Maybe it was the effect of the Great Tower, but Mark and the others would rather deal with a hundred magical beasts living in the Dark Forest than dealing with one of the magical beast living in the Great Tower.

Seeing how Mark and the others quickly fall back the moment she boasted about facing the giant snake alone, even Shad and the girls, Little Blue suddenly flew into a rage.

When Little blue asked them to stand back and blurted out about facing the giant snake alone, she was just joking with them.
