She smiled faintly at Huo Xue but ignored Yijun.

Huo Xue cast a glance at her, “Humph! How annoying! When I think of going to school with you, I felt so disgraced.” After saying that, she haughtily walked forward at a rapid pace alone.

Huo Xiu lowered her head and pursed her lips. It didn’t matter. Such words couldn’t hurt her.

She also walked forward. Huo Yijun came up and walked side by side with her. She stealthily kept distance from him while seeing it was him.

Huo Yijun’s eyes dulled for a moment. He lengthened his stride to pass her with his hands in his pockets. “Keep up the good work, Xiu.” He said in a low voice the moment he passed.

She stood still, looking at his slender figure. She was all smiles again. ‘Thank you, Yijun.’ She whispered secretly. In fact, she didn’t hate him at all. She just dared not get close to him, because Uncle didn’t like it.

In the car, Huo Yijun sat in the front, while Huo Xue and Huo Xiu sat in the back.

It was because of her that Yijun sat in the front. Huo Xue felt even more displeased with her.

“Huo Xiu, don’t let on that we are sisters in school. Got it? You should have self-knowledge for you are hideous.”

Huo Xue warned her loudly in the car. ‘I don’t know what Uncle is thinking. How could he let her go to the Fossilli Exclusive Private School? How could an ugly and ragged person like her deserve the atmosphere of that school?’ Huo Xue thought in her mind.

“Xue, I got it. I’ll pretend I don’t know you!” Huo Xiu said with a big smile on her face. Now she was all entranced by the school, neglecting Huo Xue’s cold shoulder and contempt.

Sitting in the front row, Huo Yijun looked at Huo Xiu through the light reflector. It had been a long time since he saw her smile like this. He couldn’t help smiling as well. Maybe Uncle was not as heartless as he thought.

He turned to Huo Xue again and his eyes became fierce. Was Xiu ugly? A faint sneer crossed his face.
