Magi Craft Meister

12-28 Class Visit

Now that we have the glasses, we leave the workshop and head to the village chief Geebeck's house.

Because today is' study group 'day. It's not a good idea not to have Elsa, one of the teachers.

"Jin, what's that study group?

To Saki's question, Jen briefly explains.

"Oh, there's no school in the village. I'm teaching my kids a simple lesson. Reading, writing, calculating."

"Hmm. That's interesting. Elsa and Meine, right?

"Oh, that's what I'm talking about"

Then Saki said she became interested in the study group and wanted to visit. There's no reason why I shouldn't, and the fact that I want to see it in person meant that Jen and Saki were going to visit today's study group.

"What about 23 +8? Patty."

"Yes.... 31!

"Correct. So, what about 57 +6? Uh, Mario."

"Uh, 63!

"Yes, good."

Today is the day of calculation. The addition of two digits + one was all answered with no problem.

"Now, we'll start the deduction today. Twenty-one pages of textbooks at hand."

It is a mass-produced textbook in high-speed writing by Golem. What is used are thinly shredded trees. It is called "Sutra".

It was reinforced with engineering magic (reinforce) and used.

As for Jen, I wanted to make paper, but if it's just pulp, it's vulnerable to water, so I'm just looking for something like a trolloa oi called in Japanese paper.

This is because, for one thing, we don't know how to make western paper. I've just done paper making with milk packs. At that time, I mixed a little laundry paste.

"It's water-soluble, but once it dries, you want something that's water-resistant..."

I couldn't quite find anything like that. If found, it would be a major industry in the village of Kaina.

"... gin? Jin!"

Jen, who was lost in thought, returned to me with Saki's calling voice.

"Oh, oh, what?

"I don't know what it is. I'm done with the study group and everyone's gone home for lunch. Why don't we go home?"

There also came Elsa and Meine, who had finished cleaning up materials and other items.

"Brother Jin, go home?

Let's go back.

That is why Jen, Hannah, Saki, Elsa, Meine, and Reiko took them back to Martha's mansion.

"Welcome home. We have checked the lunch schedule."

Sarah of the Golem was ready and waiting.

Kaina Village Standard Lunch. Specialty bread and smoked meat, plus vegetable salad.

Eating raw vegetables and fruits for vitamin intake started under Jen's guidance, but was now completely settled.

"Hmm, this bread is delicious. Not bright white, but to say white so far would be because the shells are barely mixed, right?

"Oh, I'm sifting."

"Kikokokokogi is a good sieve!

"Oh, my God, Hannah did it for me"

Lunch proceeded soothingly with such a conversation.

After lunch, Saki decided to ask Hannah to show her the screening.

"You know, with all the goose you've done, I'm gonna boil it."

Hannah to try and demonstrate with whole grains.

"Ho! I see! Thank you, Hannah."

Saki apparently had something to flicker about, stroking Hannah's head and thanking her, turning to Jen and Elsa.

"Gin, Elsa, I need to talk to you for a second"

So the three moved to Jen's workshop.

"I saw that screen and I came up with it."

Saki started explaining.

"I use the sieve to separate the big from the small," I understand.

Saki sees Jen's face saying that. Jen nods and affirms the idea.

"Then we should be able to apply it in addition to flour. Tea leaves, for example."

"Oh, I see"

Tea leaves are really mixed with dust and dust. Some tea leaves can be rubbed against each other by shaking them during storage, making it difficult to remove them completely.

This dust mixes with the tea and gives the flavor a clutter.

"Sift the tea leaves with a fine net before making the tea, and the dust will fall and taste better."

Jen was impressed. Saki has a broad horizon that leads to practical and applied applications.

"There's more. Sift through the soil and remove the fine dust and you will probably be able to have well-drained soil"

That is also done by horticulturists on modern earth.

"The key to screening is the net. If I put the net in the window, wouldn't the bugs come in?

In short, it is a reticle.

"Saki, that's a good idea. I'm impressed."

"Heh, I'm glad you got a compliment from Jin. Well, I guess the rest is going to be a question of how to make a key net."

When it comes to nets, it is about a net that catches fish at best. The technique of making nets with wire is not common. There's no nylon, so there's no idea of a reticle.

"Well, you are. But first, I have an idea. It's up to us technicians to figure out how to make that happen."

"Brother Jin would be able to make it, but then it wouldn't be popular."

Elsa also makes quite a sharp point.

"Oh. Unlike pen tips and balls, it doesn't make sense if you don't produce more mass."

That's what I'm talking about.

From around here, Jen seems to have come up with the idea of wishing there were merchants in the village of Kaina as well.

And the idea will come true through you in the near future.

gossip.

Now Jen asks Saki a question. The content is, do you have any idea what kind of viscosity you might need when making paper?

"Hmm, sure, don't think the plant fruit somehow had that kind of stickiness"

"Are you talking about Ogra?

Meine just brought me some tea there and said the name.

"Oh, yeah, yeah. That was Ogra. Is it still a flower these days?

"No, flowers do bloom in the middle of summer"

"Meine, I want you to tell me what you know about that ogra."

Jen asks a lot because Meine seems to know a little bit about it. Apparently, it's something close to what we call 'okra' on Earth.

Both Trolloaoi and Okra seem to be in the same Aoidae family so they can be used, Jen decided, and through Reiko, he decided to give instructions to Old Master to secure them.

"Reiko, hey"

"Yes, Father."

"Look, give me that ogra..."

Saki was smiling when she saw Jen giving instructions in a whisper.

"Jin adores Leiko, isn't she? Aal isn't a bit cute, is he? I mean, I'm taking care of Aal."

Elsa also hitches a ride.

"Yes. Brother Jin has always adored Leiko. Sometimes hugs."

"Kufu, is that a little enviable to me?

"Huh?"

"Hmm?"

Saki with a face that looked suspicious and a face like I don't understand its reaction.

Similar reaction, but completely different in its contents.

"If you're a pretty girl like Leiko, it's a human being who wants to hug you whether you're a doll or an automatic doll (Automata), right? I think even I'd like to hug a pretty girl like Laeko, right?

"... that kind of thing?

"Even Elsa made a mascot doll and gave it to Reinhardt. Dolls are cute, aren't they?

Elsa has no words to return Saki's allegations.

"Sure, I hold non sometimes too. Is that the same thing that makes Brother Jin want to hug Leiko?

"Well, it's a little hard for me to understand that my lords run into love for girl dolls."

Girls talk gradually starts heading in strange directions.

"Hey guys..."

The talking lord, Jen, looked at those two with a face like he had chewed up a bitter bug.
