My Girlfriend is the Cutest in the World

　After picking the class, Su Lin’s irritated mood still hadn’t subsided in the slightest.

　　He leaned back leisurely in his chair, playing with his phone, distracted. The sound of people talking behind him reached his ears.

　　“Eh, not to mention, the girls from the south hit different1.” The first to start the conversation was Su Lin’s top bunkmate.

　　According to age, Su Lin’s upper bunkmate was the eldest in the dormitory. A pure northeastern man, after these days of watching the new incoming freshmen girls, he couldn’t help letting out a sigh.

　　When Qin Fang heard this, it piqued his interest, and he stopped playing his game. He looked up at lao da: “How are they different?”

　　“Just….” Lao da paused for a while, but couldn’t come up with a good description.

　　Lao er was a local. Qin Fang and Su Lin were from B city. Over in B city, local and foreign people had long ago intermingled and become mixed, with all sorts of people from across the country.

　　In freshman year, he was the most popular guy on campus. He was mentioned every day in the campus forum, especially by girls from the art and physical education department. That crazy enthusiasm was comparable to chasing stars.

　　However, it seems that whether they were tall, short, mature, or cute, not one could attract his interest.

　　Qin Fang laid in bed, suddenly sighing, “Ah, my no-desire-and-no-lust Lin ge.”

　　His voice was very worried: “Are you going to become a Buddha?”

　　Su Lin: “….?”

　　The required university curriculum was really much less rigorous compared to senior year. Lu Yuanyuan attended three days of classes and felt it was simply too blissful.

　　Lin Xi was sitting on the blankets tying a ponytail. She rested her laptop on her knees, idly chatting with Lu Yuan Yuan while nibbling on an apple.

　　“Yuanyuan,” Lin Xi quickly swiped through the forum, her mouth not stopping, “The day before yesterday, you couldn’t see senior Su, truly a big loss.”

　　Lu Yuanyuan was at her desk, reading the book she borrowed. Hearing her words, her mind automatically recalled the information she’d heard about that senior that day.

　　She smiled a little, “Mhm.”

　　It was quiet for another ten minutes.

　　“Ahhhhhh!”

　　Lu Yuanyuan was so startled that she jumped a little. She turned her head to look at the person who made the noise, “What’s wrong?”

　　“I found it, I found it. The post I read,” Lin Xi used both hands to get up and pushed the laptop onto Lu Yuanyuan’s desk with one hand, “Look!”

　　Lu Yuanyuan scrolled down to the second picture and saw the photo Lin Xi was talking about.

　　The person who took the photo seemed nervous, probably making the lens shake.

　　Indeed…. a little blurry.

　　But the general silhouette was still clearly visible.

　　The picture was of his side profile. The background seemed to be very sunny. The person in the photo didn’t know that he was being photographed, his eyes half dropped, the corner of his eyes long and narrow, with thin lips. The line from his  bridge of the nose to his chin was smooth and good-looking.

　　Who knew what he was looking at, seeming distracted.

　　The comments below were along the same vein of the original poster, all exclamation marks and long strings of “aaahhhhhhhhh”.

　　“How is he, how is he?” Lin Xi asked her eagerly.

　　Although the photo wasn’t clear, Lu Yuanyuan very convincingly and very vigorously nodded, “Handsome.”

　　To be able to be admired by so many people, it really was for good reason.

Slightly confused complaint: how was there already two 1 star reviews the day after I posted the first chapter? Nothing even happened yet???

Onto more positive news: Su Lin appears next chapter! Also!! Happy Chinese New Year! Or Lunar New Year! I was planning to post tomorrow (& still will!) but I wanted to gift something to celebrate the holidays :)

1 it didn’t say ‘hit different’ exactly but it’s that general meaning. I was gonna go for a more literal translation but, for some reason, I couldn’t stop laughing looking at hit different so it’ll stay as is :)
