Cao Mo was infuriated, he commit suicide by throwing himself in the river, he already lost his breath when he was saved, as luck would have it, Cao Mo who lived in 21st century died due to an electric shock accident and reincarnated on Cao Mo’s dead body.

“Enough!” Cao Le stuffed Cao Mo’s mouth with an old rag, with that he ordered the servants to “help” Cao Mo to get ready for the wedding ceremony.

The servants soon stripped off the clothes on Cao Mo’s body and put on the wedding robe on him, with that Cao Mo was escorted to the sedan chair and carried to Marquis Valour’s Mansion.

Cao Mo was still weak and limp when he arrived Marquis Valour’s Mansion, he was forced to perform the formal wedding ceremony with a rooster and was carried to Xiao Yi’s room in Magnolia House after that.

Cao Mo’s hands were tied and his mouth was stuffed by an old rag, he cried for himself when he was carried to the bed.

Xiao Yi was lying in bed when Cao Mo was carried to his bed, he struggled to lift the bridal veil on Cao Mo’s face and met a pair of angry eyes.

Seeing Xiao Yi, Cao Mo averted his gaze and turned his neck sideways, but he smiled seeing how feeble Xiao Yi was.

Xiao Yi knew immediately Cao Mo was forced to marry him when he saw Cao Mo’s hands were tied by ropes, but he didn’t let his guard down just in case Cao Mo was putting on a show to win his trust.

However, seeing how Cao Mo wears his heart at his sleeve, Xiao Yi was a bit reassured Cao Mo was not on Lu’s side because Lu would never use a person who didn’t know how to hide his emotions.

Xiao Yi closed his eyes and lightened up, ‘this is not too bad, better than marrying a scheming bitxx.”

“Madam!” Xiao Yi struggled to sit up and untie Cao Mo, but his limbs were too feeble hence he had to ask his maid Bailu to do it for him.

Cao Mo’s lips twitched, ‘I ain’t your madam, look at yourself, are you able to BE my husband?’

Bailu shot Cao Mo a glare, ‘why His Lordship even bother to untie this man?’

Cao Mo stretched his arms after he got untied then he looked this man in bed up and down, hmm, his features looked quite manly but he was too skinny, and man, he looked pensive!
