Floriana Sabina looked over in the direction of Rant Valo.

"This guy…"

Floriana Sabina clenched her fist in anger. She walked towards Rant Valo.

Rant Valo was also walking towards Floriana Sabina. He was gripping the book tightly. There was unconcealed anger on his face.

The two met midway and saw the other party angry but they didn't care.

"What the hell is this!?"

"Who are you calling a little brat!?"

The two shouted at the same time.

"Answer me!"

"No, answer me!"

As the two were bickering with each other on who will answer who. The girl who has been resting under the tree opened her eyes. She looked around her, lost.

She looked at the two who were fighting with each other.

"Look at this book! Why does it say, 'How To Fix Erectile Dysfunction: A Thorough Guide'? That's not my curse!"

"Hahh!??? I clearly gave you the Luck Fate Manager book! Where did you even get that? Wait, are you perhaps..?"

Floriana Sabina squinted her eyes as she stared at Rant Valo and looked down at his crotch. Rant Valo quickly covered it with his hands. His face was red.

"W-what are you doing!?"

"I'm checking!"

Floriana Sabina shouted at him while still looking at his crotch. She saw strong vitality flowing at Rant Valo's crotch.

"Pervert!"

Floriana Sabina suddenly shouted and her face went to a deep shade of red. She saw something that she shouldn't have.

"Why me!?'

Rant Valo shouted back at her. He was confused why he was the one who became the pervert when she was the one who looked at his crotch.

"You made me look at it on purpose!"

Floriana Sabina shouted while covering her face in embarrassment. She never saw anything like that in her long life. Her maiden heart couldn't take something like that.

"I didn't!"

"Aha, Ahahahahahaha"

Suddenly a sweet laugh echoed out and the two who were bickering with each other stopped and looked at the girl who was now resting her back on the tree. There were tears in her eyes as she laughed. Her body was still bound by ropes.

"What are you laughing at?"

Rant Valo asked her in a deadpan face. He couldn't even care if she was a demon. She's bound by ropes so he was not afraid of her. Floriana Sabina nodded her head and also looked at her questioningly.

"Nothing. You guys just looked like a couple."

"Hahh? A couple? With this guy? No way!"

Floriana Sabina was the one who spoke. She looked at the girl like she just heard a silly joke.

"She's just a brat!"

Rant Valo spat in anger. There was no way he would fall for a little kid like her. His goal was Zaria, the village maiden! Anyone else is irrelevant.

"Stop calling me that!"

Floriana Sabina turned around and looked at Rant Valo in anger when she heard him call her a brat again. She was really not a brat. She has lived longer than his great great grandmother. So calling her a brat is a massive disrespect to her seniority.

"A brat who could only play jokes!"

Rant Valo wasn't fazed by her angered face. He was angry that his dignity as a man was questioned. What if Zaria heard about it and was turned off? That will be worse than death!

"Perverted Disciple who busts one out with a pendant!"

Floriana Sabina wouldn't let herself be on the losing side so she quickly dug Rant Valo's wounds. Rant Valo's face fell when he heard her say that in front of the girl. Even if she was a demon, Rant Valo would still feel conscious when someone else knew that he did something like that.

Why did she feel that she made it worse? She regretted what she said.

"Fake disciple!"

Rant Valo moved closer to Floriana Sabina and towered over her. He was using his height to intimidate her.

Floriana Sabina floated in the air and towered several meters higher than Rant Valo. Rant Valo's cheeks couldn't help but twitch when he saw her fly. He forgot in the heat of the moment that she was a cultivator.

A white ball of flames appeared in Floriana Sabina's right hand. It didn't emit any heat and just floated silently.

When Rant Valo saw the white ball of flames, he felt his confidence crash to the ground. The last time he only saw a spark and it started a campfire. He can only guess what that ball of flame can do to him.

"Master, I was just joking!"

Rant Valo did a 180 in his attitude. He flashed a fawning smile on his face and looked at her just like a disciplined disciple.

"Hmph! Joke my flames!"

Floriana Sabina threw the ball of flame at Rant Valo. When Rant Valo saw her do that, he quickly dashed away. His fawning smile disappeared just like a scammer when they got your money.

"No! Master! Please! I'll behave!"

Rant Valo's frantic voice sounded as he ran for his life. Floriana Sabina watched the ball of flames chase him with a smile on her face.

While the ball of flames chased Rant Valo, Floriana Sabina heard a growl and looked back to see the girl smiling awkwardly.

"I'm hungry..."

Only then did Floriana Sabina remember that this girl was still here. Her smile quickly changed to a sweet one as she looked at the girl.

"Do you want some blood?"

Floriana Sabina asked as she extended her wrist at the girl. There was concern on her face as she did so.

The girl looked at her timidly. She can still remember the strength that this little girl possesses. She couldn't help but have some reservations. The last thing she wanted was to get lured into a trap by her.

"Don't worry. My blood is clean."

Floriana Sabina thought that she was worried about the purity of her blood so she reassured her.
