That Ordinary Mister is a War God
39. Stone Carriage
Bal is still asking for another job today.
The safety survey of the Imperial Neighbourhood by Adventurer Guild has progressed, and if you are above the eighth level, you can now hire a job.
Unfortunately, it doesn't apply to him. You can't leave the capital.
(It's a good thing it's back to normal little by little)
He sends his routine with the thought.
My job today was to carry stones.
He carries stones bigger than his head from the second-class area to the first-class area, wondering what kind of building he would build in the first-class area.
"Ugh, uh-huh."
I can really afford it, but I'm very careful not to look like it.
would be ugly because the old man is letting him breathe out from it, and he's sweating and he's stone-carrying.
All the more so because the surroundings are filled with men proud of their power.
Unfortunately, I don't get lunch for this job, so I have to look for it myself.
It's a place away from Rita's, which I always take care of, and I didn't have much lunch break, so I just had to look nearby.
However, all shops in the primary area are pricey, and it is rare for residents of the secondary area to come in.
"What do we all do?
When Bal asks his buddies to reference them, they each take out different wraps in shape and color to show them.
"I brought it from home. It's expensive around here."
A young man of the dogs in his twenties nods if a tiger man in his forties says so.
"Two hundred copper coins at the cheapest place. It's expensive and I can't help it."
"There's a store for two pieces of silver. Two silver coins for a meal... I'm interested in what's coming out, but I don't feel like going in there myself."
A cow man tells me to mourn.
"Was it Bal? It's a mistake you didn't bring your own. Shouldn't you be soaking up a meal?
Though their companions come with sympathetic eyes, they did not say, "Shall I split something up?"
Seems thin, but those who can afford to grace something with a man like the one they first met today won't be asking for this job in the first place.
"Think of something."
Bal shrugs his shoulders and walks out with his back to his people.
The reason he hasn't brought anything is explained by "Can you bring Meena's lunch or something?"
Even though Meena is basically a good listener, she insists on "not getting out of hand with what Master Bal serves" about the food.
I gave it up because I didn't even think about giving it away.
Even first-class area stores are cheap if it's income as a god of war of light, but only contain copper coins in the nostalgia.
(Do you want to soak a meal or do something about soaking it...)
There are several people I know as God of War of Light, so if he even cares about it, he'll get about as much luxury as he does.
I'm lost. I'll give it to you, Bal ended up soaking lunch.
He chose to pierce himself living in a second-class area rather than satisfy his hunger.
Do you find it foolish or impressive that it is full of intent?
At least to the Ville where I found out what was going on. Meena was the latter and made dinner extravagant.
