Ride and Cut

Chapter 214: Talk in the Forest (Part 1)

After the team completely entered the Tiger Spirit tribe, Richard was able to get a glimpse of these big men.

This was the first time he saw a giant with his own eyes, and he couldn't help feeling a novelty that their body and facial features were basically equivalent to human beings magnified seven or eight times, but the skin showed a faint silver gray, as if it had a metallic texture.

And I don’t know if it is a coincidence or what, these giants are bald, and there is no grass on their heads. Show off his wisdom in the most naked way.

The size of the Tiger Spirit’s house certainly cannot fit the giants, so they can barely accommodate themselves in the open space in the center of the tribe. With just three, almost the entire open space was packed. Sitting in the oak forest, the treetops are almost level with their foreheads, like a busy farming season, a few idle men sitting lazily in their own wheat fields.

"Respected Lord Sacrifice." After seeing them, Senid quickly bent over and stroked his chest to salute.

Richard noticed that there were only a few elders sitting beside the giants to accompany the guests. The other tiger spirits in the tribe only watched curiously from a distance. They did not dare to get too close to show that they respected these giants.

"I don't seem to have any impression of you." The number one bald scoop looked at Senid, knocked on his forehead with a rough finger, and seemed confused.

"Yes, Lord Priest, the last time you were awakened, you have to go back more than two hundred years ago when the stone wall was renovated. I was not even born at that time."

"Oh, you little ones, it's really a short life." The number one bald patted his knee with a very sad expression on his face. "Every time I just slept, it is enough for you to finish walking. The long time of a lifetime."

Richard heard a while, even if the lifespan of the wry smile beast elves is not comparable to that of the pure blood elves, it is estimated that there are three to four hundred years. If this is considered short-lived, then he simply doesn't know what kind of attitude he should use to face life.

"Travelers in the distance, I welcome you on behalf of all the creatures in the twilight forest." The number one bald scoop turned his face to face Richard, grinning with a smile that probably thought he was very kind, but was actually enough to scare a child. That huge incomprehensible mouth can at least squeeze a whole sheep into it.

"My name is Saitos, the chief of the Iron Giant clan."

The tall giant stretched out an index finger and handed it over, at least as thick as an ordinary adult human's half-stretched thigh. There is a little black mud between the dark nails, which is enough to fill a fertile flower pot.

"Dear Chief Setos, my name is Richard, I'm just a trivial lost traveler." The lord also stretched out his index finger and touched him lightly.

The temperature of this giant body is unexpectedly low, like real metal. And when he got close, he could smell a strong rusty smell on his body.

"On the night of the full moon last time, large-scale sand spiders appeared in several gaps in the stone walls. Only then did Tiger Spirit awaken the iron giants sleeping underground." Saitos said, "waking up from two hundred years of sleep. After I came, I was truly surprised to hear that a new guest appeared in the Twilight Forest."

"You are too polite." Richard couldn't help feeling a little like this giant.

Although he has a rough appearance, he has a very simple and clear taste in his conversation. These years, he has become rarer than dragons.

Although Lord Lord himself is cunning and ghostly, he has never hesitated to admire the truly beautiful characters in the world.

"Myra has already told me about your contact with Tiger Spirit." Chief Saitos pointed to the cushion on the ground in front of him, and signaled Richard to be polite.

Lord Lord certainly didn't know what politeness meant. After greeting everyone to sit down, he conjured up a few barrels of ale and waved to the giants enthusiastically.

"Thank you." The three giants grabbed a bucket each.

Waist-high oak barrels, in their hands happened to be a cup of the right size, and they could drink immediately after opening the lid.

"I must tell you that the information Myra told you was deceived." Warchief Saitos took a sip of dry ale with a serious face, and naturally picked up another barrel and opened the lid.

"Of course, I can swear by my soul that this kind of deception is not out of his own selfish desires, nor does it contain malicious distortion. But no matter what, deception is deception, and it is a bad behavior that should be strictly prohibited!"

"I'm very sorry, Richard." Elder Myra sat next to Chief Saitos, nodding slightly to apologize.

Richard blinked his eyes twice, then smiled and nodded to show that he didn't care.

Even if he has ten thousand shortcomings, he still has at least one strength, that is, if he thinks he can't do it, he won't force others to do it.

From a different place, if he is an aboriginal, it is impossible to tell outsiders everything as soon as he comes up. That's not honesty, that's stupid.

"Richard." The eyes of Chief Saitos are like two big lanterns. When he is staring directly at people, his oppression is as solid as an iron scale. "To be honest, we need your help. But for you. That said, making up your mind may not be easy, so after thinking about it, I decided to tell you from the beginning."

"Please tell me." Richard discovered that this product was drinking ale almost faster than opening the floodgates to release the flood, so he quickly bought a few more barrels and put them on.

"This is a very, very complicated history. If you really want to listen, you'd better prepare enough patience first."

"A few, the next content is not suitable for too many people to know." Elder Myra suddenly stood up and waved to everyone behind Richard.

These pieces of material are obviously reluctant to leave, but they can't stay cheeky. After a while, only Richard and the three giants were left sitting opposite each other, and even the tiger spirits who were onlookers in the distance were dispersed.

"I think I'm ready to be patient." Seeing this posture, Lord Lord also knew that there was something to be done next, so he couldn't help but straighten up.

Chief Saitos pondered for a while, with a look of reminiscence on his face: "Whether we iron giants or tiger spirits, we all belonged to the other world where you came from."

"Obviously, after all, we all speak the lingua franca of Titan." Richard said.

"In the ancient times, when the elemental tides were still very rich, the passage to the new world was discovered long ago. But at first, the Titans only regarded this as an interesting magical phenomenon. After studying, and I haven't had too many ideas."

Chief Saitos shrugged ~www.readwn.com~ But the plan could not keep up with the changes. Later, the elemental tides of the other world gradually entered a long low tide period, and the Titans began to face survival problems. After all, to the Titans, the elements are like water to fish. They cannot be missing for a moment, otherwise they will be fatal. "

"Why can't it be missing?" Lord Lord suddenly interrupted and asked.

"Because Titans are true magical creatures, unlike your humans such as Mudbloods, they are naturally able to use the elements freely. For example, Titan's blood flow is not only powered by the heart, but also driven by the water element to satisfy the four cubits ( One cubit is equal to about five blades.) Height needs. So if the concentration of external elements is not enough, the most basic blood circulation will be difficult."

Chief Saitos said: "I bet that if there are still giants in the world on the other side, the highest will not exceed two cubits."

   "That's true." Richard nodded.

The tallest surviving giant seems to be a sea giant, with no more than seven or eight blades in the sky, far inferior to the three big bald scoops in front of him. The exaggerated height of Titan, which is close to twenty blades, has long existed only in ancient legends.
