Chapter 38 Summoning

Professor Flitwick has rich teaching experience. He also knows that most students have limited patience. After teaching the theory of magic spells for a while, he began to teach everyone how to use magic.

The glowing spell is one of the greatest spells invented in the eighteenth century, and it's pretty much the simplest and most practical of them all.

"Come, read it with me, the fluorescent light is flashing!" Professor Flitwick was like teaching kindergarten children to read.

"Fluorescent flashes." Everyone actually said.

"Very well, just lift the wand lightly and say the fluorescent flashing spell." Professor Flitwick repeated the practical demonstration to the class: "Remember how to swing the wand and the correct pronunciation of the spell. Very important."

"Okay, why don't you try it now?"

There was a sound of chanting spells in the classroom, and Albert naturally pretended to practice the Illuminating Spell. Although he had mastered the Illuminating Spell, he couldn't be practiced by everyone, just watching from the side, how out of place it was. !
"Look, everyone, Mr. Anderson has succeeded, he has successfully mastered the spell." Professor Flitwick shouted, "Very good, 5 points for Gryffindor."

Everyone looked over in unison, and being stared at by so many eyes, Albert felt a little uncomfortable. He turned his head and stared at Lee Jordan, who was slapping his shoulder hard.

In fact, there are not many students who light their wands immediately. They just can't keep it for too long, and the light on the wand will go out.

The twins and Lee Jordan still hadn't mastered the spell before get out of class ended, and Diggory managed to light his wand, but it went out shortly after.

Of course, there was a little accident in the Charms classroom. A Hufflepuff student swung his wand so hard that flames erupted from the front of the wand, igniting the hapless robe in front of him.

The guy was punished by Professor Flitwick to copy the sentence: I'm a wizard, not a stick-wielding baboon.

Shanna, who had chatted with Albert this morning, was not doing well either. She tried several times without success, but the wand actually emitted choking black smoke. It was Professor Flitwick who used magic to roll the black smoke out of the classroom.

"I can't learn it at all." Shanna looked desperate.

"Don't worry, everyone still has time to master this magic." Professor Flitwick comforted the students who failed to light the wand, and continued, "You need to keep your mind and focus."

Before get out of class ended, Professor Flitwick left homework for everyone.

"Practice the Luminous Mantra for your homework. We will continue to learn this mantra and its counter-mantra in the next class."

Of course, for Albert, his homework is done.

After class, Albert deliberately stayed at the end of the team, and he planned to ask Professor Flitwick some questions.

Well, the magic on how to use a wand to conjure an umbrella.

"Mr. Anderson, your copying spell works well." Professor Flitwick looked at the students in front of him with a smile. "You are very talented in spells."

"Thank you for your compliment, Professor Flitwick." Albert gladly accepted the other's compliment, "I want to ask you about a kind of magic."

"What magic?"

"How can I make an umbrella out of a wand?" Albert asked his own question, and he was going to take this opportunity to learn the magic.

"Conjure an umbrella?" Professor Flitwick wondered. "Why would you want to conjure an umbrella out of a wand?"

"Cough, like this, it hasn't been raining for the past two days. I thought at the time, if I could make an umbrella, I wouldn't have to worry about getting wet in the rain!" Albert said solemnly.

Professor Flitwick couldn't help laughing. Some people learn magic spells just to "save trouble", and Mr. Anderson in front of him is undoubtedly such a person.

"Mr. Anderson, do you know what the spell is?" Professor Flitwick asked with a smile.

"A spell is a spell that adds a specific attribute to an object or creature." Albert read out the spell theory he just learned in class, that is to say, turning an umbrella out of a wand is not a spell study?
"It seems that you already understand." Professor Flitwick nodded and said: "The umbrella you said from the wand is actually a branch of transfiguration. Summoning."

"Summoning?" Albert had only heard the Flying Spell.

Flitwick raised his wand and conjured a flower out of thin air.

"This is Summoning, this spell is not to conjure things out of thin air, no one can conjure things out of thin air." Flitwick handed the unknown flower to Albert and continued, "I just took the flower from somewhere It beckons."

"Well, I get it. Like a descaling spell, it just moves things away? It doesn't really disappear, it just disappears from us."

"Yes, it seems that you have prepared the book well." Flitwick was very happy that Albert could understand, and he added: "Summoning is the knowledge of OWL, and it corresponds to the Vanishing Spell, which is relatively simple. Some, if you want to know more about this knowledge, I suggest you ask Professor McGonagall, she will definitely be very happy that you ask her about this knowledge."

"Of course, if you don't know anything about spells, you can also come and ask me." Flitwick raised his finger and pointed to the three waiting at the door: "You guys still have class later, don't be late."

"Professor, I have another question."

Professor Flitwick did not speak, waiting for Albert's next sentence.

"Can we store the light source of the Luminous Charm, I mean it can be used when it is not suitable for magic." Albert threw his own question again, he thought it might be related to Dumbledore's Deluminator principle related.

"It's an interesting idea. As far as I know, it should be possible to do it, but it's still a bit difficult for you, because this thing involves a lot of things." Professor Flitwick was amazed that Albert would propose such a Question, "I'm curious, why do you think this way?"

"In the Muggle world, there is a thing called a flashlight. The flashlight is like a light-emitting spell, which can be turned on or off according to one's wishes."

Speaking of this, Albert's tone paused, because he found that the panel had a new task.

Inventor of the magic lamp.

When you are young, you seem to have accidentally touched a certain field, so why not carry forward your own ideas?
Research to create a magic lamp.

Rewards 3000 experience points, Illuminating Spell Level +1, Lights Out Spell Level +1, Title: Inventor of Magic Lamp.

After Albert walked out of the classroom, George quickly stepped forward and asked curiously, "What question are you asking Flitwick?"

"What's the problem? How to conjure an umbrella with a wand, of course."

"The results of it?"

"Professor Flitwick said that it is the knowledge of OWL Transfiguration." Albert was a little depressed. He wondered if he had come up with a way to learn Summoning.

"It seems that you can't change an umbrella in a short time." Fred couldn't help laughing.

The four of them walked towards the Magic History Classroom on the second floor together.
