Mystic Wizard in Azeroth

Chapter 18: Self-sacrifice face again

Harry and others passed through the huge oak door and walked into the second room.

When they just stepped in, the second room suddenly became brightly lit from pitch black, illuminating a shocking scene:

There is a huge animal stone guard in the house, looking very hideous.

At the other end of the room, on the back of the stone guard, there is a door, and a box is stepped under the guard's feet.

"What should I do now?" Harry asked nervously.

"Look here!" Hermione yelled. She seemed to have found something nearby, and Harry and Neville leaned in.

"Self sacrifice is the greatest courage."

A thoughtless sentence was engraved at the entrance, causing the three of them to look at each other. Finally, they decided to go ahead and see what was going on.

As they walked to the stone sculpture carefully holding their wands, the body resembled a scary lion. The stone sculpture with huge claws and long yellow tail suddenly came to life, raising its head and staring at the three people. Eager to try.

They looked at the gate guarded by stone carvings and hurried back.

"What should I do now?" Harry whispered.

"I think I understand," Neville had calmed down at the moment, "We need someone to turn away the stone guard. The key should be in the box under his feet."

"Then who should lead the guard away?" Hermione asked.

"Let me come, I probably understand the meaning of that sentence." Neville said calmly.

"No, Neville! We don't know what this stone monster will do to you!" Harry said anxiously, "There must be other ways."

"There is no victory without sacrifice. I didn't understand before, but now I understand it a bit."

   "But—"

"Go and do your thing, Harry, it's handed over to me." After Neville patted Harry on the shoulder, "When I take it away, you two will get the key in the box. After all, It's Hogwarts, nothing will happen."

Neville stood up now and ran to the side away from Harry and Hermione. He then waved his hand, as if saying something in his mouth.

"No wonder Mr. Flivy is very optimistic about Neville. He said Neville has something we don't have." Harry said.

"He said he stretched out three fingers and counted down three and two to one." Hermione was a little panicked, but she still read Neville's lips.

The two watched as Neville took out his wands, changed their fingers, and then pointed the wand at the stone guard. A spell was issued from the top and hit it.

The stone guard seemed to be irritated. It stood up from the ground, almost higher than the door, let out a silent roar, and then pounced towards Neville.

Neville turned around and ran, while Harry and Hermione also ran towards the box.

Almost as soon as the two got the box, Neville was also thrown over by the stone guard, and he fell heavily to the ground. The wand was thrown aside and there was no sound.

"Navi!" Hermione screamed when she looked back at this scene.

Harry resisted the desire to run over, he opened the box, and a golden key lay inside. He took it out and opened the door. When he looked back, he saw that the stone guard seemed to have spotted two "thieves", and he turned his head and turned around to make a splash.

Harry and Hermione looked back sadly at Neville for the last time, then rushed through the door and walked along the next corridor. As the door slowly closed, the stone guard changed back to a stone sculpture sitting in place, leaving only Neville, who did not know his life or death in the distance.

   "Will he—"

"There will be nothing wrong with him," Harry said, while trying to convince himself of this, "What do you think will be next?"

"We have passed Sprout's mechanism, that is the devil net——

Professor Flitwick must have enchanted those keys——

Professor McGonagall deformed the guard and made it alive——

Quirrell’s magic remains below, and Snape’s..."

They came to a door again.

"All right?" Harry asked in a low voice.

"go in."

Harry pushed the door open. There was a disgusting smell, and they had to lift their clothes to block their noses. The eyes of the two of them were also smoked with tears. Through the blurred tears, they saw the two giants, but they were all lying motionless on the floor in front of them, unconscious, and there was a large **** lump on their heads.

"Well, we don't need to fight these two trolls." Harry whispered.

They carefully stepped over the thick legs of the monster, "Go, I can't breathe."

He opened the next door, and for a while, the two of them couldn't see what was waiting for them—but there was nothing terrible here, there was only a table with seven bottles of different shapes on it.

"Snape's magic," Harry said, "what should we do?"

As soon as the two of them crossed the threshold, a flame rose up behind them and sealed the doorway. This flame is unusual: it is purple.

At the same time, a black flame burst from the door leading to the front. They are trapped in the middle.

"Look!" Hermione grabbed a roll of parchment next to the bottle. Harry stood behind her, and the two of them read afterwards (see the author's words for the details of the riddle, a very simple logical riddle, so I won't repeat it).

Hermione took a deep breath, and Harry couldn't figure it out.

"This is not a magic problem, it is a logical problem. Thanks to Mr. Flevey Jr., I still retain the same thinking that I used to study mathematics. Many wizards do not have the ability to reason logically. They only use magic to solve problems, so they can only I will always be trapped by this question."

Harry suddenly realized, he read it carefully again, and then began to identify the seven bottles with Hermione.

"This bottle allows us to move forward!"

"This round and round bottle allows you to return through the purple flame!"

   The two said in unison.

"Hermione, you drink this bottle," Harry said again. "Don't panic. These potions are only one sip. Obviously, only one person can go on. You go back and find Neville, riding a broomstick to find Mr. Flivy, he should be back now. Professor Dumbledore is not there. We can only find his help. I may be able to hold Snape temporarily, but I am definitely not his opponent. I knew about Professor Flivy's duel."

"But Harry—what if the mysterious man is with him?"

"I've escaped once before, and maybe it's a good thing. What's more,'self-sacrifice is the greatest courage'," Harry lightly repeated what they had seen before, "I think this is what What it really means."

   Hermione trembling, suddenly hugged Harry.

"You and Neville are both excellent Gryffindors, great wizards."

"I can't compare to you and Neville." Harry said embarrassingly, and Hermione let him go.

"I'm just studying hard," Hermione said, "rely on a little cleverness."

(At this time, Harry shouted, "Mr. Flevey Jr. admires you very much. He thinks you can be an excellent wizard!"

"I want to be a great wizard," Hermione didn't care what Harry said, and continued, "Friendship and courage, I have more to learn! Harry, be careful! I'll go back soon!"

After she finished speaking, she picked up the chubby bottle and drank it in one sip, all over her body witty.

"How does it feel, Hermione?" Harry asked worriedly.

"It's as cold as ice," Hermione shivered as she said.

"Go away, it will expire after a while."

   "Good luck and be careful."

   "Go!"

Hermione pursed her mouth when she heard the words, turned and went straight through the purple flame.

Harry watched Hermione's figure disappear in the flames, took a deep breath, and grabbed the smallest bottle. He turned to face the black flame.

"I'm here." After he finished speaking, he drank the liquid in the vial in one gulp.

It was indeed like ice, and it penetrated his whole body at once. He put down the bottle and walked forward. He plucked up the courage and saw the black flame licking his body, but he didn't feel it—asked at that moment, he could not see anything, only the black flame in front of him—and then he went to the other side smoothly. , Entered the last room.

There was already a man in there—not Snape, not even Voldemort.

Principal's office.

A piece of smooth wall shows the pass that the three of them have passed all the way through several perspectives.

Seeing Neville's self-sacrifice and Harry's last hesitation, Aristophane suddenly laughed, happier as he laughed.

Although the general process has not changed, I still changed some things, right? At least Neville is no longer cowardly, but gradually shows his courage. These are the changes brought about by his "variable".

When I saw the high priest of the horse people in the Forbidden Forest during the day, he opened his mouth and concluded that he was the biggest "variable". He still couldn't see the power, but it would change the destiny of many people, including the horse people themselves.

"You educated them well, Mr. Flivy Jr.~www.ltnovel.com~Dumbledore stood up.

"But it's time for you to be on the stage. I will trouble you to bring Harry back. As for the Philosopher's Stone, you can take it first and return it to him when you see Nicol in August this year."

"Good professor." Aristophane was in a good mood, and he turned his head to bid farewell to Professor Dumbledore, "Then I will leave first, Professor Dumbledore."

After speaking, he took out his wand and quickly left the principal's office.

Just as Hermione flew to the hall, Aristophanes was already there waiting for her.

Hermione cried: "Mr. Flivy, you save Neville and Harry!"

"I already know," Aristophan rubbed Hermione's hair. "I'll go now. Would you like to go to Madam Pomfrey to take a break?"

Hermione shook her head stubbornly, and Aristophane didn't reluctant to see it, and led Hermione to the place where they broke through again.

Hypnotized the big dog Lu Wei, set fire to scare away the devil net, took the flying key down again and inserted it into the door, and then saw the unconscious Neville.

Hermione ran over quickly. She turned Neville over and let him lie flat on the ground. Now Neville was awake and sat up dizzy with her support.

He looked at Hermione who ran over to hug him, and saw Mr. Flevey smiling behind him, blushing suddenly, not knowing where to put his hands.

"Take a good rest, you guys, I'll go see Harry." After speaking, Aristophane walked to the stone guard, said a spell, took down the box, opened the door and walked in.

Ta Shi Shiran went to the penultimate level.

Looking at the flames before and after, he released the ice armor and diamond skin, directly stepped over the black flame, and entered the last room.
