Lord of the North

Chapter 88: Devil's blood

"Have you figured it out?" Before the army set off the next day, Gwendelin in armor came again to Todds.

Her patience won't be much, if he doesn't know how to promote, then there is only a dead end, anyway, she has a lot of celebrity generals, it will only be a pity.

"..." Todds did not speak, and tried to get up and then knelt on one knee without saying a word.

"Recover well." Gwendelin smiled with satisfaction. The person who knows the current affairs is a handsome, and she has not liked the kind of unconscious mind.

"Take care of him," she said to the guard who was standing outside after she went out.

   "Yes, Your Royal Highness."

"The whole army is drawn." Outside the camp, some of the tents have been put away. The vanguard set out first under the leadership of the Andean knights, and the rest of the army set off afterwards.

Because the follow-up siege equipment had been delivered, a full fifty giant catapults were waiting there quietly behind the camp, covered in animal skins.

They will arrive and break the Guardian City within five days.

"Father, are those things as powerful as that person said?" Gwendelin rode up to Duke Cameron's side and asked respectfully.

"Of course, the things that Master Olin brought this time are enough for us to break through the city of Garder and let these Lopez people flee." Duke Cameron was extremely confident.

  Master Olin?

Gwendelin moved his gaze to a man who was covered in a black robe in the distance.

The eerie breath emanated from him, which made her feel very uncomfortable.

Then she looked at more than seventy carts covered with animal skins. Fifty of them were giant catapults. There was no idea what was hidden in the remaining twenty-plus carts.

Gwendlin's eyes flashed with a hint of light, as if thinking about something.

While she was looking at these strategic weapons, Master Olin in the distance slowly walked over.

She could feel the gaze of this Master Olin always on her body, which made her frown.

"Respected Lion King." He came over and bowed to Duke Cameron in a respectful voice.

"You don't need to be polite, Master Olin." Grand Duke Cameron smiled, apparently the Lion King just now made him feel very useful.

"I have not yet become king." He said hypocritically.

"It's just a matter of time, great king." Master Olin continued to flatter, while Gwendelin next to him sneered inwardly.

No matter how great a person is, he can never abandon his vanity.

"I don't know who this is?" Master Owen put his gaze on Gwendelin again, and something called greed filled his gaze.

   is greed, not lust.

"This is my daughter, the orthodox heir of the future lion duchy." Grand Duke Cameron introduced, but there was a little disappointment in his tone.

   Why isn’t he a son?

This bit of disappointment was keenly caught by Gwendelin, who couldn't help but sneered again, but his expression was full of smiles.

   "Hello, Master Olin."

"Hello, my respectable princess." There was a trace of disappointment in his tone, but the greed in his eyes did not abate.

This made Gwendelin a lot of vigilance against him. This happened the first time we met. It is hard to say whether he will do anything in the future.

"I don't know what Master Olin brought to help us break through the walls of the Guardian?" She asked without changing her face, as if she didn't notice Master Olin's unkindness towards her.

"Jie Jie Jie, that is the blood of the devil." Master Olin had a grim tone and a sharp laugh.

"What's that?" Gwendelin frowned her pretty eyebrows, wondering what it was.

"That is the fire of **** that cannot be extinguished. It will be the nightmare of the army of the Kingdom of Lopez." Master Olin showed enthusiasm, but still did not answer Gwendrin's question.

  "..."

Gwendelin stopped talking. She could see that this man had some nerve problems, and it was difficult for normal people to communicate with him.

"Okay, you will see their power soon." Grand Duke Cameron said round the field, and Gwendelin would be angry at this rate.

"The order continues. Sparks are strictly forbidden near these carts, and those who violate the order are cut off." Then he said to the knight beside him.

"Yes!"

  "..."

Gwendelin squinted her eyes, she hates selling off.

"Let's set off too." Grand Duke Cameron said to Gwendelin, and then nodded to Master Olin, taking a step forward.

"His Royal Highness, my weapon will surely make the Kingdom of Lopez tremble." Master Olin said suddenly when Gwendelin was about to leave.

"I will wait and see." Gwendelin said with a smile, as if he believed in Master Olin's very much.

"Go slowly." He bowed his head and said.

"Is there no good solution?" In King Lopez's palace, Phil sits on the side of the throne. Now he is not the king and can't do it.

His face is very ugly now, and the fighting in the east is tight, but this group of noble lords is pushing three and blocking four and no one is willing to send troops to help.

Although he is incompetent, he has not yet reached the point where he can watch the country fall.

"His Royal Highness, we don't have many troops available, so we can only defend the Boulder Fortress, and we can't send troops to the east at all."

An old man walked out and said to Phil with a bow.

This man is an old fellow in the noble council. Just after the old king fell, this group of powerful old fellows who had been suppressed jumped out to fight for power, and he still needed their support, so he could only endure it.

Phil can now be in this position instead of being another puppet to be fostered. The main reason is the support of the new aristocracy and the aristocratic council.

Otherwise, the old aristocrats who were forced to desperately would have dragged him down.

"We may be able to let the Marquis of Ammon lead troops to defend against the enemy. UU Reading www.uukanshu.com" Another nobleman came out and said maliciously.

The Marquis of Ammon is one of the leaders of the old aristocracy, and the Marquis of Lake is one of the leaders of the old aristocratic innovation.

"Do you want them to add fire to this turmoil?" At this moment, a burly middle-aged man who had been keeping his eyes closed and rested suddenly said.

These new noble races also exist for visionaries, his name is Misser, Misser Shelton.

"Your Majesty, the most urgent thing is to ask your Majesty to request the dispatch of the king's direct army!" He said solemnly. After the news that the old king was ill, he had always hoped to go in and visit, but the queen was excused that he could not disturb the king's rest. Refused.

The queen is a member of the Garcia family, and the Marquis Garcia watched by the side, and he could not directly enter the king’s palace.

"This..." Phil hesitated, he wanted to ask the king to send troops, but...

   "Is there no other way?"

"Or ask the Marquis of Lake to lead his troops against the Principality of Lions." Although I don't want to admit it, only Asalek can just face the Principality of Lions at this time.

"It's impossible!" As soon as his voice fell, an old guy jumped out to object.

"He is Jason's uncle. If he were to regain power in the army, it would bring greater turmoil to the kingdom!" He was actually afraid that Asalek would come back and take away the power from them. At the beginning, this man had taken the entire nobleman. The parliament couldn't lift its head under pressure.

  Mouse is short-sighted!

His beard trembled, and he couldn't wait to step forward and give this guy a punch.

"Okay, don't make any noise!" Borro Garcia, who had been silent on the side, suddenly yelled out loudly.

This is the real power holder of the current kingdom!
