All Might, he does not know what to do, is afraid that if he makes a sprint towards the man, there is the risk that the girl taken hostage will get killed, he knows that this is a difficult situation.

Kurumi always looked at him with amusement and then spoke "Don't worry about this" putting a hand in front of her mouth to hide the smile "But you should move to get the others who have run away, right?"

All Might remembered that two other criminals escaped, then looking at Kurumi again, he said "Don't move from here, I'm going to finish this business and return here, I trust you" and then started to run like lightning towards the exit.
