"Shortly after he came out of the forest, the boy met two girls on the road..."

A soft and affectionate natural smile formed on Ling Tian's face, but which also somehow emitted a trace of guilt and nostalgia.

Ling Tian smiled softly while looking at the gourd bottle in his hands as the memories of that day continued to replay exactly in his head.

The bluish-green color of the peculiar gourd glowed subtly in the sunlight, giving it a mysterious yet attractive appearance.

The girls opened their eyes wider in surprise when they also focused their eyes on the gourd that Ling Tian was holding in his hands. Their minds were trying to recreate and imagine everything he was telling them.

"Nevertheless, shortly after they had come out of that mysterious cave and decided to rest, a cry from one of the two girls who had decided to bathe in a river because of the impurities in her body came out as her cultivation increased, alarmed the boy and the other girl who were resting a few feet away from her.

The boy and the girl quickly went to the river and found a group of men who wanted to take the girl who was bathing in the river away.

The three of them began to fight against this group of men who appeared.

Obviously the mentality of that boy had changed and adapted to that world, so he killed several people without mercy. It was mostly because these were people who wanted their storage rings or unreasonable people who wanted to cause trouble for the three of them.

Before the battle came to an end, the boy's intuition shot out and he fled the place taking the two girls with him as he tried to fly at his fastest.

When he turned around to look, the three of them watched an old man appear and kill the remaining men they were previously fighting.

That old man was expelling a dark aura all over his body, so they realized that this old man was a demon; someone who practiced the dark arts.

Although they wondered why a demon would appear in the world where they were, they continued to flee quickly.

However, the demonic cultivator was much stronger than they were, so he quickly caught up with them and began to attack them.

It was clear that this old demon was mocking them only by 'playing' with them without using all his power.

Knowing that this old man would kill them at any moment, the boy decided to sacrifice himself for the two girls by sending them away with his power while he tried to attract the old man's attention and get even further away from the two girls.  He had noticed some strange ruins near them, so he decided to lure the old man to that place and then try to use the land to his advantage by trying to create even a small chance of survival.

The old man didn't care and kept playing with the boy, always showing a mocking smile.

The boy did his best to try to use all his strength and at least hurt the old man, but the power difference was so big that he couldn't even scratch the demon.

When both had come close enough to the strange ruins, by the time they entered, space began to distort around the two of them probably due to the impact and explosions of spiritual energy from the fighting.

A slight light began to shine through the rubble of the ruins while strange symbols quickly appeared all over the surface.

Before the boy tried to understand what was happening as he continued to defend himself from the old man's attacks, he clearly realized that the two girls had returned and were heading towards him.

The boy did not want them to die and became more anxious and worried when he saw two more people appear in front of the two girls, stopping them from advancing further and attacking them in the same way.

The bodies of these two men were also expelling a black aura, so they were obviously demons. It was easy to relate that they were with the old demon that the boy was fighting.

Before he could do anything else that could at least save the lives of those two girls, space was shaken tightly as the light completely enveloped the boy and the old demon.

Because the light was so strong, the boy had decided to close his eyes before his instincts alarmed him that an attack was coming, realizing that the old man was still attacking him.

But because his instincts alarmed him to protect himself instead of fighting back, the boy decided to use all his shields and defense techniques to protect himself.

Horrible sounds were soon heard as the space around them began to form cracks and then horrible, destructive forces came out of them.

The demon old man perhaps thought that he should not worry about this, so he continued to attack the boy, but before he knew it, his body began to be torn apart by the horrible forces circulating around the two of them.

The old man quickly died when his body was shattered. When the boy was about to suffer the same fate as the old man because his body also began to be filled with horrible wounds by the unknown force, the space became turbulent again and he felt a suction on one side.

When he opened his eyes after a while, he realized that he was apparently in the midst of some ruins in the desert."
