The All-Around System

This man was Vaun.

Vaun was only standing outside thinking for a moment.

"Hmm... What kind of "Art" should I make?" Vaun was having a problem because of the new mission his system gave him.

When Vaun woke up, Diana was already nowhere to be found and only leaves a letter for Vaun. The blue dress that his wearing right now was given by Diana when he woke up. It was place beside him, neet and tidy.

Vaun read the letter saying that he should wear the blue dress and eat the food at the table.

When Vaun was eating, he heard his system in his mind.

"New Mission: Arrive at the Battle World within a year."

"Reward: Dual Wielding of Shape Shifts."

"Warning: If host failed to arrive at the Battle World within a Year, host will be crippled."

"Special Mission: Create an Art and name it that is just like that of those in a Sect."

"Reward: Sword Qi."

Vaun almost spat out all of the food in his mouth.

'This... To think that all of it will only be a prologue... Looks like I need to stop being idle and get started for real' Vaun thought to himself.

Vaun was right because after all, his system was the one who gave him everything he has right now and he was not that hard working. He was even given by a reward by only completing simple missions.

This was so sudden to Vaun. To all of his missions, this was the only one that has penalty.

It looks like that Vaun had it too easy going now that his system of his is now showing it's true colors.

Now back to where we are, Vaun was in the middle of making an Art.

Vaun looked at the skies and sigh.

This was the first time in this new world that Vaun was having a really bad time. He don't know anything about the so called Art in world. He tried everything to see if his system will send him a notification that he already completed his mission, but Alas, he didn't heard a ring in his head.

Vaun was scratching his head in indignation. This was the first time he was this annoyed at himself for being so helpless.

"Hays... Should I ask my system so he can give me a tip? I always ask my system in this time of need." Vaun was hesitant if he should ask his system or not. He thought that his system might be thinking of him as an incompetent person who can't even do a simple task.

But, is it really simple? He, after all, don't anything about this world and this was the second time he heard the word Art. The first one was from the Diana of course. He didn't saw the Ice Crescent Moon Art of their sect and Diana only said it was a certain kind of skill that only females are capable of learning it.

"System. Can I ask how to make an Art?" Vaun ask carefully. Now that his system had already show it's true colors that all of it was only a prologue to his journey, he is now being careful when it's comes to his system.

"An Art is a personal made technique that has an essence of something An example is Ice Concept. If making an Art, then it should only be composed of Ice techniques." The system calmly replied.

Vaun was silent for moment and asked: "Say, is it possible..." but before Vaun could asked, his system suddenly said:"If master is about to make an Art, please notify me first so I could make another of your status that is only consisting of arts."

Vaun was puzzled for a bit and asked: "Another status? Ahh... Okay." Vaun didn't asked any further and said: "So, umm... You're saying that an Art has only one essence and that is a concept. But, when you say the Ice Concept, are you saying that I should use a fused element as an essence to my art?"

"Master, looks like you've forgotten something. Remember, you're a versatile or should I say, All-Around." The system said jokingly.

Vaun was stunned to hear his system talking like this. To think that his system of his, has some sense of humor, Vaun was really caught off guard.

Hearing his system saying that he was a versatile, then that means that he can make an Art that is compose of every element, he was excited to the bones.

"Let's start." Vaun stretched out his hand and crackling sounds started to be hears throughout the valley. A faint blue light was dancing in his palms has he looks at it with a smile on his face.

"So... The Mission said that I need to name an art right?" Vaun said with a smile on his face and said to his system.

However, his system didn't answer him and only a screen in front of him that he needed to name. He looked above right and saw the word, Art Status. Vaun was not surprised a bit and only think for what name should he make.

'Hmm... Since I specialized in sword, I should name it Sword Art.' Vaun looked at the the status and type the word Sword Art.

With a whoosh, he saw the word Swort Arts in it.

Vaun was satisfied at the result and suddenly heard his system.

"Special Mission complete. You have been given a reward."

"Congratulations. Host has received the Sword Qi."

Vaun was satisfied at what he just heard as he take a peek at his status.

Vaun was puzzled when he saw the sword qi in the passive category. He touch it and saw it's details that shock him to the core.

"Sword Qi: Increase attack by 40% percent when using a sword and increase sword technique accuracy by 20%. The increase in attack and accuracy, is based on the level of host. Not stackable."

This was the first time that Vaun learned that can such a thing happen. Already increase in attack and accuracy by learning the sword qi? How inconceivable was that? Vaun will not be this shock if only it was increase in attack, however, there was a 20% increase in accuracy when it comes in using sword techniques so how can he not be shock and surprised at the same time?

Accuracy is one of the most essentials in fighting. If someone have a perfect accuracy, then that one will not be a human. Accuracy is need when fighting an enemy because it was important when someone likes to trigger critical strikes at their enemies. Having to learn accuracy, means has a chance to hit ones weakness and can also stabilize techniques.

Vaun was very happy because of the 20% increase in accuracy because, Vaun's favorite move, the billion stabs, will now have an a slightly increase in hit rate. After all, Vaun's billion stabs is a flurry or barrage type skill that stabs at enemies. Billion Stabs only relies on fast stabs that has a chance of hitting an enemy because, not all stabs of Vaun can hit his enemy. In 0 out of 100 stabs that Vaun do, sometimes only 10 will land because he was lacking in accuracy. Even he, who knows some Martial Arts in earth cannot master a technique that will rely on his accuracy.

Now that he knows what the sword qi is, he equip the rebellion in his hand and felt that it had become lighter.

Vaun was feeling excited at his heart and started swing his sword. Each of his swing was strong as it made turbulence in the air.

When Vaun suddenly felt like practicing, he suddenly had an idea.
