She had to wait for a few moments, but eventually, there was a child-like voice heard from the empty space,

Voice:" Are you sure, you want to give up on your mission and ask for our help big sister Qin Bao?"

Hearing that question Qin Bao was a bit taken aback because she really didn't want to mess up this mission, but there was no other choice,

Making her decision she said with a solemn voice,

Qin Bao:" Yes I am sure, the situation is worse than I thought, and I can't risk all this for my egoistical reasons."

Hearing the confirmation, the voice seemed to think for a while, and then he said,

Voice:" Very well then, we will pass the report to Big Sister Xia, and get you an answer as soon as possible."

Qin Bao felt relieved after hearing that answer, but now she had to think about how to prepare for what was going to happen in the meantime.

Informing the Clan was one thing, and what she could do about this situation was another. While she had no authority at the moment, she had to prepare.

Tianlong Huo and Tianlong Shui would be training and cultivating so she couldn't hope for their help, but there was still Tianlong Ying Yan.

Like this, she started thinking about what her next step should be, and in the end, she already knew her answer, the new engineer, and that girl.

She had to keep an eye on the two.

Like this a week passed, and finally, Qin Bao got an answer to her report sent to Tianlong Xia. Giving her a letter, and a ring, the voice in the space said,

Voice:" The instructions are on the letter big sister Qin Bao."

Qin Bao took the ring and the letter and immediately she opened the letter and started reading.

' Qin Bao I am aware of the situation in the camp. It is really commendable of you accepting defeat in your mission thinking of the bigger picture.

You have shown that you can see the most important things, and be loyal to the Patriarch. So really well done!

From now on though, your mission will get more difficult. After analyzing the situation we have decided, that you need to make Jake Long think he won, and bring him here as a winner.

While we do believe in Tianlong Shui's and Tianlong Huo's strength, they probably have taken that into consideration before proposing the duel.

At the same time you can't allow that to really happen, we need to have control of that place, since it is really important to us, and our finances.

In order to help you out, we have sent Tianlong Da Diushi and Tianlong Xiao Diushi, use them wisely."

Reading the letter, Qin Bao understood that things had gotten from crazy to crazy impossible. While she could understand the motives behind the requests, she didn't appreciate the extra work.

And to be able to achieve what the letter said, a lot of extra work was needed, and time was tight, she had at most three more weeks.

In this time she had to find out the spies, take control of them, and stage a successful rebellion that wasn't truly successful.

Not to mention finding a way to deal with Jake Long after his rebellion got successful.

The only good thing about all this was that she had the perfect backups for this mission. The identical twins were the best shadows for covert operations.

Thinking hard for sometime after getting the letter, she finally decided on a course of action.

From what she had heard and seen in this one week of observation, was that most of the people she doubted as spies were nothing special.

Just weak people that got attracted by money or strength, but nothing special. Some of them had important roles, but just that.

The rest were disciples that had been recruited to their ranks. She had been able to notice them because every night these girls would talk about Jake Long.

She thought that the same case was about disciples in higher standing, but she needed more information and observing, which would be possible with the help of the twins.

At the top though stood just three, Jake Long, the engineer whose name was Zhi Hu, and that new girl in her group whose name was Jia Meinu.

So first things first, she needed to set up the stage. The clan had been informed of the challenge and bet between the two girls and Jake Long.

That news wasn't blocked and had passed the check post of the enemy without any problem. Which meant that they probably knew the contents of the letter.

But that didn't matter right now, Qin Bao was thinking of using another point in this case. She asked for a letter from the Clan that the Patriarch himself would grant the prize to the winner.

This would take care of the part that Jake Long would need to be at the Clan headquarters, after his win.

Why would he want to be there, if he was staging a rebellion!?

The answer was simple, the stakes of the bet. If Jake Long didn't think his plane was going to work out well, then he wouldn't have asked to be made part of the 16 shadows.

Most probably he was trying to enter the closest circle and get information. She didn't know how the Clan planned to deal with him, but they must have a way.

That didn't matter to her right now though, she was only asked to send him there. So that was a good way to do that, and immediately she gave that order to space again.

All that was left now was to find all the possible spies, and rats around the camp, and then find a way to deal with them.

But now that would be easy since she had help from the twins. With their help, she had confidence that she would be able to complete her mission.

Thinking like this she once again said in the air,

Qin Bao:" I want you two to follow Zhi Hu and Jia Meinu, and make a list of all the people that they meet, and a separate list about the possible targets.

At the same time check what happens with the women that Jake Long takes from the slaves' barracks. Be careful though, because we don't know his real power at the moment."

Two voices were heard in the space right after her voice sounded,

Voices:" Yes big sister Qin Bao."

With that said the conversation was closed, and Qin Bao knew that the duo had left to continue with their assignment.

In the meantime, she had to train hard and cultivate herself, this week she hadn't been able to do that as she should, so she had to train and cultivate harder this week.

At the end of the day, she needed strength to be able to protect herself, and not be a bed ornament any more.

At the same time, she had to think of a way to deal with all the spies and rats found, without getting noticed.

If she got noticed she would alert the enemy, and other variables might pop out. So she had to be as secretive as she could about that.

With this thought in mind, she went close to Tianlong Shui and Tianlong Huo's training place, to train together with them.

Well, it was more just training in the same place, then training together with them. Because their training's difficulty level was clearly too high for her.

But that didn't mean she couldn't learn something from watching them, after all at first everything was just mimicry.

She didn't tell them anything about the letter, or the fact that they were destined to lose though. She didn't want to destroy their hopes, and also let them test themselves.

This way even their loss would be more natural, and Jake Long wouldn't be able to suspect anything.

Like this, another week passed by, and Tianlong Da Diushi and Tianlong Xiao Diushi had finally prepared the report for Qin Bao.

Qin Bao had been observing these people for a week before and already had an idea about the possible targets.

She just wanted a second opinion that wasn't influenced by hers at all. During this week, one more girl in her tent was added to the suspicious list.

Apparently, Jake Long wasn't taking it easy at all and was all the time trying to recruit more and more members to his side.

But this just showed that he had no idea that his little game had already been discovered, and that measures were being taken.

Checking the report, Qin Bao could see the similar rats she had found, but she was stunned to see that this report contained around three times more rats.

This was the difference between an amateur and a professional of the job. She had a lot more to learn, about everything but right now, she was glad to have them as a backup.

There were some surprising names in the list that she didn't expect to see there since she thought they were clean, but she wouldn't doubt the twins' report.

At the same time, she was surprised even by the suspected relationship of Jia Meinu, Zhi Hu, and Jake Long.

Apparently, more than one time was Jia Meinu and engineer Zhi Hu caught having intimate intercourse, and the same thing with Jake Long.
