The reason Tianlong Yun was stunned and wanted to laugh was simple. While the door was really eye-catching and seemed like the entrance, it wasn't.

Approaching the place slowly, and at the same time covering his ears with his Qi, Tianlong Yun was in 100m range with the entrance of the 5th eye array.

Right now in this place, there was Young Master Qing Fang, Master Ming Tong, and that Zorro, each of them had someone by their side, which kept alternating in attacking the big steel door.

Those other three were staying behind them, in case someone tried anything funny. At this moment, all three different groups had different interests in their minds.

At this moment though, none of them had any idea that there was someone extra in their midst, thinking of taking everything out of their hands.

They just continued looking towards the big steel door, that didn't seem to budge at all, even after all those attacks that they had thrown in its direction.

While they were continuing to throw relentless attacks at that gate, Tianlong Yun behind them entered the 5th and last eye array of the formation.

Different from the other eye arrays though, there were two formations on this one, while the upper one was the eye array of this part of the formation, with a sword as its eye.

The second one was a full formation, behind the sword. If Tianlong Yun wasn't wrong then the second formation was the test for the inheritance.

While he would have liked, Gao Ling and Qin Bao to take that test, they weren't able at the moment.

They were still in an unconscious state, recovering from their wounds. According to his estimations, they would need more than a week to stay in that state, before waking up.

It was a loss for both of them but he could do nothing about it. Approaching the sword without activating any alert or any of the traps, he was stunned looking at this sword.

It was a beautiful black sword, if he didn't remember wrong he had seen one of these as the traditional swords of the Chinese culture.

It was called a 'liuyedao' or the 'willow leaf saber'. Differently from the traditional weapon though, this sword had a longer purple handle.

At the end of the handle was written even its name, 'Life's Regret'!

It was truly beautiful, but what really caught his sight though were the materials used to forge this sword.

If his eyes didn't fail him, then the saber's blade was forged using 'heaven splitting steel'. This kind of metal was found only in one place in the Immortal World, called 'The God's graveyard'.

This place was the scariest and most horrifying place of the Immortal World, the return rate of the people entering this place, was less than 1%.

And even the ones who got out seemed scared shitless of what they had lived through. It was truly a graveyard of brave heroes and greedy people.

This steel though had one property, which made it the best material to forge weapons in the Immortal World, and it was that it could cut and split through every other material.

At the same time, it never lost it's sharpness, no matter what it went through. To get this material it was close to impossible.

Trying to remember the last time he heard any news about such a material, he was able to register only one case, in all his 160 years of life. And that one time was considered to be a miracle.

That time a big auction was organized and the material was sold to some mysterious guy, who was then attacked and hunted after the auction.

They had hunted him until the 'God's Graveyard', but no one was able to catch him or take the precious material from him.

This conclusion though brought a lot of extra information and different connections to the Immortal World and this low planet.

He had a lot of time to think about this later, right now he was looking at the handle of the sword, it was made of 'Purple Immortal Stone'.

While this was a stone, it had a really soft surface but at the same time it didn't slide from your hand, it was really weird.

At the same time, this material made it really easy for the user to implement his Qi into the sword. It was like this sword became a part of the body.

Just looking at the forging and the materials used in this sword, Tianlong Yun could guess that this sword could at least amplify the entering Qi by around 98%, and that was without inscriptions.

Which meant that this sword was most probably and High-grade Heaven Tier weapon, that could easily enter the Divine Artifact category with some small additions and reforging.

It was so worth it. He was ready to forget everything that happened here, just by looking at this sword. This sword was perfect for him.

There was no way he would leave this place without this treasure. But there was one catch though, normally the people who entered this room had to select one.

The inheritance, or this sword.

Immediately after a big voice was heard all over the formation,

These trials are really easy, or really hard. It depends on you!

Actually, you didn't have to yell to make the choice, you just had to enter the door that appeared after activating the alert.

Entering middle way through the door, Tianlong Yun immediately called for the sword to enter his Dimensional Pouch.

In the next moment, the sword disappeared from where it was, and Tianlong Yun disappeared from this place.

His plan was a success, he had managed to enter the Inheritance trial, but also take the sword at the same time.

Probably if the guy who had set up this inheritance cave were to see what Tianlong Yun just did, he would have coughed blood out of spite.

His first trial had failed!

But while Tianlong Yun managed to successfully do what he planned and put into action there were a lot of people who weren't happy with what had just happened.

The 6 people outside this place that had been trying to open that black steel door, by attacking it were completely flabbergasted.

They had been here attacking this gate non-stop for more than 3 or 4 hours now, and they were still unable to open it.

So how could someone have managed to enter it?

Not to mention that their senses were on high alert all the time, there was no way that someone could have come in here and they didn't sense him at all.
