After Navaya hung up the call, Becca stared at her phone for awhile, blinking at it in confusion.

" What's wrong?" Leo asked, forcing Becca to tear her gaze away from her phone to look at him.

" Navaya is acting weird again" She blinked. " She said I shouldn't come to work anymore today." She looked back at her phone again in disbelief.

Leo walked towards her, took the phone out of her hands and placed it back down on the nightstand, smiling when he saw Becca's brows knotted in confusion and cupped her face in his hands.

" What's with that look on your face?" Leo asked, biting the inside of his cheek to prevent himself from laughing and Becca looked up at him with a worried look in her eyes.

" Navaya sounded weird over the phone, do you think she's alright? Perhaps there is something wrong in the office, I should go see what it's all about." She removed Leo's hands from her face and walked around the bed to where she kept her purse but froze when she passed the mirror and saw the very visible pink marks that were still on her neck.

Same ones she forgot she still had on her, the evidence of Leo's sweet assaults.

Looking at the mirror, Becca raised her hand to feel one of the marks then turned around to look at Leo who held her gaze, smiling warmly at her, so warmly that she couldn't help smiling back for a few seconds before frowning again.

" The universe wants you to stay home with me." Leo got back on the bed, his eyes never leaving her even for a second.

Becca let out a loud sigh. " The universe doesn't give it's girlfriend hickeys to stop her from going to work." She huffed, pointing at one of the hickeys on her neck. Rolling her eyes at him when he flashed her a naughty grin.

He adjusted his position and patted on the space next to him on the bed, inviting her to come join him on it.

Becca rolled her eyes at him again but still went ahead to joined him on the bed.

There was no way she was going to work with those very visible hickeys on her like that and though she could still try to cover them up with makeup, receiving that call from Navaya to stay home and seeing Leo laying there looking like delicious hot chocolate, made her too lazy to leave the apartment.

Leo looked at the ceiling as well, correction he glared at it, trying to figure out what was so good about it that was taking up so much of her attention when all her focus should have been on him. Only him.

Leo took out his phone and angrily typed on it, telling one of the bodyguards at his apartment to bring him fresh pairs of clothes.

If Becca thought ignoring him would push his buttons, though it did, she was still wrong. 

Pissed or not, he wouldn't leave her without making up for the time he had be away from her. He wanted to make up for the time they spent apart but her lack of interest in him now simmered his blood to a certain degree.

Dropping his phone, Leo noticed she wasn't staring at the ceiling anymore but at her phone now. 

Another tactic of hers to annoy him, she knew ignoring him was the perfect way to get under his skin and went ahead to do just that.

Leo didn't know whether it was to annoy him even more or just to test the limit of his patience but the next thing Becca did tipped the scale.

She rolled her body to face an entirely different direction away from him, as if he wasn't even worthy of being looked at.

She knew he had been staring at her all this while but stubbornly refused to acknowledge his presence, ignoring him and turning so that only her juicy ass would be in his direction.

Leo got to her side and lifted her up in his arms, kissing her on the lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck for support.

Once the broke the kiss, Becca touched his bearded chin, feeling the scruffy hair underneath her palms.

" We still haven't talked this yet." She giggled, rubbing his chin and jaw with her hands gently while staring into his eyes.

" You haven't eaten breakfast, let's go have some." Leo said and just on time, her stomach grumbled with a noise so loud, it sounded like a whale's mating call.

Leo chuckled in amusement while Becca buried her face on his chest in embarrassment as he carried her out of the room and into the kitchen where they both ate brunch since it was already well into the afternoon.

After that, they spent the rest of the day lazing around in each other's arms, literally doing nothing but eating, laying down and talking about utter non sense. Discussing about absolute rubbish and also laughing about it too.

Neither of them left the apartment that day, not that they even wanted to. They had everything they needed indoors. Their cuddling seemed to have given them everything they needed throughout the day.

Evening came and both got ready for bed, as though the bed hadn't been the only place them had stayed all day.

" Since you're silent about it then it's settled, I will have my men move your things to my house first thing tomorrow." Leo once again declared, causing Becca's eyes to widen to the size of basketballs.

" What? I never said yes to it." She whined and pursed her lips, knowing that she couldn't do anything to change Leo's mind.

From the time they had been together, Becca had learned that Leo wasn't a man who easily changed his mind. Once his mind was made up, it stayed that way so trying to change it would be a total waste of time because that ship had long sailed.

" You didn't exactly say no either." Leo traced her face with his finger, running it down her neck to her collarbone and ignored the fact that she was yet again testing his self-control by not wearing a bra.

Becca stayed silent for a while, her eyes dropping to stare at the sheets as she didn't have the courage to look him in the eye and Leo too stayed silent, going her some space to think about it. 

Moving in together was a big step for their relationship after all so he gladly have her some time to think about it.

" Okay, let's do it." She giggled and Leo's smile widened. " But we got to have separate rooms." 

Now that killed Leo's smile, immediately replacing it with a scowl.

" What?!" Leo's eyes shot venomous glares and Becca instantly raised her hands in front of her in surrender.

" Before you get mad, hear me out first. If you look around this room, you would see I have a lot of stuff. I don't want to inconvenience you in your own space." Becca explained with a smile on her face and Leo's glaring eyes softened a little but not completely.

" My room can accommodate all your stuff and more. You—" He couldn't even finish what he was saying because Becca soon cut him off. Something no one else ever dared to do.

" Baby, it's just for storage. I also want my own space as well and will still sleep on your bed whenever you want me to." She negotiated, drawing invisible shapes on his biceps. Knowing she was very close to getting him to say yes.

Cancel what I said earlier, if anyone was capable of making Leo change his mind, it was Becca but she was still yet to realize how much control she truly had over him.

" I want you waiting for me on my bed everyday I get home from work because that's where you would be sleeping from now on." Leo laid his own conditions and Becca quickly nodded with glee.

" It's final then.." She concluded their conversation and snuggled herself back in his arms, shutting her eyes quickly to sleep before Leo chose to go against their newly formed agreement.
