Mystic Wizard in Azeroth

Chapter 29: Kill the Basilisk

Except for Aristophane and Dumbledore, everyone present took a breath.

"I'll go down first, Severus, and take our dear school manager, Mr. Malfoy, to follow me, Minerva, you guys are following Mr. Malfoy. As for the three of you, you have done enough. Now, just wait here."

After speaking, Dumbledore cast a bright curse and slipped straight into the tube.

Lucius was a hundred reluctant, but under the threat of Snape's wand, he still followed Dumbledore. Aristophanes, McGonagall and others also slid down.

Aristophanes felt like rushing down a dark, slimy, endless slide. He could see that there were still many tubes diverging in all directions, but none of them were as thick as this one.

Their pipe twists and turns, winding all the way down with a steep slope. He knew that he had slipped into a deep, deep place under the ground of the school, even deeper than those underground classrooms.

A light suddenly appeared in front of , and the water pipe became horizontal. He emerged from the mouth of the pipe, and then stood on the ground. This is a dark stone tunnel, big enough to stand in. Close to him, Dumbledore was looking around with the light of his magic wand, while Lucius climbed up from the ground embarrassedly, covered in slime, his meticulous hair stained with mud, and his face was pale. Like a ghost, Snape stood upright next to him.

Aristophane stood aside, and the other professors also popped out of the tube with "whooping".

"This experience is really bad, everyone, I don't want to come again." Professor Sprout was using the cleaning spell while complaining.

"Let's go." Dumbledore saw that everyone had sorted out their images, and then continued to lead them toward the dark front. The footsteps of the group echoed in the deep corridor.

"We should be under the black lake, Albus."

"It should be, no wonder no one can find Slytherin's secret room for so many years."

The tunnel is too dark. Even though everyone has released the fluorescent curse, they can still only look at a small area in front of them. Their shadows are reflected on the wall, looking like monsters.

There was a sudden "click" in the silent tunnel, and everyone was startled. Professor McGonagall lowered his wand and found that Malfoy had stepped on a bone. Then everyone saw various forms on the ground. The remains of various small animals.

Then he continued to move forward, and when he turned a corner, Dumbledore stopped, his face solemn, and magnified the light on the wand in his hand.

Aristophane looked forward and saw that the outline of a behemoth was exposed under the light of Dumbledore's Fluorescent Charm. McGonagall and Sprout took a breath after seeing what it was.

   "Albus, is this—"

"Yes, this is the molting of that basilisk." Dumbledore said softly.

   "But this is too big!"

This huge snake skin looked green under the light, very bright, coiled on the ground of the tunnel, it looked more than 60 feet.

"Let's go, everyone, it looks like we are almost at our destination."

The tunnel turned round after turn, and they turned around, and finally reached a solid wall: on it was a round door with a few engraved snakes and their eyes. It is studded with large, shiny emeralds.

"It seems that we are at the end. Be careful," Dumbledore turned to the crowd and said, "Go back."

Then Dumbledore pointed his wand at the snake's head: "Torn apart!"

The round door was blown open immediately, revealing a passage, vaguely seeing a large space inside.

Dumbledore walked in first, then Aristophanes followed him, and everyone filed in.

This is a long, dimly lit room. There are many stone pillars carved with serpents towering up to support the ceiling that melts into the darkness at a high place. There are puddles of water on the floor, which is filled with green and mysterious. Long and treacherous shadows were cast across the room.

A huge face was carved on the wall at the far end of the room: it was an old, monkey-like face, and a sparse long beard, like a long snake covering the whole wall.

"That is the statue of Salazar Slytherin." Snape said to everyone beside him.

Dumbledore walked to the statue and took out a black notebook. Lucius Malfoy was even more panicked when he saw it.

He input some magic power into it, and a black-haired figure wearing a Slytherin robe gradually appeared beside him.

"Dumbledore, you are still alive, the old man," the figure said viciously.

Hearing this sound, Lucius Malfoy almost collapsed to the ground, and even Snape shuddered twice.

"Tom, long time no see," Dumbledore was still calm, "You actually split your...soul."

"Of course," the figure gradually became solidified, "There are so many things that geniuses in history could not accomplish by me, the great Voldemort, successfully realized, even a powerful white wizard like you can't do it!"

"The price is that your soul is extremely unstable. If you fail to cast the spell, you will be severely backlashed. I think this is one reason why Harry survived." Aristophane interrupted.

"and who are you?"

"Aristofen Flivi, professor, let’s talk about it first, don’t forget our purpose.

"Ha, Dumbledore, you are really confused. You want to defeat the heirs of Salazar Slytherin with you? You also sent me here with your own hands. This is a secret room that has been passed down for thousands of years. Find your own way!"

He glanced at the crowd with disdain, raised his leg to the Slytherin statue, hissing in his mouth:

   "Shearhas-Samnathas-Selithaeine!"

The huge stone face of Slytherin moved ~www.ltnovel.com~ Lucius Malfoy leaned against Snape, and saw his mouth open in horror, opening wider and wider, finally forming a huge Black hole.

Something moves in the mouth of the statue, something rustles upwards from the depths of the statue.

   Then...

Aristophane took out several scrolls and gave them to Dumbledore, McGonagall, and others who were holding their wands as enemies. Then he took the lead in demonstrating himself, inputting magic power into the scroll left in his hand, and seeing the scroll start to glow, he threw it directly into the hole.

only heard a "boom", and a flame burst out from the entrance of the cave in an instant, accompanied by a roaring and miserable big snake, after coming out, it rolled crazily on the ground, hoping to extinguish the flame on his body.

McGonagall and the others were stunned. Dumbledore followed the example of Aristophane and threw the scroll activation in his hand. It was not as powerful as Aristophane's flame, but it exploded with a ball of electric light. Controlled the rolling basilisk.

   "It's now! Hurry up!"

At this time, the people slowed down, excited and threw out the scrolls in their hands. There were fire, ice and lightning. Then they released a spell to hit the wound of the basilisk, and the ground was full of sheds as it rolled. Blood and broken scales.

The basilisk still wanted to struggle, but Dumbledore "split" directly into the soft upper jaw of the mouth. The upper half of the head was directly shattered into a rain of blood, and the body was twisted in pain, rolled to the ground on the side, and then moved. Still not moving.

Poor, this Slytherin basilisk, which has been raised for thousands of years, was beaten by this group of great wizards before he officially showed his power, and died.
