With the construction experience of Youshan Hotel, Li Yang estimated that the construction cost of the RV campground would be very luxurious with a cost of four or five million.

The buildings and structures are constructed with prefabricated steel structure except for the structural foundation of reinforced concrete, which not only protects the original ecology of the ground surface, but also has a good seismic effect.

In order to achieve the best view of the lake, the main building of the comprehensive service center extends about 100 meters along the horizontal fold line of National Highway 318, and has two floors. The top floor of the comprehensive service center mainly includes reception, tourism service consulting center, operation management center, restaurants, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores, Tibetan specialty exhibition and sales center, etc.

Among them, restaurants, coffee shops and other functional spaces with high landscape requirements are all branched on the side of the lake, providing tourists with an excellent viewing spot for leisure and relaxation.

The auxiliary service facilities such as medical aid, star bathroom facilities, Tibetan medicine cultural exhibition hall, equipment management room, etc. are all located on the second floor.

In front of it is the 10 luxurious single-family luxurious suites evenly distributed along the lake, and 10 row rooms. The bottom of the luxurious suites and row rooms is 2-4 meters above the ground.
