The moon's essence is continuously absorbed by the pores of Kritos body. 

Right now, Kritos body and flesh were only at the peak mortal realm, but he could feel his entire body boiling up as endless energy surged through it. His body was like a balloon that was being blown up.

Kritos went to the graveyard, where he often relaxed his body at the branch of a tree.

He crossed his legs and sat beside the tree. In an instant, when he began absorbing the essence, there was an incomparably powerful energy that assaulted him ferociously. There was a blue vision in front of his eyes.

The moon essence had already accumulated enough for the breakthrough.

Kritos felt that his entire body didn't belong to him anymore, and it was as though all his limbs had been ripped apart.

Boom! 

Kritos's body starts changing its skin color to blue. He was bleeding from his nose, ears, and mouth. Fresh blood incessantly spilled out.

Every pore of his body was bleeding with fresh blood.

But right now, he couldn't feel pain anymore because his entire body had lost consciousness and it felt as though his body wasn't his anymore.

This was the most dangerous!

Because no matter how painful it was, he would still be aware and hence be able to understand his own body conditions. He would know what was going to happen in the next moment, he would even be able to feel it when his body was going to explode.

But it would be too dangerous once his body had lost all consciousness. It meant that he might not be able to make any preparations before he died if his body exploded in the next moment.

He slowly closed his eyes and prepared to circulate the Blue Crescent Moon technique so that he could guide and refine the moon essence in here.

All the flesh and his vessel began to circulate with the Blue Crescent Moon path.

Kritos felt as though a moon exploded in his heart! The blue radiance flooded through and covered everything!

Kritos's body had been continuously tempered and washed by the moon essence. In the last few days, he had gone over every part of his body, not even missing his hair and nails. Nurtured by moon essence, his figure became much broader, his he could feel the enormous strength contained in his body as he moved.

This was purely the strength of his body of flesh.

Kritos could feel that every muscle and bone in his body had reached the limit that he could reach the moment.

He instantly understood that he was on the cusp of a breakthrough.

He calmed down his mind, slowly absorbing the moon essence. His body was extremely well adjusted to moon essence. 

Moon essence could easily pass through every part of his body. He felt the pleasure from his bones and flesh soaking in essence, the moon essence flowing past his blood and flesh, making the blood and flesh tremble, and produce a tingly and itchy feeling.

The tingly and itchy feeling increased like there were countless ants climbing in his body. Kritos forced himself not to move. He tried to relax his body to absorb and refine moon essence. His consciousness slowly sank into his body.

His consciousness was much purer than previously.

Every tiny change of his body, under his consciousness, became clear as they had never been before.

The moon's essence became increasingly dense, the amount of essence in Kritos's body reaching an astonishing level.

He didn't dare to move. He knew that this was the moon essence helping him reconstruct his body. If he could endure this moment of enormous pain, the benefits he would receive would be incomparable!

Under the charge of moon essence, each muscle in his body slowly moved. The slightly slack muscles became even tighter and firm, and the connections of the muscles, under the stimulation of the essence, started to furiously grow. It was like the root of a tree that continuously grew and burrowed deep into the ground.

Growth, what it changed wasn't just his muscles, even his bones were continuously compressed. The bones became even thinner, but they were multiple times stronger.

Kritos shook his head, the enormous pain causing his eyes to redden but he did not make a sound.

The moon essence moved and occupied his eyes. His vision became a blur, unable to see anything distinctly. However, in the eyes, there was a coating of some blue substance.

After an unknown period of time, his wandering and uncomprehending mind slowly recovered.

The scene in front of him slowly became clear.

The bone-aching pain had disappeared like the pain just now had never existed. His body felt as though it was soaking in hot water, the pleasure coming from the deepest part of his body making Kritos want to groan.

But the sweat all over his body told him that the hell like the pain had not been a delusion.

Kritos suppressed the urge to sink back into the pleasure, instinctively raising his palm.

When he saw his palm, he was dumbstruck.

The previous withered palm seemed somewhat like metal now, with a barely perceptible layer of faint blue light. Several blue lines were especially visible on his palm.

His body which had once become robust-looking had become thin. However, each muscle in his body had become stronger and firmer, hard as metal. His strength had multiplied.

He gently stomped his feet. 

Poof!

His right foot seemed to have stepped into mud, sinking into it. He pulled out his foot and saw the edges of the hole were very clean like it was carved out using a mold.

"My weight!"

Kritos was astonished, he never thought that something like this would happen after stepping into the new realm of body cultivation.
