The next day, Liang Chao divided the researchers into groups. When Han Chi looked at the list, sure enough Liang Chao placed Zhou Wenlong with them.

Yan Han was very angry, thinking that Zhou Wenlong must be the eyes that Liang Chao inserted, and then she thought of Huang Zibin. When she spoke to him that day, her adoptive father Huang Zibin’s meaning was also obvious. He probably didn’t want her to develop a vaccine. In that way, Zhou Wenlong would definitely disrupt the situation in their laboratory.

“Zhou Wenlong can’t stay in our laboratory,” Yan Han said angrily while holding the list.

.”Counter soldiers with arms, water with an earth weir. Now we don’t have any valid reason to drive him away. Let him stay in the laboratory first, and then find a reason to get him to another group.”

(Tl note: m. of counter soldiers with arms, water with an earth weir; different situations call for different action / to adopt measures appropriate to the actual situation.)

“I’m afraid he’ll disturb our work.”

“It’s alright. I’m here. He can’t stir up trouble,” Han Chi patted Yan Han’s shoulder and comforted.

“Alas, there’s no other way. I’d better focus on the experiment.”

As they were talking, Zhou Wenlong came with a smiling face, “Professor Han, Professor Yan.”

Yan Han was angry. She turned her head, picked up the experimental record notebook on the table, turned it over and ignored him. Han Chi nodded to him without expression and turned to get the experimental equipment.

Zhou Wenlong stood at the door and looked at the two people coldly. He had long guessed that the two people would not give him a face when he came to the laboratory, but there was no  other way. He had a task to do. Now he tore his own face with the two people.

Zhou Wenlong continued to smile and said, “Professor Han, Professor Yan, I’m new here. Where is the experimental process? I can help if I know the general process of the experiment.”

Zhou Wenlong finished his words with a smile, but no one paid attention to him in the laboratory. Zhou Wenlong looked at the two people who treated him as air. He was so angry. What did they mean by ignoring him?

Ignore it. He had long hands and feet and would see for himself.

When he made up his mind, Zhou Wenlong turned his back and began to wander around the laboratory like a leader visiting the countryside.

He opened the incubator, and took one culture medium . When he just took it out, Yan Han just glanced at him and shouted.

Zhou Wenlong fell to the ground with the culture medium.

“What are you doing?”

Zhou Wenlong didn’t lose to Yan Han at all in his momentum, he said, “Why did you shout? Because of you, I fell.”

Yan Han really wanted to beat him. Looking at the culture medium that had just been splashed on Zhou Wenlong’s face, she stared at him in disgust and said, “You got my culture medium destroyed, and you’re still blaming me? Besides, who told you to touch the incubator?”

“I also want to help. I asked you where the experimental process has gone, and none of you paid attention to me. I have to look around and understand.”

“You know a fart. Don’t think I don’t know. You’re sent by Liang Chao to make trouble.”

When Zhou Wenlong saw that he had succeeded in angering Yan Han, he was quite proud. He pointed to Yan Han, “Hey, why are you scolding me?”

Yan Han wanted to continue scolding, but Han Chi stopped her with his eyes.

Han Chi walked to Zhou Wenlong and held Zhou Wenlong’s hand.

Zhou Wenlong wanted to get rid of him and found that his strength was not as good as Han Chi. He was a little anxious and said, “What do you want to do? Do you want to hit me?”

Han Chi looked at Zhou Wenlong with a smile and said, “How can it be? Don’t you want to know the process of the experiment? I’ll tell you, you come outside with me.”

Zhou Wenlong looked at Han Chi’s smile and was very confused. He didn’t want to go outside. However, Han Chi’s strength was so great that he dragged him out.

Han Chi closed the door of the laboratory and suddenly thought of something. He smiled at Zhou Wenlong and said, “I forgot to take the experimental notebook. I’m afraid you won’t understand very well. I have to bring the experimental records. Wait for me in the corridor. I’ll come after I get the notebook.”

Seeing Han Chi’s good attitude, Zhou Wenlong didn’t say anything. He nodded angrily and walked to the end of the corridor.

Zhou Wenlong stood at the window of the corridor, facing out of the window, with his hands behind his back. He vaguely heard Han Chi’s footsteps and didn’t mean to look back. He turned his back to Han Chi and waited for him to show him the notebook.

It was not too much to use the old saying “be insatiable, to push one’s luck” to describe Zhou Wenlong at the moment.

(m. be insatiable, to push one’s luck: to try too hard to get a particular result and risk losing what you have achieved.)

Han Chi stood behind Zhou Wenlong and called him. When Zhou Wenlong turned his head slowly, he only felt a heavy blow on the back of his head, and the world in front of him suddenly turned, his sight darkened, and he fell to the ground.
