Throne Of Time

Chapter 26 - 26 - Beach (2)

Moving away from All Might, Kurumi remained floating in that area, just at that moment, she heard a rhythmic but insistent noise crashing against the seawater.

Turning, she noticed Midoriya trying to swim using the freestyle. Looking at him, she did nothing but laugh, making both All Might and Midoriya jump, the first from his contemplation, and the second from his swimming.

All Might looking at Kurumi with a slight tilt of his head asked, "What happened, Kurumi? What's so funny?"

Hearing All Might, Kurumi shook her head and turning her head slightly, looked at Midoriya, who, in the meantime, seeing that nothing happened, started swimming again.

Looking in the direction of Kurumi's gaze, she noticed Midoriya swimming only that ... with a totally wrong style rhythm.

Then, looking at Kurumi again, he asked her with raised eyebrows, "You won't laugh at how he swims?"

"No, not at all, only that even on the beach, he's training, that's why I laughed." Shaking her head, Kurumi said.

All Might sighed only.

He noticed how the boy now, that a situation in which it is possible to train has arisen, has grabbed it with all of himself, and would not give up at all in the world.

All Might understands Midoriya. Society is hard on people who don't own Quirks, and it is precisely this negativity that pushed the boy not to train because no matter what he does, people would say the same, "you are without Quirk, without a Quirk you can't do heroic work."

Just as he was about to go to Midoriya, Kurumi said to him, "Leave this situation to me."

Hearing Kurumi, the hero, nodded, leaving everything to Kurumi, seeing how she manages to resolve the situation. All Might decided to speak later with the head of the U.A. about Kurumi.

Then, making strokes, Kurumi immediately reached Midoriya, who, in the meantime, stopped to take some breaths.

Noticing Kurumi beside him, he asked in a confused tone but always with a slightly shy look, "Is there anything, Tokisaki-san?"

Hearing Midoriya, Kurumi said, "Yes, I wanted to talk to you about this situation, what do you say, do you want? We can walk on the beach in the meantime."

Listening to what Kurumi said, Midoriya immediately began to stammer "Wa .. Walking ..."

But then he immediately nodded his head after taking some courage.

So, Midoriya and Kurumi got out of the water and started walking on the beach.

After a couple of minutes of silence, Kurumi opened her mouth, and looking at Midoriya said to him, "Hey Izuku-kun, why do you want to become a hero?"

Hearing this question, he was perplexed. He never expected this question, so with a determined look, he said, "It has always been my dream, to be like All Might, to be a hero just like him."

Kurumi sighed at Midoriya's response. It is foolish as a belief.

Hearing Kurumi's sigh beside him, turning his head, he looked towards Kurumi, who, in the meantime, has put on her face a rather disappointed look.

Kurumi thought that what pushed Midoriya to be a hero is to help society, to be a hero like no other, to know how to bring peace to all those close to him.

The belief in becoming just like All Might is childish.

"What you achieve by reaching your goals is not as important as what you become by reaching your goals," Kurumi said straight into Midoriya's eyes.

After a few seconds of silence, she continued, "You should keep this in mind, also ..." looking more intensely at Midoriya, "you should aim higher, become someone like no other."

Shortly after, she laughed with one hand in front of her mouth, "I am not inclined to this type of speech."

What she said, Kurumi really thinks it. She would like to see the boy climbing the ladder where no one else has gone.

Meanwhile, Midoriya, hearing Kurumi's words, remained to think, then, shortly after, with a huge smile, he looked at Kurumi and said, "You're right, thank you very much Tokisaki-san."

Seeing that smile, Kurumi said, "Ara, Ara, what a surprise to hear you say it, but anyway ... why were you also training here on the beach?"

Hearing this Midoriya, moving his eyes and with a small laugh full of guilt, he said, "I wasn't ... I wasn't training ... I was only swimming because it doesn't happen to go to the beach every day."

Kurumi looked at him with a smile, to which Midoriya, with a slightly flushed face, turned his head to the side.

After this, they continued to walk talking and joking, the last one only Kurumi though. Subsequently, after half an hour, going back, they noticed that where they had settled, other people had already arrived, then they approached the towels, where, in one of these, there was All Might with closed eyes.

Midoriya immediately "launched" himself on the towel, he is quite exhausted.

The gesture immediately alarmed All Might, who stood up. He then noticed Kurumi and Midoriya lying on top of the towel on his stomach, then said, "How did it go?"

Midoriya, without even turning around, replied in a faint tone, "... Very well ... Kurumi made me understand something really important ..."

So, All Might looked at Kurumi, who, in the meantime, also put herself on the towel with her belly facing up.

The hero has noticed how Kurumi doesn't want to talk about it. Now, after five months, he has understood a little about the girl's attitude and character about certain situations.

So immediately afterward, he lay down again, closing his eyes.

Shortly after Kurumi said without turning her head, "Izuku-kun, I'll explain later how to swim well in freestyle."

As a response she received a muffled sound, hearing it, Kurumi made a small laugh.

In this way, time passed quickly, and noon arrived, noticing the time, All Might, getting up, turned around, and looked at the other two. Kurumi is awake. In fact, she is reading, and noticing the nearby movement, she looked to the side and saw the hero looking at her and Midoriya, who, in the meantime, fell asleep shortly after returning.

"It's time to eat?" Kurumi asked, to which the hero nodded, confirming the question.

So with a smile, getting up, she approached Midoriya still in his dreams, and bending slightly, she brought her mouth into Midoriya's ear, whispering in a very passionate tone, "Hey Izuku-kun, it's time to eat."

The boy, not even a second, opened his eyes and noticing Kurumi so close, he got up suddenly and was about to scream if it wasn't for Kurumi who put a hand in front of his mouth.

Kurumi doesn't know how many times she "teased" Midoriya today.
