The Rest, Only Noise

Chapter 623: Knicks don't know how to lose

After Thanksgiving, the Knicks continued their journey.

Jordan suffered a broken bone, costing them a serious competitor.

People are eager to find a team of equals for the Knicks, but looking at the league, there are not many teams that can be their opponents.

The Celtics in the East could have been, but Larry Bird's back affected the team's competitiveness.

The Blazers were out for the same reason.

Lakers? Although they gave the Knicks their first loss of the season, few thought they had a chance against the Knicks.

Fortunately, there are still two competitive teams in the West.

They are Jazz and Sun respectively.

The latter was the biggest dark horse last season, and the former was the top winner of the offseason.

They confidently took over the West.

However, the first match between the Suns and the Knicks was the first game after Thanksgiving.

However, the situation is very bad. Ewing has a clear advantage against Doherty. Benjamin Wilson, who came back, scored 30 points.

The Suns lost to the Knicks.

It almost pronounced their death sentence.

Fans don't expect them anymore and don't expect them to make it to the final.

In the New Yorker's own words: "I'd be happy if Phoenix made it to the Finals, because that would mean the Knicks would swept the Western Conference championship 4-0 for two consecutive seasons."

Victory over the sun is the indicator of the Knicks' own state.

They went on a winning streak until December.

At the beginning of December, Rudy Tomjanovich was happy because of one thing, and a Mexican radio suddenly broadcast a news that Mike Tyson died in a car accident.

This made Tomjanovich happy for a long time.

Because Tyson used 91 seconds to retire Spinks and still lingers in his heart.

Unfortunately, Tyson quickly jumped out to prove that it was an own goal.

"I really threw up!" Tomjanovich complained to Louie, "It's true that the **** molested a middle-aged woman, it's true that she tried to **** a gas station attendant, it's true that she abused her own wife, and she drove the car. It’s true to hit a tree, it’s true to smash a TV in public, it’s true to see a psychiatrist when I suspect that I have a mental illness, and the rumors of an attack on a woman’s buttocks on Long Island are true, why is this news the only one that’s fake? Damn it!”

Tomjanovich is professional enough as a black fan of Tyson. It is not easy to remember these conditions so clearly.

"Rudy, sometimes you try to put things down," Louie said, sipping a Coke.

Tomjanovich asked, "Can you put down the Coke?"

"Unless I die."

"I have the same attitude as you on this," Tomjanovich hummed. "Stop hating Tyson? Unless I die!"

Louie believes Tyson reminds Tomjanovich of Kermit Washington more than once, otherwise it's hard to understand why he hates Tyson so much.

It can't be because the other party made him lose $3,000 of private money, right?

In the last month of 1988, the Knicks were gearing up.

The first battle against the Mavericks.

Before the game, the Mavericks' coaching staff announced that winning was the only thing they wanted to do.

Louie sneered ruthlessly: "This is as ridiculous as NASA's announcement that it will build a space base on the moon and complete a manned mission to Mars in the next 30 years."

Believe me, even for people in 1988, they thought that the plan announced by NASA was eunuchs visiting a kiln - nonsense.

In the West, the Mavericks can be considered a powerful, but rarely known team.

As of last season, they made the playoffs four years in a row.

However, there is no chance of winning either by meeting the peak Lakers or by meeting the Blazers.

Trading Mark Aguirre for Adrian Dantley this offseason was a welcome move.

Although Dantley is not good as a man, he plays the ball well.

As a result, Dantley was ill-adapted in Dallas, and he couldn't even play his best offense.

After a tossing offseason, the team is still on the edge of the playoffs.

This is the calf.

They claimed to be defeating the Knicks. As a result, Louis did not call a timeout throughout the whole process, and played a 13-player rotation in a frenzied, 30-point victory over the Mavericks.

Ewing's numbers are impressive.

He only played 27 minutes in this game, but handed over an astonishing 14 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 10 blocks.

It was the shortest 10 blocks on record.

Like Ewing himself said, he wanted to be a DPOY.

Moreover, his biggest rival is Dennis Rodman from the team.

Even Ralph Sampson isn't as strong on the defensive end as Ewing.

This is enough to make Louis proud.

Ewing went from a player with a lot of defensive issues to the ultimate defender who couldn't control his foul count.

This game sounded the horn of the Knicks' crazy December.

The next team to be beaten is the San Antonio Spurs.

On a team with Bol and Moses Malone, the defense is undeniably intimidating.

The Spurs have no disadvantage on the inside against the Knicks, and there is Wilkins on the flank, a superstar at the scoring level.

San Antonio's interior was rock solid, but the Knicks made a record 16 three-pointers in a single game.

The players who contributed these 16 three-pointers were Miller (5), Wilson (4), Stockton (2), Hornacek (2), Ainge (2), Dan Marley (1).

Running over the Spurs, the Knicks scored 144 points in regular time in front of a completely defenseless Denver Nuggets.

Their offensive system is too unrestrained.

Offense is a matter of mutual influence. The Nuggets are still not defensive. With the Knicks in good condition, they beat the Nuggets to autism on the spot.

Their coach, Doug Mo, exclaimed: "NASA doesn't have to go to Mars anymore, take Knicks to the lab to check, I suspect this group of people are from Mars!"

Making fun of NASA seems to be the mission of all Americans living in November-December 1988.

Coach Mo used exaggerated statements to let people know how strong the Knicks are.

This man has always dared to speak, and always told the truth that no one wanted to hear.

A few years ago in the Western Conference playoffs, the Nuggets met the Lakers.

Before the series started, Coach Mo was asked by reporters if he had a chance to win the Lakers. He smiled contemptuously: "Did I say you look down on the Lakers so much? We only want to win the Lakers based on our few ideas?"

His words also aroused Riley's dissatisfaction.

Riley thinks Mo is disrespecting the game and insulting the Lakers.

Coach Mo was puzzled: "Just because I'm a coach, can't I tell the truth? I'm surprised, I can't praise a team that is great, outstanding, so strong that we can't beat it? As long as I say it, they will treat it as it is. For humiliation? Will some people be too self-righteous? Pat Riley needs to be humble a little bit, and that's good for their game against Boston."

However, the Nuggets were slaughtered by the angry Lakers by 33, 12, 37, and 30 points respectively.

At this point, Riley can only complain that Coach Mo is not from the earth.

So, Louie is not surprised that Coach Mo said the same thing about the Knicks today.

Not only did he not feel like Riley was humiliating him, but he also regarded Coach Mo as a smart guy.

In the adult world, the hardest thing is telling the truth.

Mo just likes to tell the truth.

After the Nuggets, Bucks, Kings, Nets, Bullets - Celtics.

Including the Celtics, no team can stop the Knicks.

So far, the Knicks have achieved 22 wins and 1 loss.

In the second win against the Celtics, Ralph Sampson played 48 minutes, and his foot cramped, and he still only scored 47 points and 14 rebounds.

He had to accept the disastrous result.

As if the Celtics were sick, their combat effectiveness dropped significantly.

Isiah Thomas' knee injury and Bird's back injury plagued the team at the same time.

Sampson can lead the team into the playoffs alone, but to compete with the Knicks, they need all the Big Three to return~www.readwn.com~ Because of injuries, the competition between the Celtics and New York has become unavailable suspense.

That led to three matches between the Knicks and the Celtics, painstakingly arranged by the league between November and December, like a joke.

At Christmas time, the two sides will fight again.

However, the result will not change.

Fans don't care about the Knicks-Celtics battle anymore.

Fans just want to know if there is any team that can take on the Knicks.

After the Knicks beat the Greens again, their biggest rival appeared.

Currently ranked second in the league, the Utah Jazz have achieved 18 wins and 4 losses.

Karl Malone, Alvin Robertson, Mark Price, Mark Eaton, Tom Chambers.

4 All-Stars, the former DPOY of Shang Neng's first battle, this is the biggest competitor of this season - the Utah Jazz.
