Description: A shattered mind is usually ȧssociated with insanity. Don't worry, you aren't crazy... yet. It's as if you have more 'brains' to think, to learn, and to understand. You know what they say, the more the merrier.

Obtained in Chapter 2 and explored in Chapter 3.

[Empty Vessel]

Description: Your body is but a vessel, a vessel to contain your evil soul. To be empty is to never be full. Since this is only a vessel, then you will never truly suffer the consequences subjected to it. Your defense and resistance to all harmful sources have increased.

Obtained in Chapter 2 and explored in Chapter 3.

[Basic Climbing]

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency at climbing. While climbing, the rate at which you consume stamina is decreased.

To advance the skill, successfully climb a ċumulative 100 meters.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency at hiding. Any sounds you make are muffled when hidden.

To advance the skill, hide from multiple individuals around your age.

[Intermediate Hiding]

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at hiding. The sounds you make and the scent you give off will go unnoticed when you are hiding. You blend in with the environment when staying still.

To advance the skill, successfully hide from multiple individuals who are older than you while constantly being in close proximity with them.

[Intermediate Climbing]

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at climbing. You consume less stamina while climbing. While climbing, you can perform multiple actions without any risk of falling.

To advance the skill, successfully climb a ċumulative 1000 meters and sleep during a climb.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency at searching. Clues have become noticeable to your eyes when searching for something.

To advance the skill, successfully search an animal, an object, and an individual.

[Basic Gardening]

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency at gardening. Harmful creatures will avoid the plants you take care of while attracting helpful creatures.

To advance the skill, have a high understanding of three plants.

Obtained in between Chapters 5-6 and explored in Chapter 6

Description: Are you feeling okay? After all, there is only one way to obtain this skill. This is a testament to your isolation. Orphans are mȧturė for their age as they have to survive on their own. When you are surviving alone, death will find it hard to grasp onto you.

[Basic Taming]

Description: Increases your proficiency in taming. All creatures you tamed are slightly more intelligent compared to others of the same species.

To advance the skill, tame several creatures of different species.

[Basic Toxin Resistance]

Description: Slightly boosts your resistance to all forms of toxins. Able to identify toxic substances when ingested.

To advance the skill, come into contact with different sources of toxins.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in cooking. Sometimes, the food you cook will taste better than it looks.

To advance the skill, obtain genuine compliments about your cooking.

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at searching. Your senses of sight and touch can identify important clues when searching for something. Any clues that might lead to you have become slightly unnoticeable.

To advance the skill, successfully search for an avian, an object lost to time, and an individual clearly stronger than you.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in ninjutsu. The ninjutsu you use will feel slightly alive.

To advance the skill, successfully cast ninjutsu from each of the basic nature transformations.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in taijutsu. You take less damage when getting attacked while you are using taijutsu.

To advance the skill, defeat several ninjas of the same rank with only taijutsu.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in genjutsu. Your genjutsu will become slightly unnoticeable to entrapped foes.

To advance the skill, defeat several ninjas while they are trapped in your genjutsu.

[Basic Medical Ninjutsu]

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in medical ninjutsu. Wounds bandaged by you heal slightly faster than normal.

To advance the skill, heal several minor wounds and concoct a very weak poison.

[Basic Shurikenjutsu]

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in shurikenjutsu. If you catch a foe's shuriken (or any bladed, hand-held weapon), you can throw it back twice as strong.

To advance the skill, defeat several ninjas of the same rank with only shurikenjutsu.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in kenjutsu. You can hold the blade of any type of sword with your bȧrė hands without taking much damage.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in kyujutsu. It is difficult for your bow to break when you are wielding it.

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency in making origami. Your origami is naturally more resistant to detrimental elements. If you display your origami, their beauty will encapture perusing eyes.

[Advanced Hiding]

Description: Substantially boosts your proficiency at hiding. Your presence has been drastically lowered, increasing your resistance from being detected by the primary senses. If you are found, there is a rare chance for a distraction to occur that will enable you the chance to continue hiding; limited to once per day.

[Intermediate Pickpocketing]

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at pickpocketing. When stealing something, your limbs become less noticeable. If you steal something, a phantom of the object will take its place to temporarily fool the target's senses.

To advance the skill, successfully steal large, noticeable objects without getting caught and sell each of them for at least 50,000 ryo (~278,292 yen).

[Advanced Climbing]

Description: Substantially boosts your proficiency at climbing. Your stamina depletion speed is slowed when you are climbing. It is easier to perform lots of actions without a risk of falling. Once a day, you can climb the air for a few seconds.

[Advanced Searching]

Description: Substantially boosts your proficiency at searching. Each of your five senses can separately identify important clues when searching for something. All clues that might lead to you have become less noticeable. Once a month, you will come across an important clue.

[Intermediate Gardening]

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at gardening. The plants you grow welcome all sorts of creatures, any harmful creature is helpful in a way. The plants you take care of have become more resistant to the elements of nature.

To advance the skill, have a very high understanding of thirty plants and cultivate a single intelligent plant.

[Intermediate Taming]

Description: Moderately increases your proficiency in taming. The creatures you tamed are more intelligent compared to their wild brethren. You can keep track of the tamed creatures you have via the system.

To advance the skill, tame a large number of creatures of different species and successfully create a new species.

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency in persuading others. The emotion and intent you convey through your words have become memorable to listeners. Your lies have become more believable.

To advance the skill, persuade a large number of people individuals into making a terrible life-changing decision.

[Intermediate Cooking]

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency in cooking. The food you make will taste good as long as you put in some form of effort. Based on the ingredients used and how you use them, your food may produce special effects when eaten.

To advance the skill, obtain a large number of genuine compliments about your cooking and establish a restaurant.

Description: Slightly boosts your resistance to fire and heat. Burn wounds will slowly, yet completely heal by themselves outside of battle.

To advance the skill, research a more effective and efficient method to sleep.

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at throwing. You can plant a symbol on a target that makes thrown objects more likely to hit. Your eyesight and accuracy become more precise.

To advance the skill, skip a rock and have it skip a hundred times and then hit a creature with it.

Description: What a coward. To run away despite having a chance at success. Don't make the same mistake again. Your agility stat will temporarily increase by 20% when running away from something or someone.

Description: A loyal servant must always complete the orders they have been given. These orders give you strength and purpose. All stats will temporarily increase by 10% when given an order.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency in bojutsu. Striking enemies with the end of bo or any elongated rod will leave immediate minor bruises upon contact

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at researching. While researching, you become highly focused and can take in abundant amounts of information. The rate at which you read and understand becomes faster.

Description: Slightly boosts your proficiency at carving wood. You can identify which wood is good for carving.

Description: Substantially boosts your proficiency at drawing. You can draw perfect lines and connect them perfectly. Your feelings towards a subject of a drawing will be replicated and experienced by everyone who views said drawing. Once a month, you can create a special drawing that can affect your reality.

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency at writing. You have pretty good handwriting and grammar. Based on how and what you write, your writing may evoke special effects.

To advance the skill, write a hundred essays, each essay must contain at least ten thousand words.

Description: Moderately boosts your proficiency in fuinjutsu. When observing a seal, you can notice several of its weaknesses. The seals you make can cause backlash to whoever releases it without your permission.
