Last time on Reborn Might Guy

"You are free to drink"

Guy yelled back

"AM I?"

Korin yelled back

"ARE YOU?"

Korin spins his staff around a few times and gets into his fighting stance. Guy cracked his hands twice and gets into his fighting stance.

Guy knew Korin was strong. But he wasn't going to give up without a good fight. Guy charges towards Korin and throws a low sweep kick. Korin easily jumps over the kick and spins the staff. Then aims for Guy's head with a side sweep. But unlike Korin, Guy ducked under the staff and throws a fist when Korin was in midair. Korin blocks it with his staff and goes back a meter. Korin couldn't help but say.

"Wow, not bad kid. But that won't be enough to get the water jug."

Korin casually walks to Guy spinning his staff around building up momentum and dashes swinging the staff around him faster. Then he did an overhead slash to Guy. Guy bȧrėly dodges it and notices the big crack it left on the ground. He couldn't look at the ground for long as Korin took the staff that was slammed on the ground and thrust it forward to stab Guy. Guy bȧrėly dodged by sidestepping to the left. But Korin in mid stab swung the staff to the left and it hit Guy in his side. Guy didn't give in to the pain and grabbed the staff and held on tight. He used his other hand and threw a punch at Korin who just lets go of the staff and jumps back. While Guy almost fell over. Korin dashed right back and sent a flying Kick to Guy's face which sends him almost over the edge. Korin comes over and helps Guy up and says

"Ok, you lost. If you want to try again you need to go back down to the ground and climb the tower again. If you want to challenge me again."

Guy slowly gets up and walks to the entrance/exit of Korin's tower. He hears his stomach growl and remembers he hasn't eaten in days. Then he falls back dramatically hoping for some food. After Korin heard his stomach growl he headed towards one of the barrels where he keeps the good stuff at. Korin took out a bean and tossed it into Guy's mouth. Korin then said to Guy

"Eat it"

Guy was a little confused but still ate the bean. You could hear him swallow the bean and then his whole body expanded then went back to normal size. Guy was very confused. Before he felt dead tired and starving but now he feels back to his prime if not even a little stronger. While Guy was still marveling over what happened Korin said.

"Kid it's getting late you can stay the night and try again tomorrow if you want."

Guy looks out and sees it's already dark so he follows Korin who leads him to the extra cot he can sleep on. Like that Guy falls asleep looking forward to the next day.

"Sure"

Korin tosses him another bean. Guy puts into his pocket and starts climbing down the tower. The time it took him to climb down was much faster than yesterday. It only took him a day and a half to get down to the bottom. Guy sat down and rested for a little while. Brought up his capsule to have a few meals before climbing again. Guy stretches again and begins to climb the tower again. Like climbing down it was much easier climbing it up the second time. It took a little more than a day and a half to climb back up. He gets up to the entrance exhausted sits down catches his breath. Then takes out the Senzu bean and eats it.

An: Time passes as Guy is writing in his journal of youth. Each name he writes in the journal gets the power of youth. After every name, he takes a Senzu bean... and eats it.

After Guy gets back to full strength he stretches again getting ready to take down Korin. Guy walks up the stage to get to see where Korin is just sitting there relaxing and enjoying the day. Before Guy could speak Korin sat up and said.

"Welcome back Kid. Like last time all I got to say to you is."

Korin gets up and stretches his little cat body while yawning. Then says while getting slightly serious

"You are free to drink"

Korin gets into his fighting stance. While Guy grins and gets into his. They both stare at each other to find a weakness. Neither of them could find one so they could only make one. Guy dashes to Korin much faster than last time. Korin slightly opened his eyes in surprise but he still expected this much growth. Korin spins the staff around to keep Guy at a distance. Guy was slightly cautious and still charged in. Guy throws a quick palm strike. But Korin uses his staff to divert the attack and used the other side of the staff to swing it at Guy's Solar plexus. Guy caught the staff with his left hand and held onto it tight. Guy took a hard right step forward which cause small cracks to appear on the ground. As he stepped forward he turned his hɨps as soon as he stepped in and turned his shoulders inward and threw a powerful right punch. Korin saw this punch coming and knew Guy was serious. So he did what any normal cat would do. He jumped back, Sadly Guy knew this was coming so. As soon as Korin let go of the staff Guy threw the staff aside and charged at Korin to trade some blows. Sadly even though Korin has lived over 800 years he has never seen a fighting style like Guy's before. As Guy was slowly overwhelming Korin with a flurry of blows Korin said something Guy didn't expect.

"Ok kid you win, I give up."

Guy didn't let his guard down though because he didn't know if this was a trap or not. While Guy was still waiting for something to happen Korin casually walked over to pick up his staff and went towards the stand where the water jug was. Korin picked it up and tossed it to Guy and said.

"Drink up Kid you earned it."

Guy was still cautious but drank the water but he just tasted regular water. Guy still did drank the whole water jug because he was still thirsty from all the fighting. After finishing the last sip of water Guy couldn't help but ask.

"So am I done with your training then?"

Korin just hummed to himself for a bit and said

"Yeah, kid you are because the whole point of the training was to keep climbing the tower until you are able to defeat me or I give up. Although Kid I would recommend you climb the tower a few more times just saying. Some other kid Goku climbed this tower a while ago and was able to climb the tower in a day than half a day after some training."

Guy was considering still training here for a little while before continuing his journey but after he heard one of his rivals did it much shorter time then he did he decided to train here for a little while longer. Guy nodded to Korin and decided to go climb the tower a few more times but before he could go Korin asked him something he didn't expect.

"By the way kid take some Senzu beans if you going to train here for a while."

Guy says thanks and walks down the stairs and grabs a few beans for his training. Like that Guy climbs down the tower and saw it was night by the time he got back so he brought out his capsule and went to bed.

Guy wakes up at the crack of dawn and yawns while stretching. He eats his breakfast and looks at the tower and starts to think of better ways to train his body better. He spent a good ten minutes thinking about what to do until he realized he could do what his old Rival Kakashi did. So Guy puts one arm behind his back and begins to climb the tower with one arm. The climb was much more difficult than before. It took Guy a little over 2 days to finish the climb. Over the next month, all Guy did was climb the tower in different ways, Sparred with Korin a little and got used to the extra weight and could climb the tower in less than half a day with one arm and a few hours with both hands. Over the past month, Korin could see the big improvement in Guy and his Will to get stronger. So he offers Guy something he usually wouldn't to most people.

"Tell me Guy do you want the ultra-divine water?"

Guy didn't know what that was but still asked.

"What is the ultra-divine water and what does it do?"

Korin rubbed his cat beard and said with a carefree tone

"Basically it is a poison that will let you unlock some of your hidden potentials if you survive and Guy... only one person has survived so far..."

Guy knew Korin was serious but he believed he could survive this so he said with eyes of pure resolve

"I'll take the water"

Korin nods and heads down the stairs to go get the water. He pours Guy a cup and sits down in front of Guy and pushes the cup to Guy. Guy looks at the (Water) and just sees the purple poison he's about to drink. He takes some deep breaths and chugs it all down in one sip. As soon as he swallowed all of the ultra-divine water he felt pain throughout his whole body he couldn't help but scream in pure pain. While Guy was going through the pain he started seeing flashbacks of both of his life's

You can see a young Might Guy running around a field with his dad Might Dui behind him encouraging him to go on. Then his dad laying on the bench from getting too tired. A slightly older Guy battling his eternal rival Kakashi a teenager with spiky silver hair wearing a mask. Time skips forward to an ȧduŀt Guy training a young kid who looks just like him but is not related at all. You see Guy opening the 8th gate to protect his family and friends. Sadly he dies from eating broccoli. Now you see a newborn baby boy with thick eyebrows. He grows up with his grandpa and trains with him. He made friends, He made family, and best of all this is just the beginning.

While Guy was seeing all the flashbacks he felt sadness, happiness, and regret. But the only emotion he felt after seeing all the flashbacks for both of his life's is an unmovable resolve to stay alive. So he shouts out to Kami himself and roars out

"I'M NOT DYING TODAY!!!!"

When Guy roared that out Korin could swear he saw a black dragon with glowing yellow eyes stare at him when he heard that roar. Korin was shaking when he felt that pressure of Guy's hidden potential

'Oh, shist that scared me more than Goku's hidden potential….'

While Korin was still terrified from what happen he saw Guy stopped screaming and fell facedown to the ground as he passed out from the pain and exhaustion. Korin saw the kid and just shook his head as he couldn't help but think

'Man the kid is so young and seems to have bȧrėly scratched the surface of his full potential'
