Knight of the Light

Chapter 3: Goblin Team

The sky was already gloomy, and the bushes were dimly lit.

The fallen leaves and dead branches rot on the ground, and they stepped on them softly. Frightened, a large number of reptiles and scorpions emerged from under the leaves and ran out of life, scaring and disgusting.

Twisted branches from time to time across the head and neck, hooking clothes, pulling and dragging brought great trouble. Occasionally blood-sucking bugs crawled over, and the biting was painful and itchy.

Zhou Qingfeng held the bone stick in one hand, and carried the strange chicken in one hand. He wanted to go to the source of fire and roast the strange chicken. In order to fill his stomach, the road of hundred meters made him suffer.

When a few branches were pulled away, the field of vision suddenly widened, and the flaming fire was just in front of him. Zhou Qingfeng found himself walking through the bushes to a small river beach. The "fire point" I saw before was actually a bonfire by the river.

Someone seemed to stop here for a short while and rest.

This discovery surprised and delighted Zhou Qingfeng. He subconsciously thought that he had encountered the same kind, which was better than a person chasing in the wild.

But there were no people around the bonfire. There were only a few random stones forming a fire pond. Inside were a few firewood that had not been burned out.

Zhou Qingfeng carefully looked left and right, and found that there were two traces of rut rolling on the sand beside the river beach, and a series of footprints covering the front and back. These traces passed through the low bushes, sinking from one end of the beach to the other.

This should be a convoy in the wild, maybe seven or eight people.

The stones in the fire pond were still a little hot, and the team should not have left far.

Zhou Qingfeng couldn't afford to eat 'chick roasted mushrooms', he hurriedly ran up and caught up with the rutting marks on the ground. This may be the only chance for him to escape, and he must not let it go.

After chasing for a kilometer or two, running out of breath, Zhou Qingfeng felt that his throat was burning. He relied on a strong will to survive, constantly trekking on rugged mountain roads.

The howls of monsters rang in the bushes, the chilling cold wind was blowing hard, and the shadows on the banks of the riverbank did not know how many dangers were hidden. These could not stop Zhou Qingfeng from advancing.

When Zhou Qingfeng was almost exhausted and tired, he stepped on a low slope, and saw a humble carriage traveling tens of meters away. He immediately shouted ‘Hey’ with joy, and kept waving his hands.

The carriage pulled a large prison cage. The cage was small, with a crouched man in his arms and feet bound. On either side of the cage stood seven or eight goblins with spears.

Lying down!

These green-skinned monsters are not tall and have a thick coat of hair on their bodies. They have flat faces, thick nostrils, pointed ears, and tiny fangs in their mouths, and they look extremely ugly.

Even though a distance of several tens of meters, Zhou Qingfeng still saw the situation on the opposite side. His heart was tight, and for a long while, the original expectation that he immediately turned around and ran away was simply wrong, and the driving team was not the same.

The green-skinned goblin also saw Zhou Qingfeng. These mindless guys found that their side had a quantitative advantage. They suddenly shouted 'Ok Oak', wielding a simple weapon such as a spear and axe, and chased it up with short legs.

In order to chase this team, Zhou Qingfeng was tired like a dog. The key point was that he couldn't bear his own strange chicken of ten or twenty pounds. He kept choking and let go. Now, when the strange chicken is lost, he carries his bone stick and runs away.

Seven goblins were divided into two guarded prisoners, and the other five called out to chase Zhou Qingfeng. When they caught up with the dirt slope, they saw the strange chicken left behind. The two goblins immediately fought to grab the loot.

The remaining goblins continue to chase

After chasing dozens of meters, the distance between the three goblins was more than ten meters. The goblin running in front of him suddenly found that he was only catching up, even if it was only a few meters away from Uncle Zhou with soft legs and soft feet, it stopped.

Uncle Zhou was forced to make a dog jump over the wall. He was afraid that he was exhausted and died, and he just lay down a heart, held a bone stick, and shouted back with a dumb voice: "I fight with you."

Zhou Qingfeng returned to the appearance of a fifteen-year-old with a height of 1.68 meters and a weight of more than 50 kilograms. God didn't deliberately weaken him, but gave him a nice body.

The goblin was only one meter, two and three, and weighed less than half his weight. Opposite opponents of larger size and strength, these greenskin monsters have always relied on their own number advantage. Without quantitative advantage

Goblins don't have the concept of fair play. They are mean and deceitful. Seeing the wind to make the rudder is their habit. If the number is insufficient and the opponent is fierce enough, they will immediately lose morale and run away quickly.

The goblin in front of his head stopped and was whizzed by Zhou Qingfeng before turning his head and running.

This form is reversed in the blink of an eye

The other goblins chased after seeing the companions in front of them fleeing, thinking that something was ambush in their side, they turned around and ran away.

The anxious Zhou Qingfeng really summoned courage and waved a bone stick to start a counterattack.

On the dirt slope, the two goblin contending for the strange chicken were inextricably bound to scramble, and suddenly saw the three companions who were chasing them fled back in a blink of an eye.

The last goblin who fell on was just caught up by Zhou Qingfeng, and was severely hit by a round bone stick.

The Greenskins are not tall. When they chase, ‘Ok Oak’ is barking. When they run away, they ’re also ‘Ok Oak’. Seeing their partners beating their heads and bleeding, they also shouted ‘Oke Oke’.

One goblin fell, and the other goblins were even more alarmed.

The two spoils of war also ran straight and ran away, and even those who looked behind the wheel of the prison car felt that something was not good, and they panicked in a panic.

After Zhou Qingfeng gasped up the dirt **** again, the goblin squad who had dared to run to scratch his tiger's beard had already rushed into the bushes beside the river beach, running without any trace. Only the prison car was still on the road, and the detained man was staring at him coldly.

Zhou Qingfeng was almost tired and paralyzed, sitting on the dirt **** with one buttock, unable to move. After a ten-minute rest, he recovered some strength and walked to the prisoner car step by step.

This prison car is also strange, pulling two huge wolves. When Zhou Qingfeng was found approaching, the two wolves also demonstrated tusks and yelled.

Zhou Qingfeng did not dare to approach the wolf, so he could only observe behind the car.

The prison car's cage was simply tied with a wooden stick, and the big man was trapped by several thick and tough rattan. He stared at Dahan, who was also staring at him.

This big man from the other world is ugly and thick, with a face like a pot bottom, potholes, a pair of bull's eyes, and a ferocious face. When Zhou Qingfeng tried to open the cage, the Han said scornfully, "boy, you look weak. But think clearly."

"Think clearly?" Zhou Qingfeng found that he understood the ‘common language’ spoken by the other party, and the Chinese he spoke was automatically translated.

The big man continued: "Opening this cage means enemies against the Maglu tribes who rule here. A rookie like you will be locked into a cage like me in a few days."

Sounds scary

"Then you are good or bad?"

"There are probably no good people in this world. It would be better if you think of me as a bad person. So you better think about it."

"You are so interesting, and you were persuaded me not to save in a cage." Zhou Qingfeng smiled and scratched his head, and said decisively, "But I hate goblins, and I am completely new to the environment here, so I let you out. Right. "
