My Master Is A Tsundere

Chapter 134 - Rubble Moose

"Mm!"

Floriana Sabina nodded her head vehemently. She followed Rant Valo and also hid behind the rock together with Veia.

"Is that really just a moose?"

Rant Valo couldn't help but ask Floriana Sabina after looking at the moose for a while longer.

"Hmmm… I think it's a Spiritual Animal."

Floriana Sabina held her chin in thought before answering Rant Valo's question.

"A Spiritual Animal?"

Rant Valo furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"A Spiritual Animal is an animal that could cultivate. Similar to that Forest Bear we encountered back in the forest beside the river."

Floriana Sabina explained to Rant Valo in detail. Animals in the world are divided into two categories, Animals and Spiritual Animals. Animals are just animals, while Spiritual Animals are cultivating animals.

"I understand."

Rant Valo nodded his head in understanding. Back in the village, he only saw normal animals. Maybe there were some weird ones, but he doesn't remember.

Rant Valo then turned his head and looked at the moose one more time. It has a large antler that looks almost like a tree. There were hard rock-like protrusions on his back. It certainly doesn't look normal. Unless that is what a moose really look like.

"Is that really how a moose should look like? Isn't the rock on its back odd?"

Rant Valo asked Floriana Sabina. Even he who hadn't seen a moose beforehand thought that it was odd.

"Hmm. I think it's a Rubble Moose. An Earth Element moose."

Floriana Sabina replied to Rant Valo. A Rubble Moose cultivates the Earth Element. The larger the protrusions on its back, the stronger it is. Of course, it will also reach a point when it will stop growing. At that time, it would harden.

"How powerful is it?"

Rant Valo asked her curiously. He would just attack if it was actually weaker than his cultivation stage.

"Do you really want me to tell you, Disciple? Isn't it more fun if you find out yourself."

Floriana Sabina smirked at Rant Valo.

"... Alright."

Rant Valo could only nod his head. He slowly approached the Rubble Moose. He moved from one large rock to another while Floriana Sabina and Veia were following behind him.

Before long, Rant Valo was just within 20 meters of the Rubble Moose. He could see it chewing on some rocks which he found odd.

"Are rocks really nutritious?"

Rant Valo couldn't help but turn to Floriana Sabina and ask.

"They are. As long as you are an Earth Element Spiritual Animal."

Floriana Sabina answered Rant Valo. As Earth Element Spiritual Animals can absorb the Earth Element Mana inside the rocks, they can be used as food.

"I see."

Rant Valo was surprised that something like that was even possible. He thought that the Rubble Moose was just going crazy.

"I'll attack it now."

Rant Valo informed them. He closed his eyes and channeled his mana through his mana channels.

"Lucky Dragon Breath!"

Rant Valo shouted. It immediately caught the Rubble Moose's attention, but it was too late as Rant Valo's attack magic technique was already on the verge of firing.

FWOOSH

An Azure Dragon spirit entered Rant Valo's body before controlling it and releasing a fiery breath.

The Rubble Moose looked at the bright breath of flame coming towards it calmly. With a tap of its foot, a giant rock suddenly protruded out from the ground. It blocked the path of the dragon's breath.

Sizzle sizzle

The hot dragon's breath melted the rock and turned it into molten lava that bubbled to the side. As for the moose, a large amount of rock was lifted from the rocky mountain and embedded itself in the holes of its antlers. Essentially turning it into a huge wall.

The moose turned its eyes towards Rant Valo who was still releasing the dragon's breath. Rant Valo felt chills up his spine when he saw the moose look at him. He immediately stopped channeling his magic technique.

After seeing that Rant Valo had stopped releasing the fiery breath, the moose lowered its head and rammed towards Rant Valo.

Rant Valo knew that he would be thrown far away and down to the lower part of the mountain that they were in. He channeled his trusty magic technique.

"Tide of Bad Fortune!"

Rant Valo shouted and a gush of white mana flew towards the Rubble Moose. The moose was startled at first as it stopped in its tracks, but when the white gush of mana hit it and nothing happened, it continued its charge towards Rant Valo.

"Oh no!"

Rant Valo had no more choice but to run. Floriana Sabina and Veia were already far away. They watched as Rant Valo did his best to run faster.

"Help me! Master Floriana! Veia~!"

Rant Valo bellowed. The Rubble Moose locked onto his ass as it continued its charge.

"Disciple! Use your magic techniques!"

Floriana Sabina raised her voice and shouted to him. She wanted him to learn how to cope with this situation.

"Agh."

Rant Valo gritted his teeth. He turned around and faced the moose before challenging his mana rapidly. He executed the Diving Magpie magic technique.

A magpie appeared above Rant Valo. When he saw that, he immediately ran again. The magpie didn't follow Rant Valo but merely looked at the charging Rubble Moose before diving towards it like a hawk.

KIIK KIIK

The magpie shrilled before hitting the Rubble Moose directly on its antler. Rant Valo turned his head to look and he was surprised to see the Rubble Moose still charging towards him. It was like the Diving Magpie never had any effect.

"Master Floriana!!"

Rant Valo shouted much louder than before. He was on his wit's end. He doesn't think that any of his other magic techniques will be of help.

"Do your best, Disciple!"

Floriana Sabina shouted in reply. When Rant Valo heard that, he knew that she had no intention of helping him so he turned around and faced the Rubble Moose again.

It was about 5 meters in front of him.

"Tortoise Fortune's Defense!"

Rant Valo channeled his best or rather, his only defense magic technique.
