Automatic Targeting Sword-shot – Target [Monsters' Heart]: Activated]"

Suddenly, multiple swords shot at every monster on the perimeter and instantly killed them.

The great help comes from a person they have been waiting. 

"Ars!"

Ars has returned after checking the opened route.

"Sorry, it took me long. I have to adjust the opened route and compare it by looking from above the mountains."

He just came back and already told a lot of information.

"Wait, first, let us catch a breath. We haven't had an adrenaline rush in a while and we need a little of getting used to."

Dwalin represents the condition of all of his members.

Ars responded to that with shaking his head, belittling. 

"What an old man. In that case, I will walk first to clear the route."

The reason on why the miner team got ambushed by a bunch of monsters was because Ars teleported to the end of the opened route. That was why he did not face with any monster. 

Now he moves with feet. So if there is any ambush from the other tunnel, he will clear all of that himself.

Abyssal Terra / Floor 2 

Great Mountains  / Thousand Underground Passages

Definition / An infinite number of underground passages. Each passage was connected to another passage. Often also referred to as Misleading Thousand Underground Passages.

Uniqueness / When entering deep enough, there are Luminous Minerals that illuminate the passages. The Luminous Minerals can't be mined because once it breaks, the luminous will fade. 

Track: Opened route.

"I heard in one sector, there is a large cave that is used as a tourist spot in the East Great Mountains."

Ars only heard about the information. He hasn't had time to check there himself.

"That's true. The cave name is, Luminous Cave Town. Owned by King Alexander and King Alexander himself, who found the cave."

"We've visited the place several times for vacation."

"Yeah, the place is so beautiful with all the wall luminous mineral!"

"The cave is no deeper than the end of the route we reached. But, as expected by an Emperor."

All of them really admire the job of their Head of Family, Alexander the Black Dragon. 

Ars knew that information already. Because when he first listens to the information, he asked Alexander about the information, and what Alexander answered was:

'I found that cave when I ran away from the Northern Region Conquest Expedition! At first, I was so confused. Do I have to go out? If I get out, the Spear witch will catch me. So I decided to take a deeper walk. That's when I found the cave!'

He was not kidding about telling the story because he was so excited. 

To be honest, Ars actually was a little jealous of that cowardly man. He is the stronger and has dominated the 1st and 2nd Floor. Yet he never felt of how to conquer the abyss. 

That was why, when he heard the information about a place yet to be conquered, he got excited. Luckily he also got Legend party to be his subordinates. 

"But, he is no less great."

"Yeah."

Walking in front, become the Tank as well as Sword of the team, Ars killing every monster that gets near him with [Four Satelite – Automatic Targetting Sword-shot].

"We are here!"

Finally, they were arrived at the last spot of the route. An end of the passage leading to the four branches.

Ars took out a few supply boxes. Letting the team to please themselves.

He took out one wooden chair and sits in front of a round table. He also took out a few tiny boxes and placed them around the table.

Dwalin came to Ars. With three of his men carry an hourglass; they are the Time Monitor Specialist. Two other people also sat down who bring a wide thick paper; they are the Map Creator Specialist.

"How long has it been since we entered?" asked Ars to the Time Monitors.

"Nine hours, about forty-eight minutes."

Ars put a thinking pose and stared at the table. 

The six people on the table looked at each other, wondering. 

"Nine hours is fast enough for us to get to this spot. It's all thanks to you, Ars."

Ars understood that Dwalin was cheering him on. But he expected that they can be faster if the team walks a bit faster. 

"Let me take a look at the map."

The Map Creator unfold the map to Ars. 

Ars looking at the map seriously. Then he took out a pencil. After that he begins to draw on the map. 

That shocked the six people on the table. But they found that Ars was not drawing a route, but an unknown shape of outline.

"What is that?" asked Dwalin.

"It's the outline of the mountain."

That means the shape of the mountain they are in. 

They did not think Ars could clearly draw the shape of the mountain they were in.

Well, they already know that Ars has the ability to teleport. So it's no wonder that Ars can teleport up the mountain from where they are to see from the outside.

"We are here." Ars pointed at their current spot. "So we just need to find a route that can take us straight ahead." After that he drew a single line from their spot to out from the mountain. 

Ars idea took them in surprise. Once they had an idea of the route, they should take –

"That means our expedition would be a lot easier!"

The Map Creators express their enjoyment. 

The excited Map Creators invited the rest of the party to come over and find out what was going on. 

Ars confidently would lead them to the adjoining door of their Great Mountain.

But somehow, Dwalin questioned that expectation.

"Well, let's just try to go deeper."

Not wanting to be negative, Dwalin tried to believe in their expedition leader and move forward.
