Ch.129 Why wouldn’t he like you? (3)

Grandfather Ji was really angry and was about to call. “I’m going to tell Old Sun that his grandson is bad.”

Xiao Yu kept exchanging gazes at her two kids. Xiao Ruoguang tilted his head and looked at Grandfather Ji, saying, “Great grandfather, you don’t need to call him. After all, we don’t like this new father either. This new father is bad.”

Grandfather Ji asked, “Why?”

Xiao Ruoguang said, “He didn’t pay after eating. Daddy had to treat mommy out. Daddy is great.”

Ji Xuan gave Xiao Ruoguang a pampering gaze. As expected, his son was better!

“He even said that mommy isn’t beautiful. I clearly look like mommy. He said she isn’t beautiful so isn’t he saying that Little Yu isn’t beautiful either? Great grandfather, he’s not good. I think daddy is good.” Ji Yu exclaimed.

Ji Xuan gave Ji Yu an encouraging gaze. His daughter was also good. His daughter was his little sweetheart.

Grandfather Ji sighed and said, “Sigh. There’s nothing we can do but it’s okay. Xiao Yu, grandfather still has a lot of friends. I’ll be able to find a good one for you. They’ll also treat your two children really well too. They’ll be different from my grandson for sure.”

Ji Xuan was also speechless. Heh.

After she accepted Fei Yutong as her student, Xiao Yu was even busier.

Her piano skills weren’t good enough so she needed more practice. Thankfully, her willpower supported her to hold on. The memories of Father Xiao teaching her the tricks slowly absorbed inside of her. Now, she lacked experience in playing piano. She needed to practice even more to make playing piano an instinct.

While Ji Xuan and the two kids were in class and at work, she practiced piano by herself. Grandfather Ji had gone back to his hometown yesterday.

Ji Xuan was talking about taking her to buy a piano for the past two years. When she was at Fei Yutong’s home, she played the type of piano which had a floorboard because she had always been practicing on electric pianos.

Now that she suddenly changed into a regular piano, she wasn’t used to it. She was left with the original body’s instinct. Therefore, when she was playing the piano, it sounded off. Thankfully, her skills were still on par, although Fei Yutong could tell she didn’t play it to the best of her ability.

But Fei Yutong still paid attention to what she was teaching. Since she was focused, Xiao Yu also wanted to give her her deserved attention. Therefore, she would spend more time to instruct her and tell her what wasn’t enough and where she needed to practice more. They needed to take notes and do some research so they had become tight on time.

Early December, Ji Xuan finally took Xiao Yu to check out the pianos.

They always brought their two children along when they went out. It was no exception this time. Waking up, they dressed the kids. This time, Xiao Ruoguang was dressed up like a young gentleman. Ji Yu wore the tomboy-style clothes Xiao Yu picked from last time. Looking over, the two looked like brothers.

Xiao Ruoguang asked Ji Xuan after they got in the car, “Daddy, where are we going?”

Ji Xuan said, “Going to buy a piano for your mother.”

Xiao Ruoguang smiled foolishly. “Daddy is the best.”

Ji Xuan revealed a gentle smile and patted Xiao Yu’s head. Ji Yu crossed her arms over her chest and looked at Ji Xuan, asking, “Daddy, I want a new barbie.”

Ji Xuan said, “Okay, I’ll buy it for you.”

Xiao Yu hummed and asked, “Why did you suddenly want a Barbie doll? Don’t you have so many in your room?”

Ji Yu said, “Our class’s Xiaoting brought a new doll to school.”

“The teacher didn’t say anything?” Xiao Yu asked.

JI Yu froze and said, “Teacher Yu criticized her and wanted her mother to bring the doll back.”

Xiao Ruoguang asked strangely, “Then why do you want to buy a new one? You want the teacher to criticize you?”

Ji Yu asked, “...I…” Why? She wondered.
