Magi Craft Meister

10-09 Too bad beauty and blacksmith

Gloria, who sensed Jen's gaze poured on the wall behind her,

"Hmm? Oh, this collection, it's my hobby"

I said.

"It's not practical, but it's decorating beauty."

But Jen was still staring at the wall, no, the sword of the wall.

"Lord Jin, what's wrong?

When Gloria shouted so surprised, Jen finally looked back,

"No, quite a collection, helpful"

I replied.

"Reference?"

Gloria, who put it in her mouth so well, seemed to think of something and meets her hands.

"Right! Lord Jin is interested in swords! Most of the decorations here are liturgical swords, but they're still quite practical. The top-right one is a replica of what the Kingdom-Knight used about 150 years ago, but it's quite different in shape from what it is today and contrary. The reverse is effective when chopping and tearing, but it takes a lot of skill to make it, so the replica was made using a method called casting rather than forging. Underneath it is made of silver, it is often thought to be just a decoration that is not even a misrill, but it is a successful example of magic, and I like the design. The one below it is bought in from the Kingdom of Leonard and he is widening according to going to the tip of the sword, I think this is because it is convenient to slap him with weight. The bottom one is the most recent one and that's what the Demon Knights use as standard..."

And Jen pulled off slightly because he began to creep up all at once.

(Wow...)

"A little like Brother Rai."

Elsa shrugged softly, too. Hannah hasn't heard it from the beginning. I am pinching the teapot treat served with the tea. Reiko is less interested than she was.

(Beauty is beautiful, but unfortunately beautiful...)

With that sentiment in mind, Jen was half-hearted.

"... so, if you're interested in a sword, it's quick to talk. Let me tell you why you came all the way here."

Gloria said so after a brief talk and drank tea at once, moisturizing her dry mouth,

"Could you wave a sword at me, too, and make it?

That's what I said.

"Do you have a sword for Gloria?"

"Oh. Of course, not to decorate here. As a matter of fact, the sword I used the other day finally broke. There are a few spare swords, but they're all one now."

And stared straight into Jen's eyes,

"Let me take a look at Lisia's sword, but it was well done. I don't know, I'd love to have it made."

Then he bowed his head lightly.

"Oh, honey, why don't you make it for me?

Hannah said that when she saw how Gloria was doing like that.

"Whoa, that was Hannah, thanks. Lord Jin, what do you think?

"Brother Jin, that's all I'm saying."

That's what even Elsa says, so Jen broke too.

"I don't mind making it, what do you do with the ingredients?

However, the lack of materials is troublesome.

"Oh, then it won't matter because we have a blacksmith I know"

"Really..."

Well, if there's anything else, there's no denying making it. If Elsa and Hannah are good, then it is even worse. I just thought Jen had come to the corner Alban lookout.

"Then let's go make it quick."

I never crossed it early because I have limited time.

"Well, will you say so! All right, let's go now!

and Gloria stood up. but when I look at Hannah,

"Yeah, I don't care what your sisters have to stay here, but what are we gonna do?

He told me. They cared about her.

"I want to stay with you."

"I'm going with Brother Jin"

That's what we both said, so Gloria nodded, and we were all supposed to go.

Exit Gloria's house and go straight towards the walls for about ten minutes. There was a blacksmith's workshop right next to the walls.

The blacksmith makes noise and deals with fire, so it's a little far from the residential area.

"This is the place. It's not strange to be the exclusive owner of the Knights of the Kingdom, but I'm a little bigoted, and I'm standing here saying it's my job to hit the tools of the common people."

When Gloria was explaining that, there was a disappointing body man coming out of inside.

"What are you missing about people being bigoted or something... oh, my God, lady?"

I said. I'm old enough to plug it in to an old man, and I'm about the same height as Jen. But only the arms are so thick that they don't look good on the body.

"Duston, I'm already 23, there won't be a lady"

The old blacksmith, called Duston, laughs and says.

"Nah, from what I can tell, you're still a lady. So, what are you doing today?

"Um, actually, the sword I always used broke."

and Duston blocked Gloria, who said so much,

"No, no, no, no. I've decided not to build any more weapons. I can't ask you to do all this for me."

and shook his head. But Gloria tells me to be able to wear it.

"No, I'm not asking Duston to make it. I just want you to share the material."

That's what they say. Duston only makes the face.

"Hmm? Well, if that's about it, it's no other lady's favor, I didn't even ask her. But who are you gonna ask?

"Oh, here I am, Lord Jin."

"What? Such a fine bastard can shake a hammer!

When she heard the words, Reiko was about to pop out, so Jen laid her hands on Reiko's head aggressively. So Reiko thought of it.

"Oh dear - you are amazing!

Hannah didn't shut up.

"Oh, my lady?

Nor could that stubborn Duston yell back at a girl his age like his grandson.

"Ouch - what a coin! Pomp, Riyaka, Min!

That's what I say and stare at. but Duston was listening to the words of concern in Hannah's words.

"Oh, my lady, what is it now? Didn't you say pump?

"I said! Ooh, honey, I said I was a lot, and you pounded me!

"Whatever..."

Duston stared seriously at Jen with a surprised face. And that's what Gloria thought. That brings surprise to my face, as does Duston.

"Po, was it Lord Jin who made the pump!? It's my first ear, that's amazing!

"Yeah, yeah, well"

Although only Jen at the center of the topic could not follow the surrounding tension, she was slightly pulled.

"... Well, I found out that a magician (Magicraftsman) can be amazing."

After the excitement subsided, Duston, who invited a row into the workshop and sat in a chair he had placed in one corner, said blushing.

"I originally wanted to make tools and magic tools. Wouldn't it be fun to make a useful tool for everyone?"

Jen also says in a quiet tone. There have been a lot of rough stuff lately, so that would have been a good part of the real deal.

"Oh, you know what I mean when I'm young! That's right, it's the common people's lives first!

Duston raised tension again when he heard Jen's line.

"That's why I make knives, spoons, knives!

"Uh, Duston, I'm sorry, but they don't have much time either, so it would be helpful if we could split the material..."

Gloria opened her mouth, saying she was unlikely to finish her errands forever if she kept her mouth shut. Though inside she also wanted to hear about Jen, who seems to be the developer of the pump.

"Mm, uh, right. What do you want? There's no such thing as Adamantite or Mithril at my place, is there?

Jen answered that.

"You just have to have iron. Then, if you'd like, let me take a little tour of your work."

"Hmm? There's quite a bit of iron, so that's good. And a tour, oh, I don't mind, but is it funny to see?

Duston says so, but Jen alternates between Elsa and Hannah,

"Elsa, you should see once and for all how to make blades without magic. And Hannah, this little boy is the same guy who works for Hannah's grandfather."

"Mm-hmm. If that's what Brother Jin says."

"Huh? With Grandpa?

Elsa nodded, and Hannah looked sober.

"What, your daughter's grandfather was also a blacksmith? All right, let's see."

That's what Duston said and got up. I put a fire in the furnace. Apparently the furnace uses magic, and I didn't see any coal or coal.

"I don't make my own iron. Build tools with the iron you bought."

With that being said, grab the ingot cracked to the appropriate size and heat it in the furnace.

Remove it from the furnace where it turns red, place it on the iron floor (where it is), beat it with a hammer and stretch.

When it gets cold and hard, it becomes less workable, so I put it in the furnace several times along the way to heat it up.

"Wow, it's going to be a heel"

Hannah raises her voice to her surprise. Duston struck out iron into the form of a knife with only a hammer.

Approximately in the form of a knife, this time finishing the shape with a razor.

The form of a knife classified as a cow knife could be made.

"Put baking in this. I'm sorry, but it's a secret, so I can't show it to you... but I don't care if you're trying to stay away."

That's what they said, Jens pulled into the corner of the workshop.

Looking away, Duston grabbed the knife at the other end and put it in the furnace.

This time he stared carefully and took it out in anticipation of the knife turning orange and dipped it in the water all at once.

Hot air rises with the sound of Juuuuu. It was quite compelling to stay away.

Elsa and Hannah seemed a little surprised to see it for the first time.

"Well, that concludes the baking. At the end of the day, we'll burn it back."

Explained so as to whine, Duston grabbed the knife again.

Now, don't let it inside, let it burn over the furnace. I did that for a while before getting it off the furnace.

"Done."

Wait for the knife to cool down, clean the surface with a yasle, then grind it with a grinding wheel. Attach the pattern at the end.

In roughly an hour, one knife was completed.
