'It is time,'

I thought, looking at the killing read, where thousands of Grimms and natives are dying by the minute.

I have been moving slowly, sometimes stopping for minutes before moving again, but now the time had come. I need to move fast, as fast as I could.

It will be dangerous. There are hundreds of Grimms who are powerful enough that their single attack would put me out of commission. If that happens, then death will be the only option for me.

I took a deep breath and harnessed all my power and moved.

Around me, several clones of different races materialized, all with different types of aura emitting from them. While I became one with the cursed mist, which has grown even more powerful, with death.

It is also very dense and getting denser with every step toward the exit.

It is hell for others, but to me is a blessing. I am using the stealth formation of the curse that I had designed years ago and perfected with every upgrade of inheritance, but never got a chance to use in its full power.

Now, I did.

I moved through the killing road, while the Grimms around me shout and attacked the natives with their most powerful attacks.

Two of my illusions have already attacked and disappeared, while another illusion has taken place in a different place. It is extremely hard to maintain four of these realistic illusions, along with other things I am doing.

My head feels like it would split apart, but there is no other choice.

I dodge most of the attacks, but there are some too fast that I could not dodge it. So, I defended with my sword, which has taken a shape like a leaf, with extra wide thick blades.

I am using it as a shield.

My sword is the best defensive artifact I have; while I had many things like tile dome, I could not use them against such attacks.

CLANNNNNNG!

My sword defended against the attack; it was so powerful, that it broke my bones and made me vomit.

I did not resist the force and used it to shoot forward at extremely high speed. While doing that, I maneuvered through the air, dodging many of the stray attacks at an extremely fast speed.

It is one of the most difficult things I had ever done in the battle. It is physically straining, and I have broken bones while doing that.

It had reminded me of my early days of practice, where I had little power and thus needed to do everything. I have to fight against the monsters and then the Grimms.

As I got more power, I begin to use them less and less. When I got my strings and made those powerful defensive methods. I had stopped using them, as they had become obsolete to me.

Now coming to this world, I have been using them more and more, with far more skills, than I had ever done.

My clone is also helping me with analyzing and guiding. Without it, I wouldn't have been able to dodge the attack.

My momentum slowed, and I begin to move with my own power again and a very thick curse mist. That is making many of the natives fall before their bodies, eaten away by the curse, leaving only clothes and artifacts.

It is quite a common site and I wish I could do something, but I couldn't. At least, not while running away.

The curse is extremely powerful; you are fine, till you could defend against it, but the moment it entered inside you. You are finished, it will eat away your body and energy, leaving not even a husk behind.

I reached close to the exit; it is only a mile away.

I took the air; the exit was the sky and the journey toward it is most dangerous. Not only the thickest curse mist is here, but the most powerful Grimms are attacking here, and Sovereigns are fighting not far.

A single stray attack and it will be game over for me.

'We have done it,' came from my three clones. It kind of froze me for a moment, as I did not think they will be able to achieve it, with the time they have, but they did it.

Five seconds later, a construct of energy came out and inside its thousands of bottles with the syringes. I waved it and moved away, before starting shooing syringes with the sharp needles.

Each injection contains a message, it would relieve to person, as the injection reaches a meter away from them.

Whether opening the door for them is their decision. It is not just a message it contains, but also the formulas. Two formulae, to be exact, the first one that will delay the curse, is a formula of solution present in those injections.

The second formulae are not tested, but I am sure enough. That even if it could not wipe out this curse, it will destroy 80% of it.

The healers would finish the rest of the job.

With the contract, the load in my herd disappeared, especially when I saw more than ten natives let the injection in. Even if the Grimms destroyed the construct now, I will not feel too sad.

At least one person will get out, and once they did; the formulae, the others waiting outside will become aware of it, and that is what I want.

Twelve seconds have passed before the construct is destroyed. By then, hundreds of natives received the injection and one of them had even passed through the gate.

I have also gotten very close to it; I move toward it fast as I could and if the luck holds, in less than half a minute, I will be out of this ruin.

I had just thought that when sensed the powerful attack coming at me. I couldn't help but curse seeing the attack.

I could not take the attack, nor I could dodge it. The only thing I could do was defend, but shook me like a rocket in all these attacks. It might turn off the end of me, but I have no other choice.

'Fuck it!' I cursed and moved my sword toward the coming attack.

BANNNNNG!

The attack hit my sword, and I shot toward the exit; I had adjusted my sword just a way I could shoo toward the exit.

I moved toward the exit, using everything I have to dodge the coming attack, but not all of them could be dodged.

BANNNNNG BANNNNG BANNNNG

Those I could not dodge, I defended. Some sent me in a completely different direction, so I would use the other attack to change my direction to exit.

Each of these attacks is taking me too close to the death door; they have broken every bone.

of my body and split my skin.

BANNNNG!

Even being conscious of taking a huge effort. I kept going, before finally reaching the gate, and with final defending, I shot out of the exit, out of this ruin.

As I am passing through it; I did one last thing; it is extremely straining but very necessary. I did it before letting it all go.
