'How about this, I will follow you if you manage to take over the Tang Family without destroying them, and their foundation!'

At first, she started this reasoning as a means to try and hit equal grounds, but the more she continued the more she found out that she was actually hitting upon something.

Even though Tianlong Yun didn't show any sign or reaction toward the conjecture, she still felt that she had hit the nail's head blindly.

She had no idea what Tianlong Yun had seen or wanted from her, but it certainly was something special, that she could bargain for.

For a few moments, there was full silence in the room, as the beautiful Tang Li couldn't help but get a bit nervous. 

She had no idea of Tianlong Yun's personality, so there was a high possibility of him being a crazy cultivator that would actually kill her for her trying to bargain and knowing more than she should!

'Hahahahaha~! Good, good, my eyes haven't mistaken me, you are truly a good seedling! Very well, I shall do as you asked, I will try my best to control the spilled blood and lost lives.

But you should already understand, that even this perfect-looking apple, has quite a few worms inside it that need to be cleaned up if I want to eat it whole.'

"Hehehe~! Assassin King Hall, such a noble and grand name! Aren't you afraid of becoming the world's target by using this arrogant and cocky name!?"

"Hehehe~! There were many who tried, but they didn't live for long to tell the tale, they all disappeared from this world, together with their chickens, cats, and dogs!"

"Really!? Now you have truly incited this old man's interest, let us see just how fierce you truly are!"

"Haiz~! Another blind fool who thinks that he can oppose my Assassin's King Hall! Take him down, but don't kill him yet, I want to make him regret every word!"

Those words were said full of arrogance, confidence, and domineering. This leader guy of the group seemed just like he could control the clouds and rain with a move of his hands.

The next moment the 5 other shadows around him disappeared from their location and jumped towards the black shadow protecting Tianlong Yun.

They were just like ghosts and spirits, even the beauty Tang Li that was actually keeping a careful eye on them couldn't 'see' their movements.

The shadow protecting Tianlong Yun's body didn't move from his position, he just waited for the assassins to approach him, and right when they were about to cut on him, the energy and Qi around disappeared all of a sudden!

Not only that, but even the air around them was heavy, and it felt like they had actually fallen into a deep and bothersome swamp.

Before they were even able to think of their current predicament, they felt a cold sword swipe through their necks, and pierce through their chests.

Reflexively they all placed their hands on their throats and tried to look down on their hearts, only to feel the warm blood on their hands, and those see-through holes on their chests.

The Life's Regret had reaped their lives and their souls, leaving only their leader behind who couldn't believe his own eyes, and senses.

He hadn't even seen that black-dressed guy's shadow before all 5 of his accomplices had fallen on the ground and died.

They had never thought that they would face such a thing, this was supposed to be an extremely easy mission that would truly take them to the top, and make their fame spread high and wide.

Unfortunately, this seemed nothing short of a dream at this moment, as death was right in front of the poor leader's eyes.

"Ptui~! Useless things dirtied my blade with their blood! After that grand name, and those words I thought that you would at least resist one of my attacks, you died all five in one move!

Now I am angry Mister Leader!"

"Youu… This…"

"Haiz~! Just go and die, I don't want to lose whatever mood I have left with you!"

Saying that the black-dressed man immediately took the last remaining assassin's life before he could even get out of his shock and think of running away before he turned to the only living assassin.

It was that guy who had made the first move, his strength was the weakest out of all these guys, as he was only at the Nascent Soul Realm.

These guys from the Assassin King Hall were by no means weak, as each and every one of them was a Great Ascension Boundary Realm expert, it was just that in Tianlong Yun's eyes, they were no different from ants.

It wasn't difficult for Tianlong Yun to create a body double for a little while and take charge of the situation by himself with his means and abilities.
