Throne Of Time

Chapter 89 - 88 - I-Island (7)

Everything happened in a flash, in a blink of an eye, and it was all over immediately.

All Might, the greatest hero of all time, the one who rescued hundreds of people, for the first time, failed!

Wolfram's smile appeared for a few seconds as the terrorist imagined this headline in the newspapers. Yet this wish could not be fulfilled because the hero's voice appeared, showing that he did not suffer too much substantial damage to render him immobile, devoid of strength.

Still, his voice sounded weary, with an inevitable pain in his heart.

"Y-you won't get away with it!"

After that, an explosion happened, pieces of rock began to fly in all directions at incredible speeds, and where they landed, they immediately caused significant damage to the surrounding space.

Cracks scattered across the square in front of the tower with hundreds of floors. That previously tidy square had now become a veritable heap of rubble.

From the cloud of dust, a yellow figure ran at a speed whose human eye seemed unable to perceive.

The hero's hands crossed each other in front of his body, after which, as soon as he came near where Wolfram's voice appeared, he hit where he believed the base of the terrorist's neck was.

"Carolina Smash!" All Might yelled at the top of his voice.

A destructive gust of wind from that intersection was sent forth with deadly force. The vehicles still on the road were immediately wiped out, as was the cloud covering the villain bȧrėly.

"Pathetic!" a voice full of derision reached the hero's ears.

"What?!"

The hero's face darkened. His eyes were highly complicated looking at that scene, but at the same time, they were full of surprise.

"You have a second Quirk!" Exclaimed the hero.

He had already seen that this enemy in front of him possessed the Quirk of Metal Manipulation. Still, now he discovered that he not only contained that Quirk but even a second from the scene that unfolded before him.

The skin of the terrorist from the pink of it quickly began to take a more reddish color. A "smoke" began to escape from every pore of his skin. Even the transfigured face was healed.

"Haha!" the terrorist laughed as he watched the power flow through his veins. His eyes seemed to light up with pŀėȧsurė, satisfaction, and enjoyment as he looked at the hero who tried to free his two hands from his grip.

The terrorist, as soon as the hero tried to attack him, immediately with impressive speed, moved his hands and grabbed the hero's wrists, thus blocking him with unprecedented firmness.

Yet even though he had two Quirks, he could never have possessed the power he had at that moment. All this was due to the "thing" he wore on his head.

The same item that he planned so hard to try and steal. The amplifier for the Quirks.

"Wait, two Quirks… don't tell me!" Exclaimed All Might.

"Exactly, that man wanted so much to see you defeated he granted me a convenient power, don't you think? It's so easy to top over you!" Replied in a derisive voice the terrorist.

"Speaking of yourself, don't you want to save your dear friend?" Wolfram continued with the discussion.

After that, a small iron cocoon behind Wolfram opened, showing All Might his friend's pale face, unconscious of everything that was happening around him.

"Dave!"

"Enough with this bit of chat! Let's go back to our little game, hero number one!"

After that, Wolfram put even more strength in his hands. All Might tried to fight back using brute force on his hands and feet, all without success.

Cracks were created under the hero's feet, on the cold, rocky ground, for the clash of the two forces.

Still, if there was a reason which made Wolfram truly decide to act, it was just for All Might, the Symbol of Peace.

"I'm going to crush you!" He declared forcefully in the direction of the hero.

Immediately, Wolfram placed superhuman strength in his hands, especially on his fingers, which, like metal pliers, continued to grip the hero's wrist.

The hero tried to free himself using all the strength he could use. His legs, although they did not begin to shake, slowly bent, more and more, until, with a thud, the hero's knees met the broken, rough ground.

"Did you see ?! This is the tremendous strength I now possess. I didn't even have to use Quirk to manipulate metal to defeat you in your own game! Pathetic, All Might! Truly pathetic!" Wolfram said. Subsequently, he began to laugh out loud at the conditions of the hero that everyone praised so much.

Nevertheless, this laugh of his lasted very little because a voice that he would have never wanted to hear again appeared, and in a derisive tone, it whispered in his ear.

"Ara~ Look who we have here, Fu~ Fu~ Fu~."

This whisper immediately sent shivers down his spine. Even if he had grown stronger using the gadget, his instincts were not lowered in the slightest. On the contrary, they became more acute than before.

Precisely for this reason, he understood how dangerous the Kurumi Tokisaki attack was. Even now, he would be dead.

Thanks to the increased Quirk's power, he no longer required physical contact with a surface to activate it. Just the thought was more than enough.

Hundreds of little bolts went off at the speed of sound, and with them, all the metallic instruments he could sense within his range.

He didn't think a second longer to unleash all the power he could use, and all this because of the figure in the crimson red dress with a smile behind him.

This "counterattack" came immediately. All the nearby metal tools arrived in a split second, while others took several seconds, showing just how big Wolfram's radius really was.

However, this "attack" did not target Kurumi but went towards Wolfram and began to wrap him like a cocoon of a chrysalis, only his was not soft and beautiful, but it was rough, shiny, but most of all, it was lethal.

Kurumi didn't seem to want to attack. The girl's heterochromatic eyes watched everything unfold as if someone had found an exciting toy.

This was her state of mind at that moment. Still, because of what she went through that same evening, even though her eyes seemed to carry that childish gesture with them, her spirit was the other way around. Serious and focused, ready to shoot and get it over with immediately.

"Yes! Yes! Yeees!" The terrorist kept screaming inside that ever-expanding metal cocoon. His voice could not be heard well because of all the objects separating everyone. His voice was, in fact, muffled and dull.

Due to the Spacequake used a few minutes earlier by Kurumi, Wolfram found himself with a shadow that enveloped his heart, which kept him imposing the fear of such an attack on him.

The only way his body wanted to listen to defend itself was to create a cocoon in which to close himself. The terrorist did not think about eliminating the problem; instead, he only thought about escaping it.

Yet this move of his, which seemed stupid to a certain point, made Kurumi unable to do anything. The only ways that remained for Kurumi to attack were two, one of which she didn't even know if it would have worked, the first was to use a Spacequake again, the second was to use her City of Devouring of Time.

All of Zafkiel's abilities had become practically useless, with some unusable due to the circumstances in which she found herself.

"Toshinori, please move out of here. So we get it over with, and we can go home happy and smiling. What do you think?" Kurumi said as she shifted her cold gaze, but still with her usual smile, in the direction of the hero who, in the meantime, stood up.

Hearing Kurumi's words, the hero's expression darkened. One of the two tufts seemed to have no more energy. For this, it fell on the forehead of the hero. Who meanwhile was in a meditative state, full of worries, thinking about what Kurumi said to him.

"I know you don't like other people interrupting you, I hope you can grant me my stupid request, I know, it's stupid, but for this very reason, I absolutely have to save Dave; I can't allow anything to happen to him!" Said the hero.

"You-" Kurumi tried to say something. Afterward, she sighed with a defeated air. She knows she couldn't win in a verbal confrontation with the hero. After all, he had a head harder than a stone.

"Fuuu ~ Do as you like, but if I see that it gets too dangerous, I won't hesitate to get it over with. I hope you are aware of it ..."

"There won't be any need, after all," All Might said, "I am the Symbol of Peace."

With the final scream, the muscles previously "deflated" returned to their original state.

A robust build, full of grit and tenacity. Compared to Myron's Discobolus, it was a body that seemed to have more natural beauty in it.

Without wasting too much time, All Might threw himself at Wolfram. He then began delivering a series of punches in a sequence. That repetitive movement started to "dig" into that pile of steel due to the pressure of the air.

Obviously, Wolfram felt this attack, that if he didn't do anything, sooner or later, he would get one too. He wouldn't have worried too much if Kurumi hadn't been there. However, the force All Might was using at that moment was far beyond the limit which the terrorist could take without flinching.

"Yes! There would have been no fun if it had been that easy."

Attack after attack, the two fought for several minutes, and obviously, Wolfram didn't seem to be getting away with it.

His shell grew thinner and thinner as he had to use iron to create things to fight back with, yet even that wasn't enough to stop the hero, willing to do anything to save his friend and old colleague.

All the pieces of metal fell to the ground without an ounce of "force," with no movement that they had until seconds ago.

Kurumi's eyes fell on this scene, but she said nothing.

"Plus Ultra! This is the school's motto! It means going beyond the limit!" shouted the hero.

Then, from afar, various voices appeared that put a smile on the hero, but at the same time, a veil of concern over his heart.

"All Might!" A young voice reached his ears, "I can help you!"

His face still showed hints of pain from the blows he had received before, but there was a conviction in his eyes that he would never let go. Even with the dirt on his face and those rips on his clothes, it could be felt.

His hair seemed to have taken an electric shock, immediately rising into the sky. Subsequently, he, lowering his back, rushed towards All Might.

"I-I can fight!"
