The Way of The Dao

Ling Tian shook his head inwardly and smiled calmly at the sudden change in the atmosphere when he appeared. He hadn't expected that, apparently, the whole city would actually be present on this occasion...

Besides, still observing his own wedding suit, he couldn't help but wonder, wasn't it really very sumptuous? Clearly these clothes were made of various silks so delicate and special. This robe was so flashy and luxurious somehow, making him feel as if he was those arrogant young masters who only know how to boast meaninglessly even if they were weak.

But since these garments had been designed by his mothers-in-law and his own wives apparently, Ling Tian dismissed those silly thoughts and felt happy and joyful. Besides, it's his big day and he had to look his best!

Ling Tian nodded softly to Mu Shen and Tang Jingtian who were moving silently and heading towards Long Cheng and the others.

"I remember when Master took us to the Flower Sea Sect and all the women stared at him like now." Ying Chen smiled amusedly as he recalled part of the past when he felt the similar atmosphere, especially noticing the stares of the young women.

Sun Xiang and Shin Wei nodded likewise, clearly remembering those days when they were traveling with Ling Tian.

"And also the Sect Master's daughter was infatuated with you, right Master?" Hao Zhentian looked at Ling Tian as he remembered that rare moment.

Currently, Ling Tian had his hand on Hao Zhentian's shoulder, lightly leaning on him. Although power had not yet returned, some of his strength and stamina recovered to the level of a mortal. His wounds on the surface of his body also healed and he now appeared to be fine at first glance, except for the slight pallor of his skin that was barely noticeable.

However, Ling Tian still conveyed that unique and mysterious aura about him, even further enhancing that mysterious feeling of immortality and depth the more they saw him.

The four young men stood beside Ling Tian and surprised a bit with their appearances in equal measure. Their striking and well-tailored robes, together with their long hair, gave the impression of being legendary beings from the heavens, somehow types of gods like Ling Tian.

Ling Tian was the only one who still kept his hair somewhat short, barely reaching the base of his neck. While the others had their hair long, but somehow did not look strange.

But despite the appearances of Hao Zhentian and the others, everyone's attention was focused on Ling Tian, who was not only the most handsome and striking man, but who was the man that would marry.

A subtle, gentle ripple of energy spread silently throughout, awakening them from their stupor. Conversations slowly began to be heard again, with people continuing to talk as they kept casting glances at Ling Tian, pointing at him and more, especially the women who were reluctant to take their bright eyes brimming with desire away from him.

"Don't even remind me. That girl was very capricious and arrogant like her mother. I suffered for a while refusing their various meaningless requests, both from her and her mother." Ling Tian sighed bitterly as he also recalled that time. His cultivation base had reached the peak in the cultivation realm and, being so young and strong, it was no surprise that some people were infatuated with him, especially those young women and did everything they could to gain him.

Meanwhile, an imperceptible energy surrounded Ling Tian's body, which made most of the people around him gradually stop paying attention to him, as if a mysterious magic made them withdraw their eyes from him. Only most of the women were reluctant to stop watching him.

"Heh! And apparently she was in love with you and several years after you ascended she got a partner Dao and took the position of Sect Master."  Sun Xiang snorted and shook his head, voicing his thoughts.

"I'm not surprised." Ling Tian said calmly, not feeling surprised by this news.

Although that woman were not as beautiful as his future wives, she was still a known beauty in the cultivation realm. It wouldn't be strange for men to pile up at her door in order to get close to her.

"We really didn't think you would get married so soon, Master. Well, although it's been a long time for you, for us it's barely been a few centuries since we saw you, Master." Shin Wei changed the topic of conversation, feeling that it was a waste to talk about other trivial matters.

These days, Ling Tian had told them much of what he had done in the Immortal World, especially the time in its entirety that he lived when he traveled to various worlds to increase his cultivation. To them, it would barely be half a millennium since they had seen him, but to Ling Tian it had actually been almost more than ten millennia since he ascended and had been cultivating to reach the peak of that place.

"Master, is it okay for us to be here with you? I mean..." Ying Chen did not finish saying when Ling Tian's other hand squeezed his shoulder and smiled, "What nonsense do you guys say? Although you are my disciples, you are primarily my family whom I love." Ling Tian smiled warmly, impacting the hearts of the women who kept looking at him.

The boys smiled happily, feeling truly grateful for everything Ling Tian had given them in the past: a family.

They felt they could never repay everything Ling Tian had done for them.

The time passed quickly, with everyone enjoying the moment as they chatted with each other. The wine was never lacking and no one got bored, let alone left.

The atmosphere was becoming more and more cheerful and exciting, waiting for the expected beautiful brides to come out.

Sun Xiang furtively scanned every woman in the place, keeping that cheeky little smile as he ogled the young maidens.

Instantly, two tender little lovely figures flew over and approached Ling Tian, once again attracting everyone's attention as they noticed them.

Shock struck everyone as they saw two little girls who were so beautiful and tender with gorgeous colorful dresses, as if they were little crystal dolls, approaching and hugging Ling Tian.

Lan Yin and Qing Sha did not hesitate and hugged Ling Tian as they approached him.

Ling Tian removed his hand from Hao Zhentian's shoulder and lovingly hugged both little girls who looked so spectacular and bright.

Lan Yin was wearing a beautiful dress of a cheerful yellow color, with delicate lace and figures of cute little birds all over, enhancing that adorable aura she conveyed with a feeling of harmony. Her bright jet black eyes radiated joy. Needless to say, she was truly a little angel from heaven, with so much cuteness and tender beauty overflowing from her being.

On the other hand, Qing Sha's wonderful dress was a beautiful purple color that matched her gorgeous bright and cheerful violet eyes. The edges of her dress were so well arranged that, together with the figures of cute little butterflies, they created an elegant and charming aura. She too was a little angel from heaven who had descended into the world, radiating loveliness and grace.

Their hairs was so delicately styled that from one side it could be seen as if they were marvelous, exquisite petals, forming beautiful lotuses. All their appearance was marvelous. Their cheerful auras further enhanced that beauty, proving that in the future, these two little girls would become great beauties as well!

"How pretty and cute my little girls! So much I want to eat you because you are so tender and precious!" Ling Tian exclaimed with a smile as he began to tickle them gently while hugging the little bodies of both girls, conveying his love and affection to them.

"Hee hee hee, Master." Both Qing Sha and Lan Yin began to giggle happily as they felt Ling Tian's hands tickle them; their faces showed more and more joy and love towards Ling Tian the more they hugged him tightly, refusing to let him go.

The feeling of joy and happiness could be clearly noticed when seeing the faces of the two girls, realizing that they were both so happy to be with Ling Tian.

"What happened to your big sisters, did the aunts let you two go out earlier?" Ling Tian asked them after several seconds of playing with the two of them. He was somehow beginning to be eager and desperate to see his future women who would eventually become his real wives.

"En! Aunt Ruoyan said there would be no problem!" Lan Yin nodded with a happy smile.

"The big sisters are ready too! They look so beautiful!" Qing Sha added with a happiness on her face at the mention of her big sisters. She and Lan Yin were with Yun Mengxin and the others a few moments ago, so they should have known what was going on inside the Mansion.

Then, Zhang Ruoyan and Tang Zhi came out from inside the Mansion. Both mothers wore elegant and beautiful dresses, with an evidently cheerful aura full of happiness.

Also, several people were astonished when they saw two utterly beautiful and spectacular young women walking behind both mothers. One of them was carrying a curious small white-colored animal in her arms.

They were Shan Qingwu and Xuanyuan Ling, who could not help but attract attention as they radiated a striking and devastating beauty, making people think that they were another two new Goddesses!

Even Ling Tian couldn't help but be a little surprised when he saw both women wearing elegant and gorgeous white dresses, simple but beautiful. A small faint laugh came out of his mouth when he noticed Shan Qingwu's nervousness and Xuanyuan Ling's calmness as they felt the stares of the entire audience.

Long Cheng soon made several signs to assistants standing near him, indicating a few things to them before moving along with Yun Dong, Tang Wei and Zhang Chao. They approached Tang Zhi and Zhang Ruoyan, finally walking near the center of the huge hall where Ling Tian stood.

Long Hong, who was wearing a flashy outfit, soon walked and stood in the middle of the large hall of the Mansion, gradually attracting the attention of all the people.

"On behalf of the Yun, Tang, Zhang, Mu and Long families, we thank you for your presence on this wonderful and extremely happy day for all of us!" Just as the Master of Ceremony finished speaking, again a shocked silence covered the whole place.

But this time, their attentions were no longer focused on Ling Tian, but on other striking and wonderful figures that subtly appeared, who were dressed in cheerful red for the most part and with some other different colors as well.
