Naruto - A Cursed System

During January, where Yukio wasn't a bad boy and chose to steal stuff, an invitation was sent to the Gojo Family inviting the Six Eyes and the Family Head.

"Satoru! The Zenin Family sent a letter to you." Yukio said as he stood outside Satoru's room holding a letter.

Satoru opened the door to let Yukio in. He walked inside and handed the letter to Satoru who just sat down at his desk. While he opened the letter and begin to read it, Yukio peeked at the old book on the desk.

'Is this about the Limitless?' Before he could read any further, Satoru threw him the letter.

"The letter is just an invitation from the Zenin Family to attend a party. Throw it away on your way out."

Yukio glanced at the letter and noticed that it wasn't just an invitation to Satoru; it was also inviting his servant! With glimmering eyes, Yukio asked, "I wanna go! The letter says you can bring me with you. I've always wanted to go to a party. I also wanted to go see the Zenin Clan."

"You can go by yourself."

"A servant shouldn't attend events by themselves if they aren't the ones specifically invited."

"...Fine, I guess."

"Yippe!"

Month: February

They arrived at the Zenin household a few days before the party's date. They were not the only ones to attend from the Gojo Family. The head of the family was also here with his wife. Usually, the head would never come, but when he learned that Satoru had made the unexpected decision to attend, he decided to also come. Asides from his wife, he also had a bodyguard with him who was also Yukio's teacher.

When they arrived, Yukio excused himself and wanted to explore Nagoya. Satoru wanted to explore too, but the Gojo Family Head held him back. The Head was one of the very, very few people who have some say on what Satoru can and cannot do.

Yukio came back to his room while being very wary of his surroundings. He was cautious for some reason as if something was going to kill him if he wasn't too careful.

Eventually, it was time for the party. Both Satoru and Yukio were dressed in fancy, appropriate clothing. They wore opposite-colored outfits, Satoru with white and Yukio with black.

When they arrived at the Zenin household, those three ȧduŀts separated from the pair and went off to socialize. Satoru didn't mind them leaving, but Yukio was confused about why they left them.

'Is it appropriate to leave children on their own? Around a bunch of strangers no less? Maybe it's because everybody here knows the consequences of messing with the Six Eyes holder. But what about ȧssassins? I remember Satoru having quite the large bounty.'

Yukio noticed that Satoru's face was scrunched up as he looked at the party and the people. Satoru didn't like attending parties as most of the strangers who would meet him were generally fake and looking out for their interests.

Hoping to give his friend a distraction, Yukio asked, "Have you been here before?"

"Nope."

"Shall I get someone to give you a tour around?"

"You don't need to. Besides, someone is already coming to us."

Yukio looked around and noticed an elderly man walking up to him. He didn't recognize him at all. The man was being followed by two younger men that also looked similar to the elder.

When they were in front of Satoru and Yukio, they politely bowed, "Greetings, Mr. Gojo."

Satoru greeted back, "Greetings, Head of the Zenin Family. May I ask if those two are your sons?"

"Indeed. You are just as perceptive as the rumors said. On my right is my son, Naobito Zenin. On my left is my youngest son, Ogi Zenin."

"Greetings, Mr. Gojo," The sons said at the same time.

Satoru nodded to their greetings.

"Mr. Gojo, I heard you have a-" Before Vajiru could ask his question, the current Gojo Family head came out of nowhere and interrupted him. Yukio's teacher was nowhere in sight.

"Hello, my old friend! I have been looking everywhere for you!" He placed his hand on Vajiru's shoulder.

"Ah, if it isn't Kenzo Gojo. It has certainly been a long time."

They joyfully started talking about each other's clans and direct families. None of them acknowledged Yukio's existence. Well, it wasn't their fault. Blame the [Advanced Hiding]. Though he could stop 'hiding' he found it funny looking at their reactions whenever he shows up.

Even Satoru had trouble perceiving him ever since he advanced the skill. Thanks to the Six Eyes, he could find Yukio as long as the boy was standing somewhere in front of him. When he wasn't in front, Satoru wouldn't have any problems as long as he was within three feet of Yukio.

Yukio was just silently observing the Zenin members. The old man was never mentioned in the story and must've died or retired or something. As for his sons - Naobito and Ogi - Yukio knew about them since they were actual characters.

He didn't really care much about Naobito except that he was surprised at his youthful appearance.

On the other hand, he looked down on Ogi. He vividly remembered the last few chapters he had been able to read before his death.

As he was thinking about it, he remembered that he swimming in a lake with the possibility of a shark attack. Yukio silently prayed not to be recognized by Toji, unaware of the fact that Toji was sent away from the Zenin territory.

As he was silently praying, Vajiru brought up a question, "I have heard that Mr. Gojo now has a personal servant. A young servant, at that. I thought I would get to meet the child when I walked over."

Kenzo Gojo's eyes also widened and looked around to find the kid, "Huh, I wonder where he's at. He came with us. He's the main reason that Satoru attended the party in the first place. I've heard that he is a very good hider."

Satoru interjected, "He's been standing behind me this entire time."

Hearing what he had said, all four of them looked behind Satoru and noticed Yukio greeting them with a smile.

Asides from Kenzo who had already experienced it multiple times on the way to the party, they were all surprised. And just like everybody else, they were even more surprised by the lack of cursed energy.. The boy reminded them of Toji.
