In a matter of half a day, the Han Valley chief and elders plus all the participants came to the designated base—and each group quickly selected its own spot and secured the tents.

"From hereon, we shall start doing what we need to do..," Han Valley chief Xing Yi announced.

The chief then called the participants from the Mo Clan, Meng Clan and Du Clan—the three teams from the big clans.

"These are the locations of the places you are to scout," Chief Xing Yi said as she gestured her hand on the map.

The three teams slightly nodded—they accepted the task to arrogantly show the rest of the participants their superiority over them.

And each of the three did not want to be outdone by the other so there was no problem for the chief to ask them to do the task.

"Elder Long," the chief worriedly called. "Will your clan's disciples be alright."

Xing Yi knew that Elder Long would not join them in the scouting job so she directly showed the elder her concern.

"They are members of the elite disciples that we have..," Elder Long assuringly replied. "This task is too easy for them."

"Alright," Xing Yi answered.

"Do not engage any enemy," the one of the Han Valley elders strictly reminded.

"We do not want the bandits to know our presence this early..," he added. "So you have to be careful not to show yourselves."

The members of the three teams agreed.

"When are we going to move?" The leader of Du Clan's team asked.

"Tonight," the Han Valley chief quickly said.

While the meeting with the three clans was ongoing, the Shu family, as well as the Mo Clan and the few other merchants who came to the camp started to pitch their improvised shops and resumed their trading.

Obviously, there are those cultivators who failed to secure all the necessary things they need back in town so business even in such a remote place was pretty good.

"With just us few merchants, we're gonna strike it rich in this occassion..," one of the merchants told the others.

"Yeah, its a good thing we followed what the Shu family and Mo Clan did this morning," another replied referring to the decision to relocate the temporary shop.

When night came, the three big clan's teams started to make their way to the target locations.

However, unknown to many, 'The Hunters' Plateau' team had also made their move.

"Little Qai.. Shu Liang," their big brother called. "It's about time.."

The two together with the black tiger nodded and swiftly disappeared in the dark corner of the place.

Qai and Shu Liang as planned were to scout the other two marks in the map that the Shu family kept to themselves.

To their assumption, the two marks could possibly be secret locations of some valuable thing that the bandits were hiding.

The absence of the two siblings wasn't too obvious as the tents of the team were surrounded by the four other domesticated demonic beasts which attracted the attention most.

And when the two siblings were certain that they went unnoticed, they proceeded to the location of the marks in the map.

"We better split so we can move more stealthily," Qai softly told his big sister.

Shu Liang immediately agreed and picked one location for herself.

"I'll take the one in the northeast," she said.

"Okay then..," Qai replied then looked at the black tiger. "Shandian, let's go."

Few hours later, each team from the three big clans finally arrived to a distance from their targeted locations.

The Du Clan first arrived in their assigned place—it was the nearest in their own base. And what the Du Clan actually found out was the exact settlement of the bandits—but from the looks of it, it was more of the place where the low leveled bandits were camped.

The instruction was simply to scout the area. So when the team had already ascertained what the mark on the map was, the Du Clan team immediately left to report what they saw.

What the Meng Clan however discovered seemed to be the hideout of the leaders and the bandit boss. It was just a couple of kilometers away from the bandits' encampment found by Du Clan.

But this time, there were fortified bunkers and the place was heavily guarded. At the center, there seemed to be a big house which very much likely to be where the boss was.

The last to make an assessment was the Mo Clan. What the team actually found was nothing but a small river. There was no other significant existence in the area but the small river and several trees near it—there was neither anything unusual in the river nor even a sign of any presence of the bandits.

It was pitch black in the area so the only option they had was to check the river itself. However, the team could not approach to take a closer look lest they be discovered or fall into a trap.

"This is the exact location given to us..," Lin Qiao whispered. "Let's just go back and report what we actually saw."
